These gentlemen were awesome! They treated me with respect and listened to what I had to say. My jeep wouldnt start after being on the lift from getting an oil change. They did everything possible to try to get it started. My transmission isnt working properly. They helped me with transportation to where I needed to go. I am from out of town 2 1/2 hours away. They were so nice that Im leaving my jeep here instead of getting it towed since I have to come back. Thank you so much for everything. I appreciate everything you did for me.

Ladies be warned if you go alone they will try and pull a fast one on you if you get an inspection done.Got an inspection done they said failed because I needed new motor mounts. I had to laugh because there is no way I have done anything in simple to work and back driving in one year for them to have gone bad. Sorry I grew up working on cars not going to scam me.

Took my car in for an inspection. First come, first serve. I arrived on a Thursday around 1pm and was out in no time. So fast that I went home, switched cars and took the other one and had it done! Ill be going back here. Hassle free, not a bunch of run around.

Called at 2:30pm on a Saturday, and a person answered and said were closed. Even though website says open till 4:30 today and walk-ins welcome. Doesnt seem like a customer friendly place.Update: Immediately after getting off the phone, I called Jiffy Lube in Hagerstown. A friendly man answered and said yes, theyre open till 5, walk-ins welcome, first-come, first-served. Drove there and was in-and-out within 20 minutes. Very pleased with the service at Jiffy Lube Hagerstown.

HORRIBLE customer service.I’ve had successful oil changes here multiple times. Never worried about the cost because I was happy to support a local business and the wait was never usually too bad. The cost is higher than other places, if that’s a concern for you.Unfortunately, I just had a really awful experience at the shop. The guy I spoke with was completely inflexible and unwillingly to see any other perspective than his own. If he had accepted some sort of accountability in the situation, I might still be a customer there. If he had said “ya know, stuff happens. Covid was a crazy time. I get it. Bring your car in, we’ll inspect it again, but not charge you because you already paid back in June.” I would have brought my car in next Saturday and the whole situation would’ve been done and I probably would still take my car there for oil changes and NOT be writing this review. Instead, he had zero interest in figuring out a mutually agreeable solution and pretty much blew me off to go talk to someone else that showed up that he knew. He was so interested in being “right” that he had no interest in retaining a customer. Weird situations come up in the service industry all of the time. If you can’t work with your customers to figure out a solution that works for everyone, then your business is going to suffer. Hopefully, my experience is a rarity and he doesn’t treat other people the way he treated me.Hell will freeze over before I EVER take my car here again. I‘ve even recommended this shop to people in the area. I regret ever doing that. It’s a small community and word travels. I’ll be sure to let my friends and family know how horrible this guy handles customer service issues.

Took vehicle to take a look at something. Although they didnt find anything on a test run, they offered to check more comprehensively for me. Everything checked out and they didnt find any issues.I point that out because one could find something to fix but they were honest. To top it off, they didnt charge me for their time. RJ was VERY nice and I can tell enjoys serving/helping people. I recommend the transparency. I will be back !

I came here to get my car inspected, the overall process was nice and easy, you pull in they take you car in and they have you sit and wait, no appointment necessary (which is the only reason i went here). After about 30 mins, they tell me a failed due to an exhaust leak which i knew about already. heres where my 1 star rating comes from, i get told i need all new pipes, theres holes in my catalytic converter, my muffler, and my exhaust manifold and i need it all to be replaced. the cost? 1500-1800 dollars. My guess is they saw me as a guy who didnt know much about cars and tried to pull a fast one on me because i took it up the road to blubaughs tire sales and they told me I just have a rusted out piece of pipe underneath and they can weld a new piece onto it. the cost at blubaughs? 330...NEVER COME HERE TO GET WORK DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE

I needed to get two vehicles inspected this week. I chose today to take both to Quick Lubes aRe Us. First, my vehicle, then my wifes. The guys were very busy, but were working efficiently. I was treated in a very friendly t courteous manner. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Forgot to reset my cars oil warning and didnt give me a sticker on windshield letting me know what mileage it was changed at.It is about $16 to get oil changed if you bring your own synthetic oil. Was in and out in about 20 minutes.

