Very rude night shift. Employee was wearing airpods and couldnt hear what i needed .

The clerk was very helpful even taking a pleasurable extra few seconds to help me set up a 7-eleven card. She offered extra info and was extremely plesant. Thank you.

Upon entering this 7-11, I was skeptical if I could receive any help at all with the very confusing 7-11 Rewards System, for it usually seems you encounter someone without a clue or someone who could care less if you seek help. I commend and congratulate THIS 7-11 for their association with Theresa, for she accepted and negotiated a very complex dilemma with the knowledge, kindness, and awareness rarely seen in ANY retail setting, FAR superior to your “7-11 Rewards Program” hotline, where you’re fortunate if you can even understand the person you’re talking to. Thank you for Theresa and the quality she brings to Customer Service relations.

Worst 7-11 experience I ever have had. We enter to buy some big gulps and slurpees for myself and my kids. A lady who was working there was to busy talking to another customer about each others personal issues not that I was ease dropping but he was standing right next to the machine where we are trying to get our drinks. These two seem to have know each other very well, there is a young lady working the cash risgster and a indecent happened where she now has to clean the floor mind you the other lady is still talking to her friend not helping this lady at all. We get to the line and the young lady is still mopping the floor she then rings up two more people ahead of me and then proceedes to ring me up by this time there is a long line and the other lady is finally done talking with her friend. I will not be returning to this 7-11 and I hope they are better with their customers then they were today.

Employees do not wear masks.

This is a must stop for me on Sunday nights driving to JMU. I always found everything stocked. Condiments are full, coffee is ready, creamer is flowing, slurpees are all turning frozen, etc. The staff is ALWAYS extra friendly when you arrive. A great must stop off the highway!!

Nastiest 7-11 I have ever been in and all the owner cares about is running around with his girlfriend! Try spending more time on your store then screwing your new girlfriend

This is THE 7-Eleven to use in Waynesboro (forget about the one on West Main). Funny, friendly staff. Sure, the parking lot is frequently crowded, but this is due not only to its location off the interstate, but also due to great customer service which keeps customers returning.

Gas here was super cheap ($1.76) and they had bathrooms. Nice 7-11.

Great staff parking lot is always cleaned a hello with a smile when I arrive every day coffee fresh and love my buffalo rollers these guys rock great store

Theres a lady with glasses that works in there at night time when shes working theres never food at night time lazy
