I went to this store today to get my little ones new sneakers. There was no customers in the store. We weren’t even greeted. The two women there didn’t even come over to help nor asked if we needed help. I shop at this Store for years. I just walked out. Seems like they where more into there conversation then doing there job.

If I could I’d give a no star review. Extremely rude and no type of customer appreciation. My daughter and I stood there 5 minutes, store empty… and was not once greeted. Took my business elsewhere, would never go back to that store.

Small store but they have everything I was looking for. The manager was very helpful. Great store!

Lauren deserves 5 stars. Lauren was so awesome and patient with us. My daughter & I could not decide on which ugg slipper or boot to purchase. Lauren was so helpful. She must of went in that stock room around 10x and never once complained frowned or gave us a dirty look. Thank u so much for ur time

Literally the best staff. Went in there with two insane children, was overwhelmed. David was extremely patient and kind while helping the kids. My daughter has some issues and I couldn’t believe how amazing he was. Turned a normally terrible experience into something pleasant. Sidney also stepped in as I was getting frustrated with shoe sizes and my wide feet, where I eventually found things for everyone. Much much appreciated and will 100% be back. Never write a review on a show before lol. That’s how impressed I was with the professionalism and concern for their customers. Thank you!!

Last year, I came in with my dad to get new shoes. Right away this young blonde girl helped us. She was so helpful and friendly. She made us feel welcomed❤️She made sure if I needed socks with my purchase and told us about this product that helps with shoes not getting wet. But this year coming back again...as soon as I walked in there was only one employee at the register just standing here. Didn’t even say one word!? didn’t even acknowledge me or asked if I needed help. I felt uncomfortable and not welcomed at all..