I hope that were all talking about the same place. I did not have as great of experience about 2-3 months ago. I came in needing an oil change. I thought they were done with my vehicle pretty quickly, got to check out and its going to cost me almost $60, only had $50 cash on me and had misplaced my ATM/Bank card, which I found in my pocket. No sticker was placed in my car that the oil change had been done, but figured may be they forget. Day or so ago, message on my dash says change engine oil.So I was charged almost $60 for an over priced oil change that either did or did not happen. Im just curious why their price was so high, Walmart charges half of their cost and Ive never had a problem with them.Not happy that I have to take my vehicle along with my 3-year old back to a place to have them do something I already paid for or they have check to make sure this was done, not happy one bit. Im a single mom I dont have time to be over charged for services that may or may not have been provided.

EXPENSIVE! Make them tell you the cost before they touch your vehicle! There is no reason that an oil change that costs about $40 somewhere else should cost $86! Beware!

I thought Google maps had me going to a jiffy lube... I was really happy with my experience here and ended glad that it wasnt a jiffy! I arrived about 15 minutes after they opened on a Friday and they were able to service my van an oil change with high mileage oil in about 10 minutes. They didnt try to sell more other services like Jiffy lube does so I was out in under 10 for under $50.

This place is amazing. I would give it more stars if I could. They worked on my car and the owner knew I was struggling financially so he didnt charge me any labor and towed it twice for free. The work is done professionally and accurately. The owner even contacted me later on to ask how the car was running. They will have my business always!

Back in the summer Quick Lubes are Us were celebrating an anniversary I believe and they were handing out free oil changes all day long! Needless to say, I jumped in line! These folks were very professional, and also very quick! Hence the name Quick Lubes aRe Us

Going to be 100% honest - Felt uncomfortable with staff calling 2 women (1 in the waiting area, 1 on the phone) hon & honey. Even if the customers are close friends - not very professional services. Other was this business is recommended.

Extremely poor service! DO NOT TRUST! - To truck for oil change. Guys standing outside smoking, spitting on the wall, cursing. Watched guy take windshield wiper fluid hose down from ceiling. Never thought anything about it since the level was low. Drove truck saturday morning and was running hotter than normal. Looked under the hood and saw that they put WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID in coolant overflow tank. Called and spoke with THE OWNER. Was told they would flush the system Monday morning when I took the truck in. Got there Monday morning, they REFUSED TO FLUSH THE SYSTEM. Said it wasnt going to hurt anything. They could have made it right by just doing what they promised to do to remedy there SCREW UP....but again, REFUSED. NEVER USE THERE SERVICE...CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

They have a good system in place during this pandemic where you stayed in your car while they changed your oil and did inspections. This worked well for me.

Please read!! They tried to completely screw me over!!!!! Save yourself!! One of the worst experiences of my life!!!They tried to tell me my car was a throw away car.. Told me it needed to be junked and tried to talk me into junking my car over a starter tried to tell me that certain models arent meant to have starters changed... I did research contacted a GM dealer ship they pulled my vin and said it was a 1.5 hour job and really simple as soon as i told them my car was gonna be taken to the dealership they all of a sudden were super apologetic saying theyre right theyre wrong and all these excuses.. Basically they tried to take my car and i would presume resell it.. It is that time of year.. Why not charge over 900 $ for a 200$ job and or when that doesnt work re sell it for a huge profit? Im not sure if this is a newer guy that is like this or what but be warned !Tis the season..

Very disappointed in service. I brought my vehicle in for an oil Change and it took almost 1 hour to complete the task because they did more ordering carry-out and talking than working . They where smoking cigarettes while my windows were down and doors open . After I paid I hopped in my vehicle to find that my shifter and steering wheel were covered in oil. By now I am extremely pissed off and had decided I should probably check the oil level only to find that my dipstick had been bent in the middle put back and they never thought to tell me . On top of all that my change oil light hadn’t been reset . Needless to say they will no longer service any of my vehicles .

I am very upset with this place! I was told the pricing over the phone but when I went back to pick it up I was over charged! I supplied EVERYTHING for my oil change and break job yet they charged me $120!!!!!!To add to this I am leaking oil now which I wasn’t before they had it! I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!
