I had an amazing experience with the service department, I have a 2019 Explorer and the battery died on a Saturday morning 2 hours before taking a road trip/ vacation with the truck and I called our purchasing dealer and they told me it could be 4 weeks before they could get me in for an appointment! I asked if I could leave my truck and get a loaner while we wait.. I was told coldly NO and that my only other choice was to buy a new battery and install it myself as it wouldn’t be covered anyway since it’s a wear and tear item… I then called Wayne Ford and spoke to Matt who said come right in and we will get you a new battery today! I drove over to Wayne Ford and after waiting less than an hour I was on my way home to pick up my family and hit the road!!I will never go to another dealer again for service and when it’s time to get a new truck I will of course use Wayne Ford!!

Seen a used Jeep on cars.com from this dealership. No pictures was placed up yet. I emailed a representative, in which he referred me to Michael W. and the next morning I had pictures and a video sent to me. His customer service was very on point and learned the jeep to explain the details to me. Process was easy and quick. No staying at the dealership 5 or 6 hours. Jamie C. Is the finance manager. One of the best Ive ever met. He is a fast speaker, talks like hes hosting a auction. But he talks with a understanding. Dont be scared to ask him to slow down, but he knows what hes doing and understands everything. He even worked a miracle with me and my financing contract. Price plus taxes is all they want. No hidden dealership fees. Im not the best at writing a review, but go see them and write a review for yourself.

My experience at wayne Ford was great. They took my car at my appointment time and promised me back my car on time. Kept the inside clean with plastic on the steering wheel and plastic floor mats. My explorer was kept in the garage which was great because it was a hot day. The staff was very professional both in the service area and the cashier. I have been going to Wayne Ford for over 20yrs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks

Hi,I cannot express how thankful I am with Mr. David Napa. About a month ago I wrote a review and also sent an email about an issue I had with the company expecting nothing but to share my experience. Mr. David did everything possible to take care of me. I was a little uncomfortable about going back, but he would not take a no for an answer. Two days after Matt from the service department called me and we scheduled appointments for my two cars. Came here on Saturday with my stepdad to get some parts for his F150. The parts dept wanted nothing to do with us. Rude to say the least. They told us they couldnt get what we wanted. Well we took our business to another ford down the highway and guess what. They were super friendly and ordered everything we needed. Curious how one ford dealership tells us they cant help us but another one was able to.

