Contrary to the former review, we experienced great customer service from all the employees. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service experience. Wasnt greeted nor asked one time if we needed help. Employees standing around having conversations at their leisure. Came to buy Vans and walked out with nothing. Only gave a star because Google required it. Never again...

As soon as we walked in staff greeted us and Nick promptly assisted with kids shoe we needed. We were in the store no longer than 5 minutes for our complete transaction. We found that the kids shoes here, were cheaper than kids foot locker and had the sizes we needed.While we were there, the assistant manager was very friendly helping another customer...he was so friendly I thought they were friends. He made the customer feel good about the shoes, she was smiling, taking pictures with them...she ended purchasing them. As more customers walked in the assistant manager greeted them and asked if they needed anything.Great customer both received and observed.
