We had an amazing experience working with Aqua! We went to a few other places and the level of service is unmatched. Susans proposed designs were well thought out and she had a multitude of ideas and suggestions. She answered every question and provided input and feedback regarding floor tile, lighting, hardware, etc. I had the pleasure of working with someone who served as a valuable resource through a tough kitchen renovation. Its still a work in progress but were thrilled with how its coming together.

There are not enough stars did Aqua Kitchen. STELLAR product and customer service. Smooth process from purchase to installation. Esra was amazing! Ozzy was fantastic- he worked with us on the shape to cut the granite. Technicians were great. Post installation we had questions about the color of the piece that was cut out for the seam, James called us back within 30 minutes. A few days after installation our new fridge did not fit- we needed our kitchen granite cut. I called Esra in a panic- she has someone here the next day to helps us. Customer service is above and beyond. I highly recommend Aqua. Fantastic selection too!

This is going to be a partial review because we havent received our cabinets/countertops as of yet, BUT, so far their customer service has been OUTSTANDING, we have been dealing with Susan, who is a total professional, very patient, very knowledgeable about her profession. Susan has answered every question and always gets back to us, either via email or phone call. I will complete this review once the kitchen is finished, but I would highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience using Aqua for my kitchen renovation. Susan was great at designing our kitchen and really got the style and look that I was going for. She helped us through all the selections including cabinet door style and color, crown molding design, island options, sink and hardware. She even went out of her way to help us get a customized wood range that would fit with our style.We also got our countertops from Aqua (quartz for the island and granite for the perimeter countertops). Working with Aqua was great. This was my first kitchen renovation. Each step of the way I felt supported and given plenty of options to choose from. We went back and forth with the 3d designs which was really helpful in seeing how it was all going to come together. The cabinets arrived in a timely fashion and were installed perfectly. The countertop also came quickly and I cannot say enough about it. My kitchen was felt really small but with the help of the team, its the perfect size.

This is a second time, I am using Aqua to upgrade my kitchen. We recently moved and had to upgrade our 20 year old kitchen. James was fabulous in giving us best prices, very prompt in response, helped us with the process from start to finish, was flexible with the changes we made during the order and provided us with a professional service. They get your business and then become non- responsive when you need additional items that give smaller profits to them. I got a totally different treatment when I was shopping for bathroom vanity, compared to when I was shopping for kitchen countertops (bigger order and therefore profit for them).Very poor customer service. Called Mr. Christian multiple times, emailed and left messages - but no response as I only need bathroom countertop now.

We had our countertops installed a couple of weeks ago and they are absolutely gorgeous!I dreaded going to look for and pick out a granite counter because of soooo many choices and price categories. But once we got to Aqua-all my anxieties went away. Soner (our Aqua Kitchen designer) was quick, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were able to get the stone that I fell in love with without any sales pitches and for an unbeatable price. Soner calculated the square footage exactly-there were no other hidden charges-what was quoted was what we paid. Once our cabinets were installed and I called Soner at Aqua-the templating and the install were done within a week! Both the templating and the installation were done by a very professional crew who took their time to measure precisely and accurately and to seal all the little seams, which really didn’t even need it because the stone was measured and cut so precisely! I was very worried about the peninsula piece carried up into the house because it was so big and heavy (8’5” by 4’). But all went perfect. We are so so thankful to Aqua Kitchen for making this a really nice experience! We would highly recommend Aqua Kitchen to anyone who wants a great product at an unbeatable price and professionally installed! You can’t do any better!Rita and Ken

I had a little bump with my contractor (what else is new) and I asked for the owner to call me and he called me ASAP. Poor Christian handled my frustrations like a true professional. I was very, very pleased with Aqua Granite. The prices were good, the service exceptional! I found Christian to be both responsive and accommodating. He pushed through delivery of a countertop I needed before Memorial Day, despite Covid-Related delays. I really was impressed with him and everything about the company.

My parents purchased kitchen cabinets in Aqua kitchen and Bath during coronavirus and when they received the cabinets they were excellent quality. They have a great selection on Granite Tops and many other items. My father installed the kitchen himself and could tell how amazing the quality of the cabinets were. Throughout the whole process the staff was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. Thank you to James, Mehmet and Christian. The whole design team worked with my dad until the last piece of wood was installed by him. They came through with everything that he needed for his kitchen during COVID-19. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this place to anybody - from my father THANK YOU EVERYONE!