I Had a 2005 Ford F350 Diesel that broke down do to Oil Pressure. This happens with these sometimes and is a common fix. I had my truck towed to Wayne Ford, thinking they would be able to fix this properly. I have dealt with this issue before on other trucks so we were well aware of what it takes to fix. The Dealership charged me near $4,000 to fix, because they found bad injectors. I am from Arizona and I was Driving the truck back, so I didnt have a choice but to have that work done as well. After the dealership having the truck for over a month, we had to push them to get the truck done. Well, within a hour of picking up the truck, the Clamps to the charge pipe blew off and the truck is now limping very very slow. This happened because they did a very bad job putting the truck back together from all the work. I lost a entire day taking the truck back and having them fix this problem. The truck drove better after that, but after it said it was overheating when it wasnt, due to the mechanic not putting the truck together properly, i stopped again for the night. In the morning the truck would not start and had to be towed to another Ford dealer. The other Ford Dealer confirmed our suspicion, that they did a very poor job and did put the truck back together properly. The problem was again with the oil pressure. So now I have to spend thousands more in hotels and travel and shipping for the truck to get back. The best of it all, was that we were adamant about us taking the truck all the way to Arizona from the dealership. They lied and said they road tested the truck rigorously. That is obviously not possible as the truck broke down twice. We had a terrible time getting ahold of the service department during the deration that the truck was there, and if the specific service writer wasnt there they refused to give us information. I have all the emails and documentation to back everything that I have said. This is a terrible dealership.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!Here comes my experience:About 3 weeks ago I came for a recall on my Ford Explorer 2020. I spoke to Matt Halliwell (this guy is awesome interacting and explaining to people) about bringing my car in for a recall and at the same time to do regular maintenance. When I came I needed a loaner since they were keeping the car overnight and my wife needed the space to bring our kids with (3kids). At the time they did not have a big car as a loaner so I understood and spoke to Matt about rescheduling. At that moment I had checked my “FordPass Rewards” with Matt and I had 42,000 points. (you could use them for about 3 maintenance visits). Today I had an appointment for my Ford Mustang 2014 (which I purchased here over 6 years ago and always brought for maintenance). The appointment was for regular maintenance and when I got there I spoke with Ron Schubert (this guy thinks he could talk to you any way he wants just because he has been working there forever, and by the way, I always tried not to talk to him when going for maintenance or repairs in over 6 years) and also with Michelle Redmond (her dad is the “service manager” I believe). They told me I did not have a FordPass account. I called FordPass Rewards (I spent over 30 minutes) and they told me the system had been down all day and they did not know when it would be up and running. She asked to talk to them and had them put my invoice aside until system was up and then use my points (after so many years of coming here I did not see why they would not take care of a customer). I asked Mr. Schubert about that and right away he said he could not do it (“great service”. He could have just said “you know what? I could ask my manager and see what we could do”). After I pointed out I wanted to ask a manager, he and Ms. Redmon decided to let Paul Redmon know about my situation.I waited for Mr. Redmon for about 15 minutos and Mr. Redmon came down to tell me “you do not have a FordPass Rewards account”. I told him he was telling me the same thing they had already told me, and I was explaining to him how I had called and they told me their system was down and that is the only reason why I was not coming up. I asked him to call and he said “no”, so then I questioned why I had to go through all this when they are Ford. He said “we are not Ford, we are WayneFord!” (Last time I checked my cars were Ford). I told him I did not like to deal with Mr. Schubert because there was always an issue, so he said “grab your car and take your business somewhere else”. I told him how could I do that when I just got a Ford Explorer and he said he did not care. He literally kicked me out and I felt humiliated. (He did not even try to talk or solve the issue). I took my car and went around the main entrance to speak to someone that could help. This is where the best part is. I explained everything to the receptionist Angela Prieto and she was the only one with empathy to say “we will try our best solve the issue” (At that point all I wanted to do was retuning my Ford Explorer). Now Scott VanPeenen comes to “help me” he asked me what the issue was, and I explained everything to him (the best part at that moment I checked my FordPass Rewards account again and my 42,000 were there!). He said he could not do anything since that is another department (sounds a lot like Mr. Redmond when he said “we are not Ford!”). I asked him I wanted to return my Ford Explorer, and then he asked “but you brought your Mustang for maintenance (apparently Mr. VanPeenen did not know you could have multiple cars in your rewards account, even though the SALES representatives are the ones who let you know about it at the time of purchase). Here comes Mr. VanPeenen again “we cannot do anything here, you have to call the Ford Credit, and you might have to pay a penalty. I told him “since I got kicked out and Mr. Redmond denied me service, that could change a bit.Another associate who could not even try to help, and which I do not know why I even talked to him since he is just a sales manager.Somewhere else!

From the moment we walked in Jordy was nothing but bright, cheerful, and confident that we would be able to work with him. We had some cars in mind that we had been interested in and he brought us right outside to the exact vehicle that we had seen and then also presented us with countless other colors and options to stay within budget. Initially we were coming in for just one vehicle to get us by but with the amazing selection they had we were actually able to walk away with not just one but two cars! It was truly and amazing experience that we will not be forgetting any time soon. Anyone who is struggling or trying to get their life back on track and needs a vehicle I would highly recommend coming to this dealership as for the first time in over nine years they were actually willing to work with us no matter the background.

