I wish I could give even higher stars for this dealership. After dealing with a bad car shopping experience, I reached out to Wright Way Hyundai. James answered the phone and answered my questions I had. John worked with me on my new Hyundai Venue. Im so thankful for these guys as they made the process so easy. I came from 3 hours away and I was in and out with my new car in an hour. Would recommend 100x if I knew anyone over that way!

From the sales department to the general manager, I was treated with respect and kindness. Everyone was very patient with me as I asked my hundreds of questions. They were informative, knowledgeable, and made sure throughout the process that I got the car of my dreams. Everyone was so friendly and I truly felt as if I was a part of their dealership family. Sales team was amazing when I originally bought the car. Car quit accelerating while driving on the highway & I eventually broke down on the side of the road at night, so I had it towed to Wright Way for repair. Car drove fine for the first hour back home until it stopped accelerating and broke down on me again. Tried contacting the service department and corporate several times with promises to get back to me. Month after month, I never heard back. Couldn’t believe how awful the service department was when the sales department was so helpful and lovely to work with.

Buyer BEWARE!!! I purchased a car last May from Mike Corbin and Chris Mason (no longer there). Everything seemed great in the beginning. WATCH WHAT YOU SIGN and Read the fine print!!!!! Today while scheduling my 1st State Inspection I was told that Wright Way Hyundai was No Longer doing the FREE Lifetime State Inspections and No Longer doing the FREE Lifetime Oil changes???? Well I have a SIGNED by the Manager and by me a WE OWE contract that states in writing the following: Wright Way Guarantees Include: Lifetime Free Oil Changes (5K Intervals) and Lifetime State Inspections BUT today when I was rudely told that I needed to read the fine print (The WE-OWE with the understanding that it is valid for only (30) Thirty Days from the date of Issuance) So basically this would seem fraudulent since it states LIFETIME but the fine print states Valid for 30 days? Is this LEGAL? I purchased the car as part of the representation was the salesman and the GM was LIFETIME Oil Changes and State Inspections. This was even advertised on the Radio and on FB media. Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A COMPANY that uses this type of Fraudulent tactic! For anyone that might be in disbelief Id be happy to show you my signed documents. Today, I called the new GM Brook Brown and he NEVER returned my phone calls. The receptionist hand delivered a message from me to him personally and Nothing! I will be investigating this further but wanted to share my experience so this doesnt happen to someone else and also for Car Buyers to BEWARE and read the fine print before signing anything! And I thought Wright Way was different from the others but they arent!

On our second Tucson in 5 years and they decide now not to honor their free oil changes and state inspections. We could have gone to another dealership and got a better deal up front but didnt because of the oil changes and inspections. We will never buy from Wright Way again.

So I recently went to schedule and oil change with Wright Way. They tried to tell me that they have updated their loyalty program and in order to get the free oil changes you have to do all these extra services to qualify. Ok what are they? “Tire rotation and cabin air filter change. Oh and we are only gonna let you do this every 7,500 miles now. And that will be $69.99” No thank you! For one I have a K&N reusable cabin filter to save on the landfill waste for two the cabin air filter requirements per my manual only need to be done every 15,000 miles. “Well if you don’t do both of these services then the oil change is no longer free” That’s the biggest load of BS I have ever heard of!! I will literally just take ALL of my business else where!

These people are the worst. We bought a Palisade and paid full price. We knew that the vehicle included a cargo tray but it was not installed in the vehicle when we took it for a test drive. We bought the vehicle after test driving it. When we got home we noticed the cargo tray was carpet instead of rubber which we thought it should be. They were not interested in spending a $100 to keep the customer happy. Very poor business model.

I have purchased four Hyundais at this dealership. The last two I was sold with lifetime oil changes and state inspections. Call today to get my oil changed and was informed there no longer honoring that. They said read the fine print. I will be buying another Hyundai but it will not be from this dealership. If you dont keep your word on something simple as an oil change then that says a lot!!

For starters let me make it known that this used to be a 5 star review. But with a recent change to policy on Lifetime Oil Changes. Something that was a huge selling point for me when choosing this dealer over my local dealer. I have updated my review to match. Come on Wright Way is that really a way to treat loyal customers??

