Had a exceptional experience with the staff at Apple at Willowbrook Mall! The call started with Kim V. She provided outstanding customer service, She went above and beyond what she had to do as a ambassador to Apple. She was also assisted by the Manager Alyssa, which to my surprise, was the same compassionate and understanding type of individual! I was asked to come into to resolve my issue, which I went in about and hour after the phone call I placed, I was then greeted by the Security personal which was pleasant. Greg F. (Both of them) was awesome to work with, handled the process with elegance and finesse while being polite through it all! Mark was also a pleasure to deal with as well. The TEAM WORK at this store was exceptional, I have to stress the fact that even though there were multiple people involved, there was not 1 transition from 1 person to another where the information was not conveyed along correctly. (Everyone reading this know what I am talking about, You get passed from 1 person to another and they repeatedly ask you to explain what is going on ), there was none of that here! 10/10 would recommend this store for Apple Products, just to deal with the staff alone. Excellent Job everyone! Keep it up!

I had an appointment at the NJ Willowbrook Apple Store yesterday. I was taken care of by a fantastic professional who really cared and made everything right. I left feeling better not just about my solved problem, but about humanity in general. I honestly now want to pay it forward to someone else. Please note his name is Ramon Acosta. My phone was crashing for months because of my storage being out. I kept getting lose on my way to the mall and got to my apple appointment 15 minutes late. I was so stressed out and they still made room for me! An employee named Kenny helped me and he was so friendly and made fixing my phone so easy. Great service.

We went to the store to purchase a watch - which sounds like a simple visit. After 20 minutes of waiting on line we were told that the cashiers were out at lunch and we would have to come back in an hour or two since nobody is available to work the register. That is what I call horrible customer service.

Could not make amends to see me after 2 reschedules I was literally 2 minutes late I don’t live close to the mall and was not going to sit there and hangout like they suggest for 2.5 hours. Stupid. I was willing to pay to get my repairs done. I’ll take it to a mall stand and they’ll repair it in 10 minutes.

Beware of this store. They do not honor the warranty period provided by apple. A Warranty Period Apple or an AASP in accordance with warranty.i) repair the Apple Product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,(ii) replace the Apple Product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or(iii) exchange the Apple Product for a refund of your purchase price.The store manager Sasha didn’t even know the retail price of the 11 PRO MAX and was fumbling with questions. But yet can’t read his own warranty policy. Incredibly rude and disrespectful tone when speaking with customers as well.

My newly purchased EarPod pro kept falling out my ears. One fell and cracked so I took it into the apple store to see if they could replace it with new ones or repair it . The rep told me it could not be repaired and that I had to purchase a new one. I was charged full price for the new one but the rep then proceeded to keep the damaged one . I asked him to give them back to me a he said he could not then started talking demeaning to me telling me that apple recycles it so he can’t give it back . I stated I didn’t think it was fair that I was being charged full price yet apple was keeping my damaged earpod to refurbish it and make even more profit . The rep then got the manager that also refused to give me back the cracked EarPods and said that if he did he couldn’t sell me the new ones . Again for clarity I ask if I would of lost the earpiece and came in and asked to purchase one would it be the same charge he said yes. I told him that I did not give my permission for the old ones to be confiscated from me and only apple received the benefits of that and that it’s not like apple is saying turn in your damaged apple product and receive percentage of a new one . After purchasing the new EarPods I told the rep I wanted to purchase the air tags which he refused to continue to help me and sent me to someone else for help . Terrible experience

This is so disappointing and at some point frustrating. I was stuck at work today so I couldnt take my mom and my son to fix my phone that just decided not to turn on in the morning. Tomorrow, Im flying to another state where there is a storm going on... My mom has been waiting for 4 hours already and they just told her that she had to wait until 7pm because there was not technician YET!!! She is with a baby!!! And we dont even live around there!! THAT IS NOT HAVING THE CLIENTS IN CONSIDERATION

Located in the Willowbrook Mall. It’s the typical Apple store that offers classes on Apple Store Apps. Staff can be helpful and waiting time can vary depending on the service you require. The good thing is they can message you once someone is available to speak with and again when your product is ready for pick up. Prices seemed bit pricey when compared to competitors.

When I asked a lady with blue hair she stated that “they don’t take people by the order seated they take people who’s appointment was earlier than mines even if I got here first and on time” why make appointment then to come. I got this phone when I broke my iPhone XS max. I was sad about the breakage and not expecting much with this replacement but holy cow! I was mistaken to judge a book by its cover. I thought I was going back a lot of steps by buying this phone but it doesn’t feel like a compromise. In fact, it feels like a tiny upgrade. My battery lasts all day, it’s a small tough brick so even though I have a case, the phone feels like it will survive the highest of falls. It’s fast, straightforward and the touch id has been a lifesaver in COVID time. Face ID was annoying the heck out of me. All in all I recommend this phone, my renewed phone was basically new and I love it. Whether it’s a replacement for a broken phone or an altogether new phone, this iphone SE is worth every penny.

Worst customer service experience ever. The “manager” samaj or whatever his name is has absolutely no care for the customers that walk into this store. I simply wanted to go in and buy a watch, I already knew exactly what I wanted to buy and all the details, I was going to be 5 minutes at most. But they claim to have an extremely long wait to attend customers to the point where they “couldn’t fit me in”. But funny enough, I saw at least 3 customer service reps just standing there on the iPads. Stay away from this store. Do better apple.

