Worst tire place ever called yesterday and placed order for tires called today and was told all day long truck was not here yet. Finally talked to someone who might know what they are talking about and said well we have those tires In stock normally and have me a much higher price then what was originally told to me. To top it off they just sold the tires they had and won’t have more till tomorrow and had the nerve to ask if I was ok with that. They are the most disorganized place I have ever seen and well I had used them in the past but never again. STAY AWAY if you want good service and a good price...

What a great, quick and easy experience! I needed two new tires put on and the other two rotated. They got me in and out in less than hour! And the price was almost HALF what other places quoted me. I went to them based off of a personal recommendation and Im so glad I did. And I had to drive almost an hour to get to them. Totally worth it. Thanks guys!

Used to take all my work there even if didnt buy tires from them with no problems now was told if someone that was buying tires from him showed up in middle of job on my truck it would sit till he had time wont go there again

They quoted me one price on the phone, then it was higher when it came time to pay. They also used way to much grease that then slung all over the sides of my car. On the plus side They are quick to get you in and out. Just feel like I was taken advantage of.

Dont go anywhere else or youre overpaying and not getting the best service. Only place I take my cars for tires.*update* - Still taking my car here and just had another round of great service and even let me know I should start thinking about replacing a few things and even gave me some aftermarket advice to help save me some $$$

Always great service. Only tire place around that gets my business now. Had terrible problems with 2 other local tire shops and havent had a single issue with Buchanan Trail Tire in the last 5 years that Ive been a repeat customer.

I would recommend them for all your tire needs. Tires were rotated in a timely fashion for little to no cost....same can be said if you have a puncture. When you buy tires here they dont pressure you to buy the most expensive set, but rather one that fits your car and your needs. I have used them many times and purchased several set of tires, stop searching this is your place for all your tire needs.

These folks will have you in, out and on your way in no time! Very professional and very hospitable! You usually dont need an appointment. I found it works best when you use the First Come, First Served rule! Lol 😂

Ive gotten 3 sets of tires from them they always take care of you if something goes wrong (nail in the tire or uneven wear). Wouldnt take it anywhere else!

Dont make the mistake I did! Their prices might be low, dont be fooled, what they didnt do for me was warranty support. Had a warranty issue with my Michelin LTX Defender tires, excessive road noise, those folks wont stand by their warranty or even assist in submitting a claim to Michelin. They make fun of local firms in Waynesboro like Blubaughs and Strites that have high end tire equipment to check out of round tires, etc., necessary to diagnose tire problems, equipment they dont have. Service after the sale is worth a few dollars more.

Had a tire that was leaking and took car over to Buchanan and they checked it as soon as I got there, plugged the tire, and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Kudos to Curtis quick work and the friendliness of the shop personnel.