We recenty recived a mailer offering us 14000 for our car on trade, several people i know got the same offers which was double your trade in value. so we did the website trade in confirmation which after inputing the info it said we were offered 13795, sweet lets do this, we went to the dealership and test drove a new santa fe with inteions that if they were going to offer us at least 10000 or more we would get the nice new fully loaded suv. for all the other 1 star reviews while talking to the salesman one of his selling points was the oil changes for life deal. we get back to the dealership and sit down with the salesman. he said well we cant give you what the offer said, i was like ok what can you do. he said we cant even do 10000, well kbb trade in value on our car is 7500 what can you do. they offered us 3500. that way lower then eve the trade in value, they went double the other way. he lost the sale and didnt ever try to reel us back with incentives or anything. this happened the same exact way to 2 friends of hours, they were offered double and got low ball price. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

This would normally get a 5 Star, but I bought my 2020 Kona because Wright Way Hyundai was knownfor their free oil changes and inspections for life. This was a great benefit to save money on car expense.I found out they are NO longer going to honor this, and I think it is so wrong. My feelings are I might as well trade as if I’m going to have to pay them more money, I’d rather pay another dealer the money rather than give them more money!! If you bought a vehicle under this commitment, I think they should honor previous customers. If they want to change for future buyers, then that is a different story.Very Unhappy Customer!! 😞😡

We purchased our 2019 Accent and it was a good experience. They told us that if we purchased the car there we would get free oil changes as long as we took our car there. We we did that for the past two years and it was great. I called today and they said “We’re not doing free oil changes any more. Well, you can still get the free oil change but you have buy $69.99 in extra services to get it”. To me that is misleading as that was an incentive used to sell the car so we will not be taking our car here anymore.

Wright Way Hyundai is where I have leased three fabulous automobiles, an Elantra and two Sonatas. I also have all service and inspections done at Wright Way, and have always been extremely satisfied. The new location in Waynesboro is much larger, and can accommodate more vehicles for sale as well as those in for service. I would highly recommend a Hyundai automobile and Wright Way will have plenty to choose from.

We have purchased two Hyundai’s from Wright Way. The sales department worked with us to get us what we wanted both times. The service department works with us to get us scheduled as needed as with all the routine maintenance. They offer specials on certain items to help reduce the price of some maintenance. Both of our Hyundai’s have been great and not given us a problem, great product they are selling.

I love it here. Everyone is very friendly and the service team is super efficient. They offer bottled and canned drinks and prior to COVID had snacks as well. They have plenty of parking, and service all vehicles. Not just Hyundais. They are also handicap friendly with ramps and reserved parking. 10/10 would recommend.

The people I’ve dealt with here are friendly... but I had a SCHEDULED oil change at 1 pm. I had also asked them to replace one of my tail light bulbs which they said they would do. Well, I didn’t end up leaving until 3:15 pm. AND after leaving (in a hurry after being there for so long) I realize that they did not replace my bulb at all. An oil change with an appointment took 2 hours and 15 minutes, and they didn’t do the other part of the job. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back for any other services.

I bought my car from them less than a year ago with free oil changes and state inspections. Ive never been impressed with their service. They are not very nice on the phone and service is very slow, even with appt. I just called to schedule my next oil change and was told that they have changed there policy so unless you get all their recommended maintenance based on mileage, oil changes/inspections are no longer free. They can still do of course but for $45...and thats not synthetic. No thanks, Ill go elsewhere and never buy a car from them again.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from them, while the sales department are delightful and eager to help, sadly I can not say the same for the service department. I had an Scheduled appointment to get my vehicle inspected. It was a month pass due date, due to covid and repairs needed. I was scheduled for Saturday and I got my time mixed up and was late getting there. They was booked and ask if I could leave my car there, they would try to fit it. I was not able to due to no one available to pick me up, so I was scheduled for Tuesday, they even offered to pick my car up from work and bring it back. However when Tuesday rolled around I had not heard anything by 10:40 so I called, they was short of people and was not sure if they could do the inspection that day, if not I was assured it would be Wednesday, but they would call me back @12. I never received a call. So Wednesday morning I called to see if they was going to pick my car up. I was told, they was not sure and they would call me back at 9, at 10 i still had not heard back. Called and ask to speak to the service manager where I was told, he is overwhelmed right now, they are short and have no one that can come get my car. to just let them schedule it for an appointment, the next available based on my worked schedule was 2 Saturdays out. I should not have had to call 2 days in a row to follow up on something they set up. I understand the initial fault was mine but after that it should not have been on me. Ill just take it to Charlie Obaughs. And will try a different dealer for my next auto purchase.