I purchased multiple vehicles (four vehicles in 5 years) at this location and usually had excellent service, HOWEVER, as i was attempting to buy out my lease I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with an Internet Sales Manager Jeff Braunstein. Not only did he rush me off the phone every time I called to ascertain details on how to proceed with purchase, he was nasty and short tempered with my husband as well when he did a follow up call. When we arrived at the dealership we did not realize we had to bring the vehicle with us to buy it out, the manager behind the plexiglass (did not get his name) called Mr. Braunstein on the phone I suppose to ask if he gave us instructions for purchase, at this time, Mr Jeff Braunstein was nasty with the sales manager stating What do they want NOW, i talked to them three times already. Honestly, my husband and I were appalled by his tone and unprofessionalism. The Sales manager on site attempted to take him off speaker at this time so that my husband couldnt hear what else he was saying.This mans actions are not what WAYNE FORD should want as an employee. As i said previously, I purchased several cars and trucks from this dealership in the past and had a great experience, now that I am in the market for another vehicle, I will NOT be going here ever again, nor will my family and friends. The sales managers were professional and did all they could to explain us through the process and helped us the best they could. Sad that the Internet Sales Manager Jeff Braunstein has now ruined my experience with the dealership for good.UPDATE---- THE RESPONSE FOR THIS REVIEW WAS REPLIED TO BY THE OWNER, HOWEVER, I WONDER IF THEY ACTUALLY READ THE REVIEW. Leased a Ford from them years ago. Every time I went back to price out a new Ford including yesterday they refused to give me a price without a deposit committing to make a deal on the spot. I worked in the business for 15 years and it’s pretty obvious you can’t sell a vehicle without giving a price. Clearly they are not confident enough to give a price. Drove home a new Nissan yesterday. Suffice to say I will never go back to Wayne Ford.

Bought a 2016 F-150 from Wayne Ford not even two months ago. Haven’t even put 600 miles on it yet. Took it in to my local Ford dealer for inspection. Both front brakes are metal on metal and the rear also need to be replaced. Between that and a few other things, the total was almost $1,500.I called Wayne Ford and asked them to help share some of the cost, considering I paid a small fortune just to drive it off the lot. They said they wouldn’t take the word of my local Ford dealer and that I needed to drive 2 hours to their dealership to have the work done, IF they saw fit.Suggesting I drive that distance on grinding brakes is a complete disregard for their customers and the safety of all drivers.Beware purchasing used vehicles from Wayne Ford. They’re nice and clean on the lot but chances are they’ll need some work once you get them home.

Everyone was very helpful and the process was excellent. Matt, in the service department was excellent and very helpful. The reason Im not giving 5 stars. As I returned home i checked the vehicle and seen the new engine block heater cord. I also see greasy foot and or hand prints all over the bumper. Its not a huge deal. But in order to get 5 stars the customer experience needs to be 5 star worthy. Over all a pretty good experience. Im not sure if they offer a free wash like the other ford in Clifton. (Fette). When I went to fette they would wash after every visit. But fette service was horrible. Thats why Im trying out wayne. The place looks beautiful by the way.

This is my third ford vehicle, but first time purchasing through Wayne Ford. Recently rolled out of our 2017 XLT Explorer and drove off with a 2020 limited Explorer with the assistant of Michael. Dealer inventory was awesome as I was able to see both a limited and fully loaded XLT for side by side comparison. It was nice to see all the features I was looking for in both models and Michael helped make the transaction as smooth as possible. Jamie was was a pleasure and was great about explaining all the papers for processing. Very happy with our new truck. Thanks again, Michael!

If I could give ZERO STARS for sales I would. Complete lack of communication and follow up by email. Rob Avery and another individual were quick to book an appointment last night but despite multiple requests for pictures of the undercarriage (including this afternoon) no response. I just called and was told by someone the truck sold this morning. Then they had the audacity to tell me theyd probably call me tomorrow night to cancel the appointment. Thats pretty nervy considering it is a 4 hour round trip I had started preparing for tonight. Never again Wayne Ford.