We just had our kitchen done by Aqua. They did a great job kudos to the installation crew for concentrating on the details!

This place was highly recommended to us by friends. Aqua had the lowest per square foot pricing on a variety of granites we compared. There are a few caveats however. They charge $200 for a sink and faucet cut out and since our job was under 35 square feet they charge a templating fee of $250 and $100 for a sink. Jobs 35 square feet and greater do not have the last 2 fees but the sink cut out fee is there regardless of size. Therefore the bigger the job the better the pricing works out based on the lower price they charge per square foot. Our job wound up more expensive on comparable stone then the other two places we shopped despite the lowest price per square foot for the material.Since the piece of stone that we really wanted was at Aqua, I was able to negotiate a price right between the other 2 estimates we got. I thought this was extremely fair, and a good compromise since we were getting the piece of stone we fell in love with. We worked with Christian who was excellent.We had a minor set back when the stone we chose cracked when they were working with it and unfortunately it was not usable. Christian really came through though and helped us out and they honestly went above and beyond to rectify the issue.The new stone is installed now and beautiful. I really would recommend Aqua to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Update: The reply from the business just show you how deceitful they are.. Now they finally admitted that they were shown the faucet.. but made up excuses that it is the old faucet.. so laughable. They are the SAME faucet..Instead of fixing the problem, just keeps lying and lying. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS! Not worth your time and the DAMAGES THEY WILL CAUSE. Im attaching new proofs.. just so you know they are lying again!Completely failed the measurement and installation, leaving us with water leak. Fabricated stories and after being provided with evidence, they just disappeared. Of course, they didnt forget to deposit the check before disappearing.

She was sweet, polite, informative and straight forward, No mysteries about prices.However, after that I called other places to compare. All other places require you to give them all your information to give you a quote. Some dont even return your call. Aqua Kitchen and Bath Design Center provided wonderful kitchen shopping experience for my family and me. We were building our kitchen from scratch and we chose Aqua mainly because of their competitively priced kitchens and countertops. They have absolutely amazing kitchen cabinet deals - from $1,499 and $1,999 to $2,199. We chose 10 x 10 Major New Yorker and added a slab of gorgeous white granite. However, their professional, courteous, prompt and talented staff knocked us off our feet with additional advice and help that came free. We had an amazing experience with Aqua team and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or remodel their kitchen.

We shopped around for counter tops for weeks . Everyone told us to use aqua .. we didn’t want to because it was an hour away . Finally after being overcharged by other companies, we gave aqua a shot. Their prices were ridiculously cheaper than everywhere. Christian worked us through everything via email and James showed us the slabs once we arrived . Christian knew exactly what we wanted so our visit was quick and easy . The installers were professional and efficient . The whole process was excellent.. I recently had my counter tops done by aqua granite. They are beautiful! We initially came to the company because of the low price but quickly upgraded to a more expensive stone because it was so nice. The installation was smooth and the counters look amazing! Really great business.

Used them for my outdoor kitchen which it is 94 sq ft. We had a minor glitch with scheduling but it was quickly resolved by Memet. They were professional and ensure my satisfaction. He walked us through the entire process and timeline up front, and the entire project went exactly as described. The installer, Eric, was extremely fast, reliable, and did great work too. We are extremely happy with the installation of granite by Aqua tile in our kitchen. They have very good selection of granite. Their customer service representative Sal is very good in explaining the product in detail and walked through all the steps involved. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and love to recommend Aqua Tile.

So apparently these people don’t respect business from African Americans, it has been the most unpleasant experience. I ordered cabinets and countertops and explained I needed it before thanksgiving. Paid upfront to James who never responded to my emails so they put me on with Mehmet who after a week said he placed the order, I sent an email to him on a Monday and after several follow up phone calls I got James telling me that due to Trump and China he had to cancel the order (almost 3 weeks after I left Aqua Kitchen my deposit.I called but got someone named Christian who put me on to Mehmet who told me he doesn’t know what I’m talking about.

Very rude people. They scream at you. They are not polite. The installers came to install the granite were also very rude and installed incorrectly. The General Manager there is very rude. He has zero manners to talk to clients. I would not recommend. Don’t waste your time. Their price might be reasonable but you will be sorry with the installation and attitude.