Nice people to see for getting a vehicle, but not happy about my purchase. I purchased a ‘certified pre-owned’ Elantra from them in 2019. I then found out it had been wrecked by the previous owner and was not fixed properly so it’s peeling and rusting my frame. I contacted the corporate office and they refused to fix it, even though it was ‘certified preowned’. Definitely will not buy anything used from them again!

I think we got a fare price and would recommend going to see Mike and team. Ive bought a 2017 and a 2020 Sonata, both over the phone and email, never set foot in the dealership, had it delivered right to my door, over 100 miles away. I know I got a good price on both. A friend bought a 2017 at the same time I did on the same terms I got, he was very pleased also. These are great people to work with.

It is very sad to me to have to update this review. This dealership used to be awesome...until Big Chris and Dana P left. In August, I arrived for a scheduled recall, oil change and state inspection. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. After 20 min, they had not taken my car back. I had to teach a class right after the scheduled maintenance, so I had to cancel the recall and oil change. (They also have rid their wait room of any enjoyable refreshment) They scammed me on the car inspection. The car only needed a windshield wiper blade. I approved the install. After waiting over an hour for a simple wiper blade install, they came back and told me my car did NOT pass and that the air bag light was now on and that it was a very expensive repair. The Sales Manager, James, told me they would not charge me for the wiper blade, because they felt so bad about the air bag going bad while I was there. So, I left. I will admit, I was VERY VERY ANGRY! I yelled an expiative and I left! After 3 years of going to this dealership, not one time have they given me my car keys before I paid for the service. They GAVE ME MY KEYS because I did NOT OWE A BILL. My husband returned a month later, to get the recall and the oil change. They told my husband that I am banned from the dealership because I stole a wiper blade and peeled out. I have never stole anything in my LIFE! (I did peel out... ha!) When he dropped the car, they confirmed they would be completing the recall. Told him it would take 3 hours. We live an hour away, so we waited around 3 hours. No call with an update from them, so we called and the car was ready. When we got there, they had not done the recall at all--just an oil change, which only takes 45 minutes. My husband paid for the wiper blade that James Linsey had stated I would not have to pay for. I do NOT recommend this dealer at all. BUYER BEWARE!Excellent customer service! Free oil changes for life of the car! Honest! Hyundai cars are top of the line!

Everyone has been great, I enjoyed the service they make sure you are aware of everything that can or will go wrong with your vehicle. Anywork I needed done to my car Ive always came here. The biggest problem I have is time management here, I came to get a state inspection Ive sat here for almost 2 hours so if you are in a rush make sure you schedule anything way earlier than needed. Because you will be waiting a long time.

Chris gave me an excellent deal after I was told by a salesperson from Valley Subaru that they could not do a deal for me because of negative equity on my trade in. I initially wrote a poor review because of the first experience I had at this dealership, a few months ago. I was not impressed by the sharking between 2 salespeople and I was upset about how one of the salespeople relayed information to me. In all fairness, however, some of my being upset and poor review was influenced by my lack of awareness that I didnt know what I did not know. That being said, I initiated contact again with this dealership recently because they had a car that I really wanted, but I also already had a deal ready to accept at another dealership, expecting the same the experience as before. This time, I worked with Chris Mason and John Hostetter. They were at least respectful and reasonable, so I allowed them to entertain me and challenged them to make deal that was literally nearly impossible. When I say nearly impossible, I mean the deal I already had was exceptional in itself and I had been trying to make a deal to get me out a bad financial situation work for over 6 months. They met the challenge. I already had the financing on my own, I let them know what I was working with right off the top with my trades and their negative equity, and the amounts I was looking for in the trades and the purchase price to get the deal approved on that specific car with my credit union. They made it happen. Honestly, they completely changed my opinion of Wright Way Hyundai to the completely opposite spectrum. I will be returning to them in a couple of years to offer them the first chance to make me a deal I cant refuse when I purchase my children their cars for college. I did remove a star on this review because of the first experience that I had there.

