Best salon experience Ive had!! The lady that did my hair I wish I could remember her name 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.. But she did an amazing job she knew exactly what I was looking for and it turned out beautiful!! The color was beautiful and it wasnt sloppy at all.. She took her time and even did some extra styling for me 🤗.. This is where Ill go to from now!! Great atmosphere and clean too!! Very nice and sweet ladys!!

The girl that cut my hair clearly had no idea what she was doing. Before she turned me around to look at the back in the mirror she ruffled my hair and said she wanted to make it look messy. I shrugged it off and couldnt see it well enough in their mirror. Well, I got home and saw this. I was furious and called them about it - the manager apologized but said they couldnt fix it for about another 6 hours. I had to go to work, and refused to go looking like this. Super embarrassing! I went to Adela Style to have it fixed immediately, and the ladies there could not believe how badly my hair was cut. Do not go here unless you want to experience major regret and fork out more money to have your hair fixed. This was my second bad experience and I wish I would have learned the first time.

Went to get a trim and thin my thick hair. I didnt want the top too short... Elizabet chopped my hair 😡 AWLFUL!!! Never going there again

I had my hair trimmed and highlighted. It was great because the hairdresser understood my desire to keep my underlying gray and just brightened the top.

Had a horrible experience. Didn’t color my hair like the picture then cussed in front of clients and was extremely rude. The rudeness came mainly from the girl with the green hair who wouldn’t give me her name. I usually like getting my hair done here but I will not be coming back.

I have super thick hair and Crystal Shorter did a fantastic job taking the weight off of it for summer. A very nice layered and textured cut with wash dry and curl for 40 (not including a good tip) Everyone was friendly and fun. Its nice to see coworkers having a laugh in the workplace. Ill be bringing my daughter in for a trim with Crystal to work some texturizing magic.

Shawn cut my hair today and it was exactly what I wanted! He has officially made a regular customer today! He was super friendly, he explained what he was doing and why as he was cutting my hair. LOVE HIM!!!

I didnt give a 5 because Ive experienced snotty employees but the price is good and Ive been impressed with the cuts. There are some that are real friendly and nice to my son. Id give it a 5 if I hadnt had bad experience with a couple of them.

Ive been to multiple hair salons and Fantastic Sams is an awesome place, they are very caring and gentle & will have you looking like a whole new person when you leave!! Mary Blair is an awesome stylist and will have you leaving happy and smiling. Go to her for beautiful and exciting new looks!!

Prohibitively expensive! i was on the chair for, no joke, about six minutes in all. did not ask for a cut, just a trimming. the bill came out to $19 dollars. is that how every fantastic sams work? the worst part was that the fellow on the chair next to me, who received a cut for what seemed like an eternity, only had to pay $15 for his. something smells fishy in here...

Went in for back to school haircuts for my children. When we walked in there were multiple employees sitting in their chairs scrolling on their phones. After one finally acknowledged us she said that we would have to come back in an hour because she needed to go take milk to her baby at home. I was like fine but don’t understand why someone else couldn’t have put the phone down and done it. We left and came back an hour later like instructed. Still everyone was on their phones. We sat for 15 minutes and then decided to leave because clearly they didn’t want our business. As we were leaving someone asked what we were doing? I informed them that we were leaving to go else where. She got rude and said that I had an appt and couldn’t cancel it..... well if I had an appt then why did we sit 15 mins for you to scroll on your phone? We won’t be back. This place and its employees are a joke.

I used to bring my son there all the time. He is usually pretty good but this time he struggled and they got very frustrated with him. The lady cutting his hair did well but the manager on duty flat out refused to cut my kids hair as he stated. I heard WAY too much about his personal life AND when my son was done he went and sat down behind the counter and the manager rudely told him to get out from behind the counter and stood over top of him. I never even had a chance to tell my son not to do it. I complained to corporate and never heard a word back. Will not be going back. Employees tend to change with the wind and there is no consistency.

Jennifer took years of over coloring, processing and unkept mess and turned it into this. She took her time and knew exactly what she was doing. Will never go elsewhere.

Great experience, they cut my Son and grandsons hair fast efficient, did theyre best to cut it exactly the way they wanted and a few dollars cheaper then anyone else !

Super friendly and did an awesome job

Used to love this place, but the all-new staff now acts like youre bothering them when you come in -- even with an appointment. They dont know you from one time to the next, even if youre a regular, and I always leave feeling not pampered and rushed through. Cheap cuts, though.

Dropped my rating from 5 stars to1... It felt at this last appt that every hair was being pulled out as she cut it despite the fact that my usual is with clippers.Not sure if new person or just incompetent. But if igo again I definitely will not Amber anywhere near.

Ok, ok...Im a guy who doesnt buzz my head or wear a hat constantly. ( I know, unheard of, right?) My hair is blonde, fine, and kinda wavy. Ive never been able to find anyone to fix it right until I came here. Now all the ladies are like, wooooooo...... you look like the cover of a romance novel! :)The ladies thank you Miss Mary, and so do I.;)

First haircut since moving to waynesboro. Diedra listened to what I wanted and I got a great cut. Very friendly and clean place.

Ive gone for 3 years and have got a total of 3 good haircuts and today ruined it all I asked for a trim and she was to interested in gossip that she just shaved my sideburns and messed up all the lines on the sides of my heads and for gods sake if you go there ask for vicky she is the only one that can cut hair