We had a different type of design for our kitchen counter-tops, with an overhanging bar that required support beams. Our salesperson, Soner, helped us pick out our slab in the yard and gave us great advice from a designers perspective. The price was good for what we ended up getting, and the coloration of the granite is really beautiful. The installation team made our counter-tops flawless at the seam (the overhanging bar meets with a corner piece). We thought it (seam) would be easily spotted but the installers worked their magic and made it completely flush; they matched the adhesive color to the stone. Our granite counters are absolutely beautiful, for a much lower price point than other distributors out there. Thank you for making our kitchen complete! :)

I purchased an entire set of kitchen cabinets along with granite countertops from Aqua. I received really great advice and service from James (which was much needed, given my lack of experience) during the entire remodeling process. I plan to use Aqua for my next home project, and recommend Aqua to anyone interested in quality products at reasonable cost and great service.

I went to many places to price out our new kitchen cabinets and granite. Aqua was the cheapest (cheaper than Lowes) and better quality. We were on a limited budget but I was able to get a kitchen that I am very happy with - it looks fantastic. The cabinet installer came on a Saturday and worked like a beast putting the cabinets in. He did a great job. The granite counter-tops came in 3 days sooner than it was supposed to, so that was a positive as well. We had a couple of small issues i.e. the pull-out shelves for the pantry didnt come, and the tilt-out sink drawer barely opened. Everything was quickly taken care of when I called Aqua.

Let me start with the good…Went to one of the bigger stores and was greeted with expensive prices and salespeople that were too busy to help. Got to Aqua and, even though they were visible very busy, the salesperson took the time to help us get what we wanted. Scheduling is extremely flexible and fast. Prices are also extremely reasonable. The installers were professional and quick. They even helped me to remove a piece of my old countertop that had been strangely placed between a few of my cabinets.Now to what I didn’t like…The templater came smelling of smoke, leaving the lingering smoke smell in my place. He also said that my brand new cabinet doors looked like they were 15 years old. The templater would also not give clear answers to questions the salesperson said would be best to ask him. While they are very quick to schedule between templating and installation, they do not offer plumbing services (that the bigger stores do).

Four weeks before we were to move out of our house, across country, we decided we wanted to replace our counter-top before new tenants moved in.We then made the mistake of going to Home Depot, who thought we could get the counter in a bit over two weeks. Two weeks turned into 3 when it took a long time to get someone out to take a template and then we learned that the counter we ordered was on back-order for over 8 weeks.That wasnt going to work.Now, with less than 2 weeks before our move, we thought to look local and found Aqua Granite on Google.We called them on a Wednesday night and they said we could come in and pick a counter the next day, and have the template made the same day. We showed up first thing in the morning to a welcoming team who was patient with us as we culled through their extensive variety of counters in the back of their shop.We then found the one - even better than what we ordered from Home Depot - and by 4pm that day one of their staff had visited our house and made a template.Knowing we were in a rush, and despite a busy Christmas season, they were able to turn around our counter and have it installed the following Monday afternoon.Not only were they able to rush it, but they didnt skip on quality. When they thought they may have to have a seam by the sink, they worked with us and found a way to avoid it.Through and through, our experience with Aqua was extraordinary, and they truly saved the day for us. In the midst of moving out of a house many things can go wrong, but working with them brought some sanity to our lives.Also, I should mention, the new counters look beautiful!This was an important reminder for us about the value of a local business over a big national chain. At Home Depot we were just another customer and the expertise was limited.At Aqua, we were talking to the owners, and they really cared. The guy doing the template wanted to make sure we had the best experience and the men who installed it treated our home like it was their own.Thanks Aqua for saving the day and reminding us what great service is like.

