It was a Friday afternoon, I called because my brakes were making a horrible noise and I was afraid my car may not be safe to drive home. First and foremost, I was taken aback with John who answered the phone, not just professionally, but was very pleasant. I explained my situation and even though I didnt have an appointment, he told me to bring my vehicle by and theyd take a look at it. I was glad I did, it was down to the metal. They fixed everything and got me back on the road in no time at all despite being very busy. The price was very fair and reasonable. Best of all the customer service was simply Outstanding. I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Waynesboro.

First time I go to get my oil change and the gentleman who received and helped me was the nicest person ever. He answered my questions (questions from a woman who has no idea about cars) really respectfully and patiently. I do not remember his name but he was working on a Thursday around 4 pm. Prices are affordable and they didn’t try to charge me any extra for anything else like other usually do when they realize I have no idea about cars and stuff.Short but great experience

We always get our oil changes and tire rotations done here. Great service and overall great staff.We had an issue not long ago where our car died on the side of the highway. We had it towed here and they checked it out and let us know it needed to be worked on at a dealership since the issue was bigger than what they deal with. They didnt charge us anything and were very helpful with getting a tow truck and allowing us to keep it there however long we needed.Definitely recommend Mr. Tire!

Are you looking for a place to get some honest work done. Go see Robert and his team! I called Robert this morning to see if he could get me in for a tire patched. He said yes. From the time of that call to leaving the shop was about 42 minutes. That includes my drive time. They put the truck up on the lift. Took the tire off and a few minutes later Robert came out and said it your lucky day. The nail only went through the tread -- never punctured the tire. Other places might have gone a head and charged for the patch. Total cost to me NOTHING. Prompt, honest service with a smile. Robert and his whole team at Mr. Tire have my business for oil changes, tires and anything else. Thank you guys! Have a great weekend!

Was visiting waynesboro over the holiday week end. And very happy to find sme one open on monday the 5. Was leaving to go back home with my family and had a flat tire. That got us right in with no waiting and saved the day with a easy repair. Thank you so much.

Made an online appointment nearly a week in advance for a state inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. They called to confirm the appointment twice. When I got to my appointment they then informed me that they dont do state inspections at that location. Had to sit in the parking lot and call every auto place in Waynesboro and Ladd Auto was able to set up something for the next day thankfully. Terrible customer service. Never going here again.

Called on a Saturday afternoon after 3pm after Walmart could not get a seized lugnut off my tire to install new tires on my Jeep. With no appoint and closing soon, they told me to just come on in and they would get me all set. I left Walmart and drove over to Mr. Tire and they worked quickly to remove the seized nut and bolt, replace it, mount, balance, and install my new tire and get me on my way before dinner. I was informed of their progress the entire time and treated with respect. While I was in there waiting an elder lady came in who had also called as her headlight was out and they told her just to come on in and they would change the headlight for her and they did that too! It is so great to see a place work hard to make happy customers and to get people taken care of right away especially on a Saturday evening. The cost was almost half of what I was expecting to be charged as well! While I cant speak for major repairs, I was definitely impressed with their tire services!

The front desk dude was super nice and said he didnt really have any openings but said he would squeeze me in between appointments. Thats what customer service is about. My only complaint is he said he would call me when it was done when my ride and I were driving away I saw them take it in the shop. For the service at most it shouldve taken was 30 minutes it took over 4+ hours to get a call. As I said he could have turned me away so i am more than grateful just wish I wouldve gotten a call to come get it sooner is all

Someone stole my catalytic converter while parked at an AT trailhead nearby. Limped over to see Robert, who took care of me in about 2.5 hours, including getting the part needed from Staunton. Turned what started out as a horrible day into a great day, with fast and honest service. If I lived locally, Id definitely use them whenever I could. Eternally grateful.

I went to Mr. Tire due to a windshield wiper malfunction. The staff were both courteous and professional. They explained the problem and were able to temporarily fix the wipers because a plastic piece had come loose, however, they informed me that it was a temporary “no charge” fix. I scheduled another appointment to come in and have the plastic piece replaced. Fast service and good pricing.

Incredibly friendly and quick workers! Pulled off the highway on our way to New Jersey from Charlottesville with a tire pressure issue and found Mr. Tire from a quick google search along with a few other options. So glad we chose Mr. Tire! They immediately got the car on the lift, found the object causing the puncture and leak, and within 15min had it sealed and sent us on our way free of charge! Cannot recommend them enough!

On September 25th I received exceptional service from Robert, the store manager, and his team!!! We got an oil change the day before in Hampton at a “Tires Choice” and got on the road to pick apples at Carter mountain. En route, we started to see smoke and the indicator showed low oil. We were able to make it off the interstate and to a gas station where we saw oil pouring out. So we called the “Tires Choice” in Hampton and they told us to take it to an affiliated place nearby called “Mr. Tire.” We called and spoke to Robert and explained the situation and he told us to bring the truck by. When we arrived, Rob quickly checked out our vehicle, and they identified the problem and fixed it for no charge. We were back on the road within 15 mins. Robert and his team was awesome and this was some of the best customer service I have received in a long time! It’s unfortunate that this shop is not closer to us because Rob and his shop would definitely be my go to mechanics!

Took my vehicle by Mr. Tire for an oil change and to get a headlight replaced. They turned it around promptly and didnt even charge me labor for the headlights (even though it is a bit of work to replace them on my car) a few days later one of the lights went out. I gave them a call and they said they would take a look at it. It turned out to be a loose connection. They fixed it for free!

I went there to have them check my brakes. They told me that my front brakes were falling apart and my back brakes needed to be readjusted and cleaned because they were not working at all. They wanted to charge me around $250.00. I got a second opinion and was told that my brakes had at least 10,000 more miles on them. I will not be going back there.

I have a Land Rover, and because of the variable air suspension it it very difficult to get an alignment; I am picky about that and for that reason I am hesitant to go just anywhere. The alignment I had at Mr. Tire was absolutely perfect, actually the best I have found in Central Virginia, or anywhere, car has never been better. Staff are great, timing good, price good, but the job was perfect!
