I had called earlier to see if they had specific pre-packed flavor of ice cream. The employee who helped me was extremely nice. She reserved two packages for me. I traveled over 20 mins to get it (since it was the only place I could find this flavor) and again the employee was extremely pleasant, but who I assume is the manager and possibly his wife were NOT. As I was there I also ordered myself an ice coffee. I had my 3 children with me, and the manager came over to yell at my daughter for running when she actually WAS NOT at all or I would’ve already told her to stop. My oldest son was even surprised. My daughter was so upset as she’s my most well behaved child (🙄) As soon as my children started talking the manager and his wife (?) came out to watch them as if they had to keep their eye on us. For the 2 minutes we were there. It seems like from reading other reviews they have an issue with patrons who have children. Probably shouldn’t go into the ice cream chain business. I had to write a review because I was so floored I wanted to say something, but didn’t want to create a scene in front of my kids especially with my daughter already upset.Go somewhere else. As moms who needs that garbage!?

How many flavors are on the Baskin Robbins website? Fifty-eight. How many do these jokers have? Twelve. Just over a fifth of what is available. I know, the website says availability may vary, but that seems pretty extreme. Not to mention the fact that they have exactly zero of the new promotional items but they still have them displayed as available in the Doordash app. And they dont even call to explain, they wait until the Dasher arrives and tell him then, further delaying the order. Just dont bother, theyre useless.

THE WORST! Do NOT come here. First I asked for a sundae shake... so it’s a thin milkshake with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream and a cherry. That makes it a Sundae? Before she started I Asked for chocolate syrup and nuts. When I asked what the hell it was that she handed me I was told they don’t have nuts.She saw me struggling to keep my 2 and a half year old calm as his ice cream cone ran down my arm, I asked for a small cup to put it in and was ignored. My husband’s “caramel blast” tastes like cold sweet milk. Total waste of $14 and pretty ridiculous. Never again.

Great ice cream bad service took my kids here and employe was rude to me and my children upsetting to say the least

Shared with Dunkin Donuts. Typical Baskin Robbins with large selection. We primarily shop here for their iced cream cakes. Better than iced cream cakes from Grocery Store such as Carvel.Staff is friendly. Sometimes need to wait a minute or two because staff also takes care of Dunkin Donut counter.

Inside of and run by the Dunkin Donuts that also got 1 star. Enough said
