Also purchased new phone case that was in stock when I picked up the phone. Glad that they were open on Sundays! Purchased my mother a new phone recently and no one could call her. Im not the most phone savvy person, but the gentleman there explained to me that the phone was on silent. He actually told me that with a straight face too! He didnt make me feel stupid at all, but Im sure he had a good chuckle when I left!

I accidentally took my key fob all the way apart trying to change the battery. I couldnt put it back together, and the dead battery was still not changed. After 5 minutes in the store, I walked out with an assembled and functional key fob. Very impressed

They fixed my screen then after they had replaced my screen they told me the phone wouldnt charge...so I paid $100 to replace a screen on a phone that wont charge..they couldve told me that before replacing the screen..now im out $100 and still need to get a new phone...extremely disapointed and will never return to this store.

Website said they have Panasonic CR2354 in stock. I went to the Waynesboro, VA store yesterday specifically requesting those, but got handed an off-brand set of Chinese batteries, (priced the same as actual Panasonic!) then saw another brand on the display, so I bought both just to be sure I had batteries that work. Would rather have had the Panasonic I requested and that the website said they had in stock at my local store. At least I have the right model number batteries that seem to work... for now at least...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLEthey had me under the impression that if my screen broke after I left them it would be fixed for free. My phone was dropped not even a foot off the ground and shattered under the screen protector and the did nothing but say “we don’t cover that” even though the day before a red headed man told me they did. The service was great! The gentleman that first fixed my broken iPhone screen was knowledgeable and nice. But he must have messed up because when I got my phone back when it was finished, the top speaker didn’t work and I couldn’t hear anything when making a call. I went back to the store after almost being home and realizing the issue, the guy who fixed it was awesome! He fixed it and everything was working great. But now, not even 2 months later, the screen seems to not respond as quickly and I have to tap the screen multiple times before it responds. It’s irritating but I paid $150 for this. It should work for months/years going forward.

The older gentleman maybe in his 50s with glasses and beard was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Fixed my iPhone in less than 15 minutes. Verizon said 15 days. As long as he is there Im a customer for life!

Iam a local Dog Guard Dealer and need a dependable source for our receiver batteries. So we went to batteries plus several years ago to find a local supplier for batteries. We have been let down over and over when we need batteries fast like we were promised!!! Even after an order placed in a 24 hr. Time period batteries are still not ready. It was a small order as well. We also had a cold response when calling about our order!!!

Took 2 watches in to have batteries changed. The kid working in the store changed the battery in my Wenger with no problems and he said that he couldn’t change the battery in my Tissot watch with his tools. I turned the watch over and looked and he had scratched the back of the watch up severely and when I mentioned that he had scratched it he said that the tool didn’t fit. I said, so you just scratched it up because you didn’t know what you were doing. He said that I could take it to the jewelers across the street and they could polish it. I said that he should have told me he didn’t know how to do it and left it alone and that it wasn’t a cheap watch that He had screwed up. He never even apologized.Lesson learned. I will never do business with this store again.Edit to my review:I talked with Matt (the manager) this morning about my experience with the watch battery replacement and he was very apologetic about the problem and let me know that he had already addressed the problem with the employee and after talking with me he was going to re-address the issue with the employee again. He offered to pay for my expenses with the jewelers that polished the scratches out and replaced the battery.Matt has earned the chance for a second chance with me by approachingthis as a professional and dealing with it directly.I will give the store the opportunity to earn my patronage again in the future.Thank you Matt.David

Batteries Plus in Waynesboro has the most awesome employees of any store Ive been in. They went over and beyond and worked very hard to get my batteries to the store in a timely manner when a vendor caused a delay in the delivery of my order. I couldnt be happier with my golf cart batteries as well as my experience at the Waynesboro store!!

Absolutely terrible service. I had my phone screen replaced there in April. That screen turned black again about 4.5 months later and they, of course, would not cover it because the warranty had expired. I then paid 110 dollars again to have a new screen put on. A week and a half later my phone started turning black again at the top of the screen. I took it in again and they told me that they couldn’t replace it because it “ appeared that I had dropped it”. I had dropped it, and I told them that it randomly started turning black again. Bad and unreliable work is about the best they provide.

The person working there was very nice, helpful and friendly. Store was clean and well organized.Only issue was the online guidebthat selected the battery I needed ( for my motorcycle) was not correct; the selected battery was not the right size. The clerk used my IEM battery to find the right one, we did the exchange and all was good.Woulda been 5 stars if the online selection had been right.