Please answer one question for me, how come i can walk through the entire mall with no mask on, visit multiple other stores with no mask on, but then have to put one on when i enter the magical threshold of the Apple Store at Willowbrook? What is it about the Apple Store that makes people more susceptible to covid nine-TEEN? Does covid know when i’m inside the Apple store? Is it attracted to some unknown force within the Apple store that the public is not privy to? The public deserves answers. Upon entering the Apple store, i was immediately apprehended by a mask cuck that informed me of the mask policy. I explained to him i have a disability that prevents me from wearing one, per CDC guidelines. In case you are unaware, the CDC and Lord Fauci have the final say on how we live our lives, and their advice is the new gospel. The aggressive mask cuck then told me i would have to leave if i didnt want to wear a mask, but clearly he was not well versed in the gospel of the CDC guidelines, as i was in the RIGHT for not wearing one. I then walked over to the accessory department and browsed the various over-priced knick knacks and accessories Apple offers. I was there for a headphone adapter for my Iphone 11 (where is the Iphone 9?!)..The mask cuck then proceeded to summon another, more aggressive mask cuck who was dressed up as a security guard. The manlet posing as a security guard then informed me i would have to leave and that i could be helped outside the store. Wow, just wow. Apple discriminates against people with legit disabilities that cannot put a mask on! Read the CDC guidelines on masking people with disabilities Apple @ Willowbrook. And please tell your bugman soylent drinking mask cuck employees to stop being so aggressive! They were really mean!

Credit card was used by someone other then me and no ID was required. I will be taking Christi Palmer to court and seek damages. Policy for asking for ID was not implemented.I called and Doug H said sometimes they check and sometimes they dont.

Rob was working at the Genius Bar and helped me set up an appointment to fix two cell phones. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Being that we went late night the techs were busy and couldn’t take my phone the same day. I went a few days later and was able to quickly drop my phone off. When picking up my phone there was a bit of an issue but Rob and Jimenez were able to help me out and resolve the issue quickly. They are two great staff members and definitely get the job done quickly and effectively.

I’ve been an Apple customer at this store for years. I always had wonderful experiences until today. We came in looking to get myself an Apple Watch SE. I asked how the GBs compared to the Apple Watch series 3 I already had. The employee said that the watch had no GBs. We, the customer, had to explain to the Apple employee that the watches do have GBs. The employee then left to look at the Apple website information about the watch. I’m sure this employee knows a lot about other products. But he did not know much about the watches. We asked the manager if we can please talk an employee that was knowledgeable about Apple Watches. She told us that he knows everything about the watch. We said, “then why is he googling up facts during our appointment? We had to explain GBs to him.” The manage then got angry. She told us we could go home an look at the website if “we know so much.” I told her that if I’m going to spend $300 on a watch, I want to talk to a knowledgeable employee. The employee did not even know about GBs and we had to show him on the website. All we asked the manager was, can we please be paired with an expert. We will even wait for a new person. The store was busy and I was willing to wait it out. She then told us we were unprofessional, rude, and lacked empathy. All because we wanted to ask a knowledgeable employee tech stuff about a $300 watch. The entire time the manager had a negative attitude. We did not insult the employee and again, I know he is smart. He just did not have knowledge about the particular product I wanted to buy. And that is okay! But the manager can not start attacking us when we only asked to talk to an expert. She finally switched the employee for our appointment and the new one was knowledgeable.

Took my computer in to get fixed. The stores seems to have lost my computer. I can’t get anyone at the store to help me, and the Apple support keeps transferring me to other departments. They won’t give me a loaner and they won’t replace my machine

We got to the store at 10:30 and there were 2 seperate lines, no sign no nothing. at 12 they opened the store and out of nowhere the guards started moving everyone around and the people that were waiting there for hours were not ur last because they were in the wrong line but there was no sign. people got so mad people and just left. Super helpful staff even during covid, the genius helping didnt know if my preferred language was an option on the new OS so she asked a few other geniuses and they found out that I could in fact use it. Definitely recommend Willowbrook Ive been to a few other Apple stores both in America and abroad and none beat the service I get at Willowbrook

It was horrible,I will never go back there again.they made you go to a machine down from there store to make a appointment.it didnt work.so we got in line .they made us get out of line an make a appointment after they fixed it, so after you finished you had to get in the back of the line after waiting ahalf hour for them to open.. dont by apple its not worth the aggravation. Never have I had any such problems with my android and it works as good or better.

The absolute worst. Nothing but greedy. I wish I had something good to say. Over the years Ive tried to give the benefit of doubt, but Ive dealt with nothing other than being overcharged, lied to, and deceived. They pretend to care about your issue before pushing you to buy something new. I paid $1000 to fix an issue that has not been fixed. Why should I bother going back to the Apple store when theyre just going to tell me to pay more? Im not paying another grand to fix an issue that I already paid so much to fix. I have no desire to be rude, but most people dont have money to waste and throw away. Im so disappointed. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Hoping a local store can be more helpful.

Making an appointment for iPhone service should have been easier. The apple store replaced the battery on my iPhone X and took the screen protector off. They had finger prints on the adhesive side and still asked if I wanted it installed on the phone. Bunch of idiots. They didn’t offer to refund the cost of a new screen protector.

We came to the Apple store because my daughters iPhone 11 max stopped working. Kevin was the tech that came over to help us. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix my daughters phone. Kevin had great knowledge of the product and was also very personable. I would recommend asking for Kevin if you have a problem.