Consumer Fraud Offender! This is a long review but I believe worth your time prior to using Aqua Kitchen. DO NOT use them for kitchen restoration. I should have seen the red flags from the beginning when they sent me my contract on a Word Document with no mention of their license number. Fast forward 4 MONTHS from beginning of the project and we get a knock on the door from the town that Aqua Kitchen NEVER PULLED THE PERMITS for the building or electrical work!! Come to find out the contractor they use (Erik) DOESNT HAVE EITHER LICENSE! This is CONSUMER FRAUD as they had never conveyed any of that to us. Thank goodness the building inspector did come in because the construction they did on the low bearing wall was NOT UP TO CODE!!! We have 2 small children and the thought that they had put our family in jeopardy is appalling- all for cutting corners and cost. After getting caught they brought back Eric (the same contractor) to fix the job and yet the beam and soffit that he created was CROOKED! I cannot believe that a contractor that has done business for as many years as he has would do this type of work. He did the tiling as well, leaving gaps between the stone (that my husband & I filled with grout that took us several hours); supposedly from the words of Mehmet (owner) and James (Manager) that he was an expert tiler! They had to come back SEVERAL time to fix the job, every time they came in there seemed to be another problem they needed to solve for. For instance, not building the framework around the refrigerator properly to fit the 36 refrig as promised; coming in with a filler to fix that job with a DENTED piece. Of course they went about doing the job and leaving it there. AGAIN another call to them and having to wait for that part to come in! Every time they came in they left the screenroom covered in dust (sawing right in front of the house) and the living/dining room covered in dust. We have to clean top to bottom at least 4 times! We were also told when the finished walls were sanded (supposed to be paint ready) and there were imperfections that it was only light sanding and we should do ourselves! I thought that is what we are paying them for. They FINALLY hired another contractor to finish the job right, BUT that should have been done in the first place, not just because they got caught! When reaching out to Mehmet to ask for well-deserved partial refund because of our experience, pain, time, loss of days from work to be present during work- he was VERY unprofessional and hung up the phone! I HOPE THAT THIS REVIEW SAVES YOU FROM HAVING TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE HAD TO ENDURE WITH THIS COMPANY. Please inform anyone you know as well to spread the word. I will say the reviews about the granite are all true- we were happy with that part of the business but NOT THE PLACE FOR KITCHEN RESTORATION!

I only went twice to this place and choosing the countertop for my kitchen and masterbath was easy since they have a large selection. Overall, from start to finish, I was very happy with their service, quality and price. For my rental I will go there to get kitchen cabinets and granite countertops

Stop wasting time shopping around! This place is fabulous!!! I figured a place in Wayne, right near me, would be more expensive, so I traveled to Passaic, Wallington, Clifton, Paterson, Secaucus. ALL a waste of time!!! Aqua had better prices than all of them. My sales rep, Bulent was wonderful and worked with me to make my (expensive) granite choice fit my budget. They let me choose my own slab AND I even got to go meet with Harut to lay out exactly which section I wanted for the island, where the sink cutout would be, etc! The gentleman who came to do the template was quick and effiecient... Jose and the installation crew were on-time, fast & clean. This was by far the easiest part of my entire reno!

I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and help Sal Oz provided during my recent visit to the showroom. My goal was to give a tired galley kitchen a facelift and make it look like it belonged in 2015 and not 1980. I believe the appoxy color-match for the granite I chose could have been much better in the seams but nobody is perfect and I applaud the level of efficiency and expertise exhibited by the templater and the installation crews. this is not the first time I have used Aqua. 2 months ago I had Aqua provide and install granite for a two family house in Montclair and the job was done quite well despite the fact that the 2 kitchens were in a brand new, still under construction house without any heat or electricity. The crew had to use the builders generator to do the job. These guys know how to roll with the punches and I really appreciate that. As a professional designer with over 30 years in this field of construction and project management, the Aqua team is still my first pick for affordability and efficiency!

I purchased a granite countertop for our kitchen from Aqua Design Center. They were very helpful; the price was right, the quality was high and service was excellent.

So i get my granite installed and my son tries to use the dishwasher and it almost falls out of the space where it was installed They never mounted it. After 2 visits by the installer i was told that it was not there job. Buyer beware dont pay in full until you are completely satisfied. I had to call another person to finish the installation . $200 later my kithen was finished

My man Mehmet is the bomb! Heres a guy who just gets it done, going through a revamp but he still manages to call you. Anyone needing a kitchen or granite go here, no where else!

We did business with Aqua kitchen and bath for remodeling our kitchen. On the day of the granite installation it turns out that they gave us something other than what we had agreed and paid for. I called them to find out why there has been a misunderstanding and some eastern European person started threatening me on the phone. He asked if I was calling him a liar and started screaming at me and being abusive.
