The cars are old and they charge large down payments for the nicer looking cars. Like up to 2k. I can go to a real dealership and get a 2020 with 2k down. Takes advantage of people in a tight spot of you ask me. If you have an out of state License they wont even deal with you.

Worst place ever and sad part is, I was a returning customer after all the problems i had and they decided not to sell no more cars to me because their fault they sold me a suv with a transmission problem and than wanted me to keep paying on a vehicle that was in the shop since day one and lets not talk about the transmission guy they took it to didnt even put the screws all the way in the transmission and that been a big law suit but its ok Im about to write them up to the Better Business Bureau .

I purchased a GMC Yukon from them and I absolutely love it. They told me from the start they are not mechanics and to please take it to get an oil change and have it checked out. With any used vehicle you will have some issues but so far I have had none. The guys that work there are awesome and Chris is a fabulous owner and will do whatever it takes to make your purchase safe for the road if it needs something. They warranted it for the first the first three months and then I had the option to continue the coverage. They are more then willing to work with you as far as payment and if I am in the market in the future I will check out what they have before I go somewhere else. I give them two thumbs up!

Just went to check them out for 1st time today. Corey was a man of few words but nice guy. Buy here pay here, still weighing options of which car we are most interested in. May have to go back to test a few more. Short trip, pretty drive, from Hagerstown.Update: Went back a couple more times and wasnt able to find anything worth worth buying that would pass Maryland inspection. They buy trade-ins, do nothing to them and sell to unsuspecting customers. Also at 2000 down and 280/month for 1.5 - 2 years thats highway robbery not helping out those in need.

HORRIBLE place to buy from. The car broke down 5 hours after driving off their lot and they said it is not their problem and they would not be covering any repairs. They only care about filling their greedy pockets. They do not care for the folks in the community. I can not imagine they get repeat customers. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Poor cars / Poor service. I have to give one star but would rather give them zero. Such a disgrace to Franklin county.

We have purchased 2 cars from Honey bee. Our first 5 years ago, we still own it and it runs beautifully, and is a great van for our family. We also got s fantastic deal and warranty as well.We then purchased another can for our growing family. They were nice enough to even hold the van for us for a bit. We were given an extended warranty, and after that ran out we had a few issues. The owner, Chris, actually took care of the issues on his dime. Weve had this van for 3 years and it runs great.You cannot beat the customer service at Joney bee. All of their employees are wonderful and nice and have integrity. I will happily buy another vehicle from Honey bee.

When my now ex wife and I needed a car back in 2016 these guys were awesome. Unfortunately hard times followed shortly after, and I went through being layed off and by the summer of the same year went through divorce. Honeybee worked with me for as long as they could I have to say. But eventually they had to repossess it. I dont blame honeybee at all, sometimes in life things just happen. Well as for me Im doing much better these days, and if you need a car, but have bad credit. Definitely check them out, they are good folks.

The people are nice. The vehicles are hit or miss on the condition- got in one for a test drive and the check engine light came on, the sales guy was a bit ruffled bc obviously thats not supposed to happen if the vehicle is ready to be purchased. Another had cigarette burns on the ceiling and obvious damage to the front and back bumpers. So, choose your vehicle carefully! Also, make sure you read all your paperwork bc there is a page that may be slipped in that says the vehicle has not been inspected & it is recommended it be towed and not driven off the lot.

I bought a car from here earlier this year. They gave me a great deal and the car has been awesome. They are great guys with your best interest in mind. If you need a good car and dont have the credit for a loan, this is your best option!

They were really nice at first when you are in the process of purchasing a car from them. But afterwards they become not so nice, especially if you miss a payment. You start getting letters of repossession. Come on for being one week late! One thing I have to say is this place is good if you dont have very good credit, and you need a car in a hurry.

OK, need to revise my formerly one star review. The customer service left much to be desired. No one I spoke to had any personality and every time I walked in to make a payment, they barley spoke. BUT, in terms of the car I bought? I have had it for three years now and its a 2001. Not the prettiest or newest car out there but all I have EVER had to do is replace the tires and battery. Many miles have been put on my little car and it has been the best car I have had in terms of not needing any extra maintenance (I do get regular oil changes). So, minus one star for the service but otherwise couldnt ask for a better car for the price and year!

Horrible customer service. Will not let someone you trust check the vehicle out. Test drove two cars. Both had all kinds of things broke. They act like you owe them something. They could care less about treating people with respect. They sell junk and expect you to pay top retail for it. Stay far away.Lets not assume the out of state mechanic was soooo far away. Although yes in another state. It was not but 17miles from the dealership. The length of an expected test drive.A reasonable request if your selling a quality vehicle.

Wont be buying another car here. I bought a 99 Mustang from Honey Bee and have had nothing but problem after problem. When I first bought the car, the check engine light was on and I was prepared to fix this issue. Two days after buying the car, I had it parked at the bank with the emergency brake set. I walked outside to catch my car rolling down the hill! Honey Bees useless 3 month guarantee or whatever they have, did not cover fixing the e-brake. Just great. No more than a week later, the car started making a terrible noise. Now I found out it needs an exhaust manifold replaced. Which also was not covered. I got the car on a lift and then noticed that the exhaust had been cut in half and was held together with ALUMINUM FOIL! Once removed, the exhaust fell apart! Needless to say, this ALSO was not covered by Honey Bee. They are quick to harp on you about payments but dont play fair when it comes down to it. The car also needed a new clutch (which was another issue I willingly took on not knowing id have so many other issues on top of that). I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
