Gary was awesome! He stayed in constant communication with me as he dealt with a warranty company repeatedly on the phone for nearly a week. When he straightened it all out, I happened to be out of town and the transmission had to be picked up in Harrisonburg. Gary returned the old transmission, picked up the new one and had it all fixed before I returned home! I should also mention he provided his services for a fraction of the price of the other shops I researched and he fixed my problem PERFECTLY although I had two other mechanics fail to do so. Not only that, Gary and his father were very personable at the shop when I picked up my vehicle and went out of their way to provide documentation for the warranty company I had to deal with. Id rate them higher if I could! Thanks Gary!
