Trying to get ahold of them on the phone about anything, particularly a rapid covid test is pretty much worthless. Its almost insulting what you have to go through with the automated phone prompts.

I called 3x to get a rapid covid test scheduled. No one there speaks English, I was put on hold for at least 20 minutes each time, only to get hung up on 3x. I never was able to schedule the test with them.

This review is strictly based off the minute clinic. Unorganized waiting room. PA’s (or whatever they might’ve been) had the patient schedule all over the place skipping people and then coming back to the correct patient again. Giving covid test is standard protocol when a patient has a cold (cough, congested, etc) but it took the PA’s 3 hours to tell my wife she has a viral case of a cold. Clearly having heavy congestion in her chest after a couple of dry cough days, coughing up yellow colored mucous would imply bronchitis. Calling it viral without a test and sending her on her way without an antibiotic is just wreck less. Do the test and figure it out for sure whether viral or bacterial then. Guessing games are for wheel of fortune, not medical doctors who charge $100-$300.

Just had an odd experience at this Hamburg Tpke CVS location, a sales associate at the front of the store made a scene about us dropping off a few packages. Do you not take UPS packages? Based on the store signage, you do... so a bit confused on the attitude from your (white/blonde) female associate at the entrance on 1:30pm on 4/3/21.

Dont ever place an order for delivery from this company. I was offered free delivery for a medication that was not in stock from my local CVS. I did not receive my medicine even though the tracking number says it was delivered. They do not require a signature or proof of delivery. NEVER use there delivery service. Dominos can track your order more professionally, and efficiently then CVS. It took them 3 days to respond. There response was I was out of luck ?

Consistently lousy service from the pharmacy. Prescriptions never ready on time. Get your act together.

The pharmacists in the back are really nice...BUT!!! They (cvs) dont support union workers.. They have construction going on and they have either non union or illegals working there... What a disgrace..

This review is only for the minute clinic and my experience with Dawlat Matari. I go there every 3 months for my Depo injection. Not only did she take me in within 10 minutes but I was in and out of there quickly :) I absolutely love her and wish there were 100’s of her. She is very gentle giving my shot, she is very caring and even counted for me the time I have to go back so I didn’t have too. I wish her main store was Wayne not Pequannock because they need more people like her!

The worst place for covid testing. No designated spots no one knows the procedure. I am 40 min here. And still not being called either way. Just 2 people walking in back and forth several times.

No customer service whatsoever. Spent 10 min in the self checkout with the button pressed for assistance. Employee kept taking people in line even though I was there first and pressed the button before they arrive.

Worst CVS store in the area. Cancelled my rapid Covid 19 test last minute and didn’t allow me to reschedule. Unprofessional

No matter how I try to navigate the virtual voice, I cant get to speak to a real person.

Overall poor experience with the minuteclinic for a routine test.The woman provider who was conducting the tests and appointments at this clinic had bad bedside manner and was not friendly, or receptive to questions. Would not return.

Overbooked their covid-19 appointments at 1 pm. So I am sitting in the car for 40 minutes. Bring something to do.

The pharmacy here is horrible. the employees all have attitude problems and they are always short staffed .it takes forever to get a script filled .avoid this cvs at all costs

The pharmacy after 6pm is the worst. The never seem to have enough help. Problem after problem. I’m still sitting almost 2 hrs for one prescription. This is not the first time.This has been my pharmacy for over 10 years. Time to change. The people behind the desk are very nice. I feel so bad for them. They need help!

Ammar in the pharmacy is the rudest creature I’ve ever seen. Maybe he can “do his job” BUT He needs to go to the basic dogs obedience school or something.Mean, nasty, rude, the absolute most repulsive customer service I’ve ever seen.

Average CVS, pharmacy was very quick and gave me no problems at all. My prescription isnt easily found and this CVS at the time did have it in stock and also had no problem with a secondary manufacture insurance card to get money off which Brought my total to 0 dollars. If it wasnt to far away from many other CVS stores I would come here more often.

