Our contractor highly recommended that we see Adam at Cabinets Direct to plan out the cabinets for our kitchen and bath renovation, and we are so glad that he did. From start to finish, Adam made the process as easy as possible. We told him what we really hoped to do with the space and constraints that we had, and he was able to make it happen almost effortlessly. Any questions or concerns we had, he was only a phone call or quick email away. Even after placing our order, he was there every step of the way, from updating us on delivery info to helping with replacing a damaged item that we didnt know about until install. My kitchen is small (10x10) so I wanted to maximize both storage and counterspace and Robins design did just that. Also, the alliance Cabinets Direct has with the countertop supplier is terrific. My husband and I visited the Cabinets Direct USA on Route 23 and randomly were assigned to Adam Eiland. We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for the kitchen in our new lakefront home. Great experience from start to finish. Robin guided us patiently through creating a new kitchen from scratch - a full gut remodel. Where to start?! Stephanie was incredible. Ill start by saying we went to her first, got our estimate and design but wanted to shop around a bit, and by a bit I mean my husband got 6 estimates... Each time we left another place we found ourselves going back to Stephanies design and available products. The price is truly competitive with CD USA and in the end felt like we got a great product at a reasonable price. The design on Stephanies part couldnt have been any more perfect, she really does a thorough job, great attention to detail and knows her codes so there wasnt any issues with design and codes clashing. Not to mention she helped guide us in the right direction with a design that fit the space and lifestyle we live perfectly. We are extremely happy with everything and will be recommending people to see her whenever we hear they are in the market for cabinets!

I must admit that I went to a one Cabinets Direct store at first and was not even given the courtesy of a phone call back, however, I reached out to Adam at the Wayne store and received stellar care. Other kitchen cabinet companies gave me a generic rendering and kept asking for dimensions even after I had provided them on multiple occasions to them and they made me wait weeks for the floor plan. After giving Adam the kitchen dimensions he had a working floor plan by the next day. I can not say enough good things about Adams help even after the kitchen was installed (and this was all during the beginning of the Covid pandemic). If I had to do it all again I would just start out with Adam.

After musing about our kitchen renovation for almost twenty years (really), my husband and I finally embarked on this complicated job, with the expert guidance of Rick Cook at the Wayne Cabinets Direct. Rick helped us tweak our design to meet the needs of our old house, and was hugely patient through discussions about door, hardware, and countertop options, including suggesting ways to economize (a big concern). But with a job that has so many layers, “stuff happens” – when the cabinets were delivered, the corner unit (assembled) would not fit into the house. I called Rick -- he calmly and expeditiously dealt with the situation (and with good humor). Miro and his crew were also very skilled and efficient installers (including modification of a base unit into a radiator front on an angle, another quirky aspect of our kitchen’s layout). All told, the experience with Cabinets Direct was the least stressful part of this challenging project!

So in love with our kitchen! After searching kitchen design showrooms in NJ and NY, our contractor, Chris Ciongoli suggested designer Rick Kook at Cabinets Direct USA. Rick was easy to talk to and had great suggestions to help us get what we wanted for our space, even providing 3D graphics to help us visualize our choices.We needed to accommodate unique architectural challenges, huge wine coolers and desperately needed a mudroom. We got it all!During installation our contractor noticed a small scratch on one of the cabinet doors (which I could barely see). Having purchased a home that needed a complete overhaul, I stumbled upon Cabinets Direct. With some specific ideas in mind, I brought my layout to Adam Eiland, who patiently designed & redesigned for close to one year before we locked into an order. He was knowledgeable, attentive & positive about the entire experience. Our cabinets arrived with no issues. When there was a slight error in measurements, Adam took it upon himself to correct the problem & replace the cabinet at no cost to us. His concern was to leave us satisfied with the least amount of stress in an extensive renovation. Robin was very helpful with design choices, i was new to the renovation project and wanted to have a dream kitchen with too much influence of HGTV, she gave suggestions which turned out great.Robin understood my ideas, gave me choices and designed the cabinets patiently where i had to change the design multiple times, once we finalized the design, She did followup regularly and updated the delivery schedule.She was very helpful with hardware choices, gave me multiple options.She helped me with the countertop, very impressed with the cabinets and countertop.She helped me to choose the right size sink..overall she was awesome and made my kitchen project get completed smoothly without delays.

