Tried returning an item at 6:49pm and the girl working said they’re closed. Guess we all close whenever we want now. Great customer service isn’t easy to find these days.
Rude and unhelpful staff. Also refused to help me with my return although other Cotton On locations have no problem doing so.

Excellent customer service. The salesperson was quite engaging and cheerful. During my one week stay in NJ I visited this shop trice, you can understand how pleased I was.The prices are also very affordable and they have quite a variety of clothing products.Greatly recommend!