It’s essentially what you would expect from a CVS in the middle of New Jersey. The store itself is fine, if not a bit run down, but the service and especially the customers around are fairly frightening. A quick vaccine was delayed because of no signs and no one to ask for information. As a result, I had to wait 15 minutes in the pharmacy line behind a woman arguing for $.25 on a package of oreos while both the cashier and manager argued with her. I was about to give her $.50 to just leave when finally I was acknowledged. The vaccine was fine though the attendant had far from a light touch.

Worst pharmacy and store. The pharmacy including some of the pharmacists have no idea what they are doing. I can’t believe they are even allowed to run a pharmacy the way they do. On top of that the customer service is horrific. Taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully one day they will get their act together

Horrible service came here at Monday 12:12 Am the man that works there barely know English no distance between me and employee and funny thing he doesnt give the money in your hands if he so picky especially with the virus dont work and it smells very bad in the pharmacy like skunk never again Ill return to this nasty store ....

Have not had advil cold and sinus since JANUARY! It is 1 week until MAY! I mean come on, its a pharmacy for Christs sake and they cant stock a simple and EXTREMELY popular sinus medication? The answer I get is that its on back order.... really? For 4 months? When EVERY other pharmacy around you has it? Unfortunately today is sunday and they are the only pharmacy open otherwise I would not bother going back there, which I wont ever again. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS STORE AND STAFF WHICH HAS DONE NOTHING EXCEPT PISS ME OFF REPEATEDLY!

They usually have good discounts and deals on select items.. but check expiration date (some of the things have been sitting there for months and years)

Not sure about the pharmacy but the store itself is horrible took $320 from me for a visa gift card the card was not a valid card never left the store with the card they refused to refund my $$ told me there was nothing they could do its been 41 days now still no help from CVS 43 days still no refund 1block away is shoppers pharmacy great customer service friendly you should consider going the extra block cvs sucks going on 3 months now still no refund still no help from cvs going monday morning to file criminal charges this store really sucks

Customer service is atrocious. I keep complaining and they keep sending me 50 dollar gift cards which is the only reason I still go there.

Always long lines for both pharmacy and normal goods counter.Parking lot is a nightmare with the drivers and you need to make sure your aware of your surroundings to not be hit by the drivers who make it a raceway.

They could take care of us better. I got Google to fix the right hours here too 24/7.

Omg I will never step foot into this facility again. About a year ago I went in roughly at 2 AM asking the two employees if either had an extra phone charger because I was stranded with a broken phone. The one gentleman gave me no problems, but the other guy, oh god. He started flipping out and screaming because I accidentally damaged the charger he let me use and then shouted we cant fix your phone I said you know youre not being very nice to the customer. He responded by saying, I dont care! I then asked him for his name and he told me get outta my store right now or Im calling the police. So I left. Luckily by that time, I got in touch with my mom who was one her way to pick me up.

I was in line I waited approximately 20 minutes just to get to the counter for them to tell me something is the matter with the MoneyGram machine which I didnt see anything wrong with the MoneyGram machine except he didnt want to do his job which was the manager so he said all you can go to the other CVS thats out on a few miles from here if youre driving if I wasnt driving you have me here now Ill process my number my ID card I gave you everything you needed and you couldnt help me because if I stay here and wait for you I will have to wait for 20 minutes well I recommend no one come to this CVS if youre looking for MoneyGram because the manager does not want to do his job thank you

Very slow service when picking up a prescription.... so many workers in pharmacy, and everyone moving slow!

Use this store regularly to send Moneygram to my wife overseas. Never had a hiccup until tonight when I had John scrutinize each and every one of my bills (which I had just gotten from a Chase Bank ATM) like I was some kind of criminal. I have used other CVS locations to send money and even at this location, Hassan was always courteous to me, but tonight I left this location feeling like me and my money were no good here after having to deal with John as he spent 15 minutes inspecting every single fiber of my 50 dollar bills. Lesson learned - Ill take my money and my business elsewhere.

Tonight 11/9/21 at around 10pm I witnessed a male store employee behaving inexcusably rude to two women customers. They had decided not to purchase one of the items and politely told this to the cashier. Out of nowhere he yelled loudly “why did you bring it up here then!?!” I mean this guy was red in the face angry over something so simple. It was pretty alarming and uncomfortable and I felt really bad for the two women. Stay away from this location at night, especially if you’re a woman. This man seemed unbalanced.
