Juan and Aaron were very helpful and courteous but there were some issues.The car I originally wanted, I was told had a bad computer and I couldnt purchase it. But it remained on the website for sale. When I finally purchased a different car, the price went up $1500. Thats not right.The certification process was not handled well. Each tire had a different pressure. The left front had 51lbs, the right front had 44lbs. This caused a vibration that I complained about. Re-inflating the tires to the proper pressure took care of that. Also the right rear wheel had gouges in it as it must have hit a curb at some point. That rim should have been replaced before delivering the car.

Great people and Great Cars. It can be little bit of an issue when you live between 2 markets or want to ship the car to another state. We told the rep we wanted the car, went to show room and test drive and then made the deal. We were a little disappointed, that the next morning we realized the driver seat was ripped in the seam and could not see it at dusk when we looked at the car. Of course they did not want to know anything. So as always - Buyer Beware.

I rented a car during the Christmas holiday. The rental agent asked me why I was renting and I told him I needed a reliable car to do some things out of state. I purchased a used car from the Wayne, NJ location. I am the type of person that I literally hate hate hate buying a new car because I cant stand dealing with all the back and forth and stress of buying a car at a regular dealership. My mother in law bought a car at another enterprise location last year and she had a positive experience, so I decided to give them a try. You can view all their vehicles on line and find one that suits your needs. The prices listed are the actual prices. No sales gimmicks. But if you see a really good deal, people usually buy them up really quickly so if you see something you like, you have to move pretty quickly to get it before its gone. My sales rep was Lauren M. I had a really a really great experience mainly thanks to her. She is really awesome. When i got there for the test drive on the car i saw on line, she had the keys ready and allowed me all the time I needed to drive on my own. I noticed the front brakes were a bit soft and she had them changed for me the very next day. She is also taking care of a chip that we noticed in the windshield. She has been super helpful and so responsive. No issues getting a hold of her because she literally gave us her cell phone number. She has been amazing and I am no longer dreading buying a new car. They will fill you up with empty promises in order to take a deal and after the fact they will not deliver. Prices are not negotiable despite being already high. The vehicles are neglected and in questionable shape even after being certified, I would not buy another car from this place or recommend it to anyone else.

I can only speak on my experience with this company. My experience exceeded 5 stars first and foremost I have bought plenty of cars and this was by far the best experience I ever had from the moment you walked in the door their customer service was exceptional. My personal car salesmen was Phil and he was amazing his follow ups and explaining was on point. I didnt feel any pressure and they let me leave with a smile I got the second car of my choice but I couldnt have been happier. There was a gentleman who did my finances and he explained it so well and broke it down to me that when I left I didnt even felt like I was duped. He made me happy and showed me where my money was going. Shelly who is the manager is so awesome and phenomenal when I had an issue with my car she immediately helped me took care of it explained to me what was wrong and even gave me all the paperwork in regards to the work that was done with my car to physically show me. When the part came she called me first thing in the morning I got my car serviced and she made sure everything was fine with the car. I have never seen a place that was so professional and courteous. Also I cant forget about Noel who did my registration and made sure that I was able to transfer my plates to my new car she was so sweet and nice and awesome. Overall it was a hassle free experience. I have rented cars from Enterprise for decades and was confident that I could find a good used car from them. I had searched online for some available cars and was surprised to find a good selection of cars with low mileage (under 10k miles). I walked in looking at one model but found that it was not comfortable enough for me during the test drive. On the way back from the test drive, I spotted a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport that I skimmed over when I was looking online because it had more miles on it (34k).But when I drove it, I found it was more comfortable for me and despite the slightly higher mileage - it rode like the cars with under 10K miles. The car had been completely gone over - replacing the tires and brakes. Considering the car was $10k less than what it listed for just last year, I felt I received good value for my money.The paperwork took less than 20 minutes to process and I was on my way. My wife has already said that she would gladly go back to Enterprise when it comes time to replace her car.

After making my selection I went to Enterprise for a test drive. Juan was friendly and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He even called my insurance company and set up the new coverage. Not to mention going over all the features and controls of my new car. Set up my Apple Car Play, and 3 months of free SiriusXM. They even put a big green bow on it. I am so happy.

I wish I had known about Enterprise for purchasing a car years ago. Thats the way to go! My sales person, Jared Milligan, in Wayne, N.J. was very professional and helpful along with everyone else on board. I have recommended Enterprise Sales in Wayne, N.J. to a couple of my friends and also to my daughter. The very best car shopping experience ever!!!I did later discover that my car had a replacement bumper that was noticed immediately by my mechanic. I wish I had been informed of this although my mechanic did not see damage under the hood so may have been a minor fender bender situation and not reported to insurance. I recommend being more thorough in inspection of your purchase as you wont be told about everything.

Wow ! I dont even know where to began. When my husband and I first began shopping for cars I was hesitant because (who ever likes shopping for cars) I was nervous because I didnt want to haggle with anyone, I didnt want to feel pressured into paying for something I couldnt afford and most of all I wanted to avoid the typical dealer salesman. Luckily we heard about enterprise and the moment I walked in all my fears went away. Everyone was very nice and offered us something to drink and insisted we were comfortable. We were seen within moment of arrival. We worked with Phil who was absolutely amazing ! We laughed and handled business at the same time without feeling any power struggle dynamics. He listened to what I wanted and the price range we wanted. The first car he showed us was a hit! We then worked with Kyle to discuss money (you would think yikes right?... but not at all) Kyle was super nice and insisted he learns my difficult name and pronounce it correctly. Very poor service and follow-up. They were very happy to sell me a truck on the spot, and Nancy was very nice - but six weeks later I still have no title and no registration. I have called them numerous times about it, waited on hold for long periods with multiple people, and no one has ever called me back. Registrations and titles are part of what you pay for, and Enterprise has really fallen down here. Very disappointing.

I would highly recommend going through Enterprise car sales in order to purchase a car. Make sure to read everything in order to understand my experience at Enterprise.I was interested in trading in my car in order to get an updated model. I was introduced to Matthew and Shellesha (Shelly). I automatically connected with Matthew’s personality therefore rapport was instantly established. He listened to my requirements and was able to match my needs to my future car. Besides Matthew, I was able to establish a rapport with Shelly. She was able to provide me details regarding my trade-in, warranties and banking options. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I was able to walk out of there with an updated car the same day.But wait there’s more good reviews. I was interested in financing my car loan through my credit union due to the partnership that Enterprise has with the credit union. The credit union was taking too long in processing my loan. They informed me that I needed a cosigner for my loan; the same day my temporary registration was set to expire. Dissatisfied with the last minute information, I was able to contact Enterprise and informed them of my loan situation. Patrick and Philip were made aware of my concerns and were able to assist me.When I informed Patrick of my loan situation, he was able to contact banks for the best financing offers. Informing him ahead of time worked in my favor because by the time I arrived at Enterprise, we were able to finalize the documents. In addition, I was able to get my car registration the next day. Philip was able to get my car washed because I purchased my car the day before the March snowstorm. I delayed cleaning my car because snow and salt would of dirtied my car again. Even the lady that installed my license plates was nice.Overall I received a positive experience at Enterprise and I would recommend people to stop by Enterprise if they’re ready to purchase a car.