Took my Ford Explorer there for recall, oil change and driver side seatbelt buckle broken. They wanted $400 to fix the lower latch seatbelt. The truck only has 75k miles and I never had a seatbelt break before in my 28 years of driving. This is a safety issue. We called Ford corporate and they did nothing about it. I just got the oil change. Going to trade in my Ford for a Chevy or Dodge. My previous experiences with the service dept have been positive.

Bought my Truck from Wayne Ford about 3 months ago, now i understood that this was a 20 year old truck but I never expected to have to pour $1.5k in maintenance in three months just to get the thing running. In those 3 months ive had to replace, all 4 brake calipers, rotors, and brake pads. Both batteries in the truck were old and shot, The alternator died 2 months into ownership, The power steering line burst off, And after all of this the thing still doesnt start. I guess its my own fault for signing that they would not offer a warranty and the vehicle is sold as is, so beware if youre purchasing a used vehicle really do a full inspection. On a side note though Jordy was an amazing salesman and a great guy to talk to and assist me with my purchase so that was a good experience at least.

Jordy and the team at Wayne Ford are excellent people! I went out of my way all the way from Brooklyn NY to come here and see the one Edge ST in stock. Most places either had very few in that trim or would not be discounted to the price I was expecting. I made a phone call and an appointment, hit the road and arrived at about 6:35 PM. The location was very easy to locate and very clean; the vehicles were beautiful and the staff extremely attentive and helpful. I was given two cars to test drive, which were very fun. I enjoyed the solo test drive experience, as all my other test drives were with the sales people. Ultimately the sales team made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. I signed that evening, and with very few hiccups the deal was done and the vehicle was driven to me!

After going to numerous car dealers, and dealing with sales people and sales managers trying to explain the hidden costs and hiding other costs on their over priced vehicles in poor condition—a good friend of a trusted Volvo dealership (Prestige Volvo), recommended I talk to the Folks at Wayne Ford. As soon as, I approached the dealership, I knew I was going to find my truck. I have never seen a dealership with so many cars and trucks—Even on the Roof!. Which means they price their vehicles competitively, because they move in volume. Not to mention their vehicles are in excellent condition. After finding the truck, we worked with sales and negotiated a fair price. I would have loved to get the truck for free! However, I know everyone has to put food on the table and the building needs lights and heat. I read thousands of reviews and when people write bad reviews—it’s normally because they expect dealers to give it away for free. A Great Deal is one in which both parties win. I enjoyed working with Scott and all the other people at Wayne Ford and I am very happy with my Truck. I look forward to continuing to build a relationship and sharing my experiences along the way! If you are going to close a department for what ever reason. Update it on the web.I traveled pass two Ford dealerships to get service done. Spent 40 min on the road to get there, only to find a piece of paper explaining why they were closed. When I asked them when they will be open again on the weekends, to make an appointment. The individual said Monday?...So I drove 35 mins back towards my home where your competitor was open as advertised and found my new Ford Service Department. To handle my recall, oil change and inspection. Which also showed me how well their service department runs.Your loss, their gain and I’m extremely happy with my new dealership. Tell your Marketing Manager, his laziness found me a new home, Great Job!

Wayne Fords service department truly cares about their customers and it shows. The changes they are making to the entire property all seem to be customer focused and the team they have is one of the best. I usually deal with Matt or Bill from service and both of them are of the highest quality. The knowledge they have is amazing and their honesty when dealing with repairs is amazing. They always have at least 3 options for me and its a great feeling that I am working with them to keep my truck running at its best. Likewise, the mechanics on staff are always professional and I have never had an issue with my truck after service with something they have done. I recommend them 100%

Excellent service! We had been to 3 different dealers the past week and no one would give us the time of day. The moment I called and heard that I could meet with the financial advisor I felt a sigh of relief. No one had ever offered any financial guidance to us. I walked in and Jamie said the exact words we had been waiting to here. With the humbleness and guidance of Jamie and Jordi we are now the happy proud owners of a top notch Ford Explorer. Horrible experience trying to get pricing for a new car lease deal. The person who called me was Araceyls Garay. Refused to honor the price offered via True car. Gave a higher price, then when asked to email the price breakdown so I could check the numbers, refused to do that as well and hung up the phone on my face. If you have these kind of salespeople running this dealership I would tell everyone to stay as far away as possible.