I purchased kitchen cabinets for two different kitchens this past year. I purchased expensive Medallion cabinets from a small dealer for the first kitchen and Fabuwood cabinets for the second kitchen from Cabinets Direct USA. My experience with Cabinets Direct was superb! I worked with Paul Kook and he was outstanding. He knows kitchen design very well. He was so much better than my first kitchen designer. The real test of the designer is when you install the cabinets. That is when the designers mistakes show up. Also from my experience kitchen cabinets are not delivered in perfect shape and you have to replace some cabinets during the installation process. This happened with my expensive Medallion cabinets and it happened with Fabuwood. However I had more problems with the Medallion cabinets than with the Fabuwood cabinets and there was a $10,000 price differential between these two manufacturers for the same amount of cabinets! I did not have any problems with Pauls design. He promptly worked my Fabuwood quality issues and secured replacement doors and a replacement cabinet. I installed the second set of kitchen cabinets myself and Paul was there to answer any installation questions i had.

Simply put: HIRE THEM. Cabinets Direct USA did a great job on our kitchen & bathroom renovation in NYC. We worked with Kathy, and she was a real pro.

As a small new home builder and home remodeler, I have remodeled dozens of kitchens and bathrooms in past few years. I recommend using Adam Eiland at Cabinets Direct. He is a true designer, has an eye for what looks nice and would recommend things that I would not have even thought of. They seem to have prices for all budgets and they have delivered on what they said. Good quality and affordable. I used their cabinets in my own home as well as ones I have sold. Adam was always available when I had a question and was very responsive thru email or phone. Overall, a very nice experience.

I rarely ever write reviews but i wanted to say a quick few words about cabinets direct usa. I live in Queens and i was recomended to visit Rick in Wayne. We went with Wolf Designer cabinets. I had many options in New York, but for me service and quality is everything. I felt like rick truly cared about me throughout the entire process and had patience with me and my wife. Thank you again Rick and Cabinets direct usa

People are very rude here! They belittle their customers and never sent us the free estimate that they promised. Do NOT go here. There are other more friendly and promising places in the area for cabinets. Not impressed..

The no pressure to buy salesman was a delight to work with. They have many options to choose from and reasonable pricing.

HORRIBLE!!! I wish I read the YELP reviews before I went there!! Both cabinets arrived damaged!! Even the replacement one was damaged and the manager (Kim) refused to replace with a new one, even after admitting that he knew the replacement was damaged before he sent it!!! Stay away!!

With our kitchen project, though initially got upset with Cabinets Direct USA for missing some deliverables, but as we started getting the stuff and the way Robin@Wayne is supporting we all feel very happy and hope we should be in good shape by the time we receive everything. Following with customers is very important, and we see that with Robin.1) Initially we finalized one model and we were assured the delivery in 3 weeks.2) After 3 days we were suggested to chose alternative model as there were issues with the manufacturer in delivering what we selected. We compromised and said okay for that.3) We got delivery - to our surprise found that 2 important cabinets were missing. This is not something I can count only from Cabinets Direct USA. Being equally responsible, I should have checked that without trusting manufacturer who shipped the cabinets.Mistakes bound to happen with everyone, but correcting them and supporting customers is most important. I am not sure with other businesses, but Robin@Wayne took it to her personal and helping us by correcting all the stated above issues.Thanks to her for the kind of patience and follow-up. I am sure these mistakes are very rare occurrences, but the kind of support you get would be awesome.
