I moved here almost 5 years ago. This is the only place Ive ever taken my car only place I will. All my brake line busted only took a couple days that was with getting the parts. Then my gas rank leaked and they found that there was a recall and made all the calls for me I just had to take my car to the dealer for the recall. I take both my cars there and the one is a 2020. Great place for you to take your car to get fixed. Pricing is great also. Thank complete car care.

I normally steer clear of local repair shops because of stories I have heard over the years. I have always taken my vehicle to a major dealership. However, this last time the dealership said I needed a bunch of work done (costing around $3,000 with parts and labor) The dealership looked at my Jeep 2 separate times. Both times they told me my drivers side boot on the drive shaft was torn. I began looking around because of how much it would cost at the dealership. A good family friend recommended I check out Care Care Complete. He is very picky about who he takes his vehicles to, so I figured Id give them a shot. I even found a replacement part for the drive shaft I brought along with me so they could install it. The mechanics at Car Care almost immediately questioned why the dealership said I needed all that work done. They even asked for a picture of the list so they made sure they got everything. I was most concerned about my drive shaft since I was told twice by a dealership that it was torn. Once Car Care had my vehicle in the shop I was totally shocked. They contacted me saying the drive shaft was not torn and even sent me a picture. I was still concerned so I asked them to look again to double check. The mechanics went as far as taking a video of both the drivers and passengers side of the drive shaft to show me there was no rip. I was completely shocked that I had gone into a major dealership more than once, and they told me it was ripped. When I watched the video from Car Care, the drive shaft was super clean, and had no signs of grease leaking or anything to show a tear. When I went to pick up my Jeep, two of the mechanics asked if I had seen the video and talked to me about my Jeep. They ended up only servicing my Jeep with the things it actually needed; transmission and transfer case service, and a coolant flush. They did check everything on the list to make sure and only serviced the things that needed it. After this experience I will not be taking my Jeep to a dealership anymore. I will continue to take my Jeep to Car Care Complete. Everyone there was fantastic and the prices were very good and affordable. I was very happy with their service and communication. They went above and beyond when they sent me the picture and took videos for me. That proves that they are more concerned about the customer then taking your money. 100% recommend!

Ive been looking for reasonable and honest car work. Well I found it 10 minutes North of Waynesboro. Its medium sized with three bays but they run all three at full speed with all the latest gear. They were trained on hybrids too and quite knowledgeable. I had brake, AC, and inspection work done well, smartly, and at a very reasonable price. Through the morning as my car was worked on about four other local farm folk were having work done. That bodes well as our locals really prize reputation and honest dealing. I have no relationship to the shop other than a satisfied customer. My advice - Give these mechanics a try.

Took my brand new 2020 vehicle to CCC... The vehicle was completed one day before I was scheduled to even pick it up. Employees were polite and knowledgeable.No scratches or damage to the new car. The exhaust install was professional. Mounted and tightened properly.Total costs were very reasonable compared to other local shops with ridiculous wait times...

I have been taking my vehicle to Justin and Ricky since I moved to Waynesboro 13+ years ago... I am ALWAYS EXTREMELY satisfied with their work, their ethics and their prices! And I will continue to take my 2004 Pontiac to them until the day Justin tells me it’s over. And then I’ll take my next car to them... always a loyal customer... and the only reason my daughter doesn’t use them is because she bought a new vehicle and everything is under warranty... hats off to Justin, Ricky, and Kyle!

Ive been going here for a couple years now. I recomend this shop to everyone I know in Franklin County! Family, friends, you name it. They are friendly, honest, fair and they keep you informed. If you need something done and youre not brand loyal, they wont try to sell you the most expensive parts they can find which I really appreciate. If you are brand loyal, then they will accommodate you. They are patient and they work with you for scheduling, drop-offs, ect. I am very picky and can be a handful when it comes to my vehicle and I can assure you, this is the best shop Ive come across.

1 YEAR EDIT: STILL AWESOME! Ive now taken all 4 of my vehicles to CCC and they keep going above and beyond. They are busy but still do quality work in a very timely manner without cutting corners or overselling. I tell EVERYONE to come here and you should too!!!!How can I add extra stars??? These guys are beyond awesome. I needed the 100k mile service and they had everything done in a day and was the least expensive around (by a good margin). These guys know what they are doing and they are as friendly as they come. No pushy service. They give it to you straight and dont cut corners. Highly trustworthy and recommended.

Very honest owner and the people who work for him . they will help you out any way they can . on several occasions i have either broke down, locked my keys in my car and even a flat tire or two and with one call i had help . they have come to the house and helped my daughter when she had a flat tire . Rick help my wife when she looked her keys in her car . I called Rick and he was there in 10 min. Just call them and check them out and give them a chance .I think the prices are reasonable .

I was in the Hagerstown area when my 2004 Ford F250 broke down in my hotel parking lot. I had it towed to Car Care Complete, primarily because I know Justin and his straight up and down communications. I rode with the WAS driver to his shop where they quickly diagnosed the FICM module as being bad. The next day the part came in and was promptly installed. They did recommend that I replace the batteries in the truck I agreed and they installed new batteries in just a few minutes. They did all the work and replaced the FICM and both batteries cheaper than I could have purchased the FICM for! I was very pleased with there prompt service, quick diagnosis and prompt service. They even showed me the old FICM and it was very obvious that at least 2 of the capacitors were blown. I night recommend Car Care Complete from minor service to a major repair the staff was friendly and the garage was organized even though they were adding additional bays at that time. Im headed back that direction this weekend and I may have them ck out an ignition problem that I have as well as my 4 wheel drive isnt engaging! Its hard to find good mechanics especially those that have a good pricing stucture!

Vehicle inspected pre-purchase and was told it would pass inspection took to another mechanic for PA inspection and found holes in the frame and gas tank. Justin from Car care assured me the the vehicle was fine before buying.