I don’t even know where to start. I’ve been dealing with Troy and his lovely staff at Wayne Ford for the past 5-6 years. Every experience with them has been flawless and they all live to help others. They go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed every single time I step in the door and on top of that they are very family oriented. It seems that most of the staff at Wayne have been there for over a decade. This makes me feel even more comfortable when choosing my go to car dealership. Since I own a janitorial company I will only use Wayne Ford to build my fleet. One plus about Wayne as well is that they support the law enforcement community and do whatever they can to show it. Troy has done so much for my family over the years and I cannot thank him enough. Stand up guy and a stand up staff to support him.

Terrible service. I have brought in my vehicle several times for repair. (Lag and throttle response) and theyve said that there is nothing found. Finally brought my car back due to their now being a noise from the engine bay. It has been at their service center for 3 weeks and it has yet to be repaired. They do not call you to update you on the vehicle status. I have called twice a week for the last three weeks only to hear that the part hasnt arrived or that it wont be done till the following week. Called them again this morning and they are now telling me that i have to call back on tuesday. It is ridiculous that it is taking this long, and what bothers me the most is that they do not call you at all unless you call to inquire. I would not recommend this service center at all.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!My mother has come to this facility since 2014 to fix her car and all they do is reset the vehicle so the problem doesnt show.Now that her 7 years coverage is expired, NOW we are notified of a broken clutch. The estimate was $2000 plus a 200$ Diagnosis.This should be free (TSB 16-0109)All they do is Reprogram PCM, TCMHorrible experience with this dealership, all this shouldve been done years ago.The only reason I wasnt here to help my mother was because I was overseas in the US Air Force.Im disgusted by how Wayne Ford handles customers.VERY BAD SERVICE.

2 ND time haveing my vehicle serviced at dealer.1st time they left oil cap off and they didnt fill the def fluid had to come pickup my truck to fix the problem. Gave me a free wash.Today had my truck for oil change and 2 warranty issues they had truck for 2 days. Picked up truck today and find again no def fluid and the fenders are filthy with oily finger prints

I visited four other Ford dealerships, but this was my first spot and everyone was friendly and helpful. Amy, the manager Anthony and Scott the financial manager were very helpful and I recommend going to them. They found 2 rebates to bring the Ford Fusion SE down to my asking price which other dealerships refused to do. I recommend Wayne Ford dealership over other ones in the area.

The sale associate was not knowledgeable and didn’t answer questions clearly. I was shown a 2017 Ford Edge that had to be jump started. Was then show 2 prices for 2 different cars. The sales associate didn’t explain to me he was showing me different prices for different cars. When I asked him about the cars because I was confused he explained to me he was showing me prices for a different 2017 Ford Edge and a 2018 Ford Edge I kept asking different questions in which he could answer clearly and even confused himself at one point. I asked them to show me the cars he was giving me the prices to it took the sales associate 45 minutes to look for the keys and move one car that was in front of the one he was going to show me. He wasn’t Presentable and moved super slow. He didn’t look for anything in the price range I was looking for. He kept pushing for me to lease. Just the front desk lady and other sales associate was helpful. Not the best experience in my opinion because of the sales associate. Taking my business else where...

My local mechanic recently closed his shop, so I brought my F150 to the service center. Nothing but great things to say about the folks there, especially a gentleman by the name of Matt.