Do not buy used car from this dealership, the widely publicized Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned vehicle policy (CPO) is not followed. My wife and I bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited in January of 2020. Provisions of this program entitled us to a CARFAX Vehicle History Report and a 173 Point Inspection Report before buying the car. We got neither ! Instead the salesman presented a AutoCheck vehicle report. This report did not show car had been damaged, The salesman said it was the same thing and just as good, which was a lie! Also 173 point inspection was in service dept which was closed?? CONGRATULATIONS SALES STAFF, YOU JUST RIPPED OFF A COUPLE OF 80 YR OLD SENIORS. The worst part, Hyundai Motor America (HMA) Consumer Affairs told us the dealer is an independent business and they could do nothing! So I guess the Hyundai CPO inspection is a joke, invalid and not enforceable. BEWARE folks!

Honestly for a good while it was the only place I would buy a car and I would easily give them 5 stars but the service department has gone down hill tremendously. I was given attitude right off the bat. My moon roof rubber seal kept coming off a few months after purchase and they told me to buy silicone. Honestly my only problem with them was the service department.

I want to thank Walter and the young brunette in the service dept. My headlamps on my 2017 Sonata was cracked and showing major wear and tear. After speaking with one associate whom told me that my lights wasnt covered because I only had 12k warranty on them. Walter and the brunette went out their way to make sure that this issue was resolved and for that my loyalty with Wright Way is restored. Chris was nice, but Harold was a very passive aggressive and condescending salesman. He asked my mom, sarcastically, “If you didn’t have that computer in front of your face, would you be talking to me right now?” Just because she was looking at her phone for five seconds. Bought a certificate pre owned vehicle here a couple of months ago. got an excellent price with out haggling and the customer service is still great even 2 months after i bought the vehicle. its on of the few dealerships that has honest salespeople who give you a fair price from the get go. deffinatly will use this dealership in the future. :)

For Mr. Guererro,Your description of what occurred when you wanted to sell us your car is a complete misrepresentation. You entered the dealership with an aggressive demeanor and when I informed you that our used car inventory was full and we were not looking to purchase a car at this time you got even angrier and stormed out. We DO buy cars from time to time, but we do so when our inventory is low, not high. We ALWAYS are willing to trade which you were also informed of. Dont use social media as a means of venting your anger with no repercussions. It truly is poor form.

My car required inspection; the appointment was for 8:15. At 8:40 I was in my car headed out of the lot! Efficient and friendly service; nice hot cup of tea while waiting and co creation with a no pressure sales person! A good experience!

I had a 2009 Hyundai which I have had serviced for years at Wright Way. I always loved my SUV, and was so content with the service that I had been provided that I decided to buy my new SUV at Wright Way. John Hostetter was the salesman and gave us such a great deal on my 2017 Hyundai Sport Turbo Ultimate. He also spent so much time with us, explaining everything that we needed to know, and, not being a Tech person, I needed a lot of help. I am soooo happy with my purchase, not only because Hyundai is the best car with the best warranty I have ever had in the 45 years I have been buying cars, but because we are so satisfied with the dedication that Wright Way Hyundai has to ensure quality work and service on their vehicles, and to ensure that their customers are happy!

Although I did not purchase my Hyundai at this location, they have been nothing but helpful anytime I needed any kind of work done on my car. Most recently, I took my car up to have a recall done. While there, they offered a free oil change, and even asked if we were hungry and wanted something to eat since it was around lunchtime. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers.
