I stopped here about halfway through my drive to North Carolina when my breaks started acting up. They did a great job and charged very reasonable prices. They also finished the job sooner than promised and were very helpful in getting me back on the road quickly. If I lived nearby this would be my go-to auto shop.

Rick and the staff there are awesome and have a lot of experience! I am a single mom that doesnt have a lot of time to waste and they understand that. The prices are very competitive and they go the extra mile.

The only place in town I will let work on my car I have never felt complete confidence in a place like I have here

The staff is usually friendly, and they get the work done timely. The problem is in the details. I usually have to reset the oil life after they change the oil. They replaced my wipers, only to have it come off the arm while driving down 64!! Not sure if I will go back.

Very friendly environment, no nonsense. I went to get my oil changed and they rotated my tires for free! They did point out that my air filter needed changed and that my back brakes needed changed, and trust me they really did need changed, but they didnt try to upsell me on anything. They were quick and the atmosphere in the lobby/waiting area was very nice and really cool. I highly recommend!

Took my Ford Explorer in for a missfire on number 2 cylinder, I already had changed plugs, plug wires, and coil pack. They kept my car for 4 days each day saying they figured it only to have number 2 missfire again.They call on the 4th day saying it is still doing the same thing, and that I will need to take it to a Ford Dealer to figure it out. They charged $134.00 and fixed nothing. Charging me for parts they took off and replaced plus labor. How can you charge for something you didnt fix or figure out?

TL;DR at the bottom.Im going to sound like a complete shill but this place is outstanding.Starting with the lobby:The waiting area for most places is a little bigger than a prison cell but this place has a waiting area about the size of a 3 or 4 car garage and is decorated with classical car stuff.Small snacks, coffee, and bottled water are complimentary.Free WiFi.A seating area for small children.Magazines; I didnt pay too much attention but I recall several Popular Mechanic and Car and Driver.I counted 10+ something outlets that someone could charge a phone or plug in a laptop to. At least 4 of these outlets had USB available on them.There are 3 televisions mounted on the walls and an additional television dedicated to displaying the progress of vehicles being serviced.The bathroom was clean and for being a repair shop bathroom, very spacious. The lights were motion sensor activated. Granite counter tops.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I got to watch my wheel alignment being done. I dont mean I got to look through a 2x2 window and make eye contact with an angry mechanic on the other side. I mean I got to see just how it was done and it was awesome.If youre going to be stuck here for an hour or two, there is a Subway right next door, a Rite Aid across the street, and cheap gas nearby. Lots of stuff within easy walking distance.Finally, price. For $384 and some change I got an oil change, 4 new tires mounted and balanced, TPMS diagnostics, and a wheel alignment.Overall, an outstanding experience. My only gripe is that the place can be a little difficult to spot when youre driving by because it kind of blends into the surroundings.TL;DR: 10/10, spacious, comfortable, snacks, super convenient, excellent prices.

New mechanic in town, first owned by a woman. Excellant service and when was the last time your mechanics price came in under quote. For real excellant service, knowlegable and friendly.
