I went in and got a fryz platter and was disappointed when I looked at it and saw it has almost half the amount of everything I used to get is not worth the $5.29 i spent for a few bites of fries and a bite of toppings it just sad how little I got with my fries which was one of my favorite things to get there. It used to have a good amount of everything now I feel like Im being conned out of my food.

This sheetz is a joke. The last 5 times I’ve went to this sheetz my order is always messed up. They give me the completely wrong food, they always short me on sauce and when I ask them for the correct food the staff ALWAYS has an attitude. The service is a complete joke. I will NEVER go here again.

Mixed feelings. Friendly and good food when in a hurry, but, one particular older associate NEVER wears his mask over his mouth and nose. He has it on his chin and is touching my products so it should be on correctly.

I brought some friends visiting from the West Coast to Sheetz prior to a hike -- mostly, just so they could ogle the East Coast paragon of gas, food, & convenience! This store was very busy Sat afternoon and not my favorite, but hardly worthy of all the local ire.We stocked up on Utz chips. Would love to see other local chips carried, as well, like Route 11, Gibbles, and Martins. Were blessed to have a bounty of options here: no room on the shelf for Frito-Lay.

Waited about 20 minutes for my food. My food was mix with some other food that I never ordered. Will never go back

Clean, not too crowded except 5-8pm when it is very busy

My girlfriend goes.to sheetz every day and has been a sheetz freak for a long time, I dont get as much pleasure from it but thats just life

The cashier should not touch the drinks by the lid to ring them up. Seems like common sense

I ordered two MTO chicken biscuits and neither of them came with chicken on them??? Really sad right now tbh.

Can’t count or even put food in a bag

The manager on the evening and crew on duty on April 10, 2020 was very rude and unprofessional. I decided I will not be going to this sheetz anymore. Love the manager on day he is very awesome he gave me candy to send to my son and his unit on active duty in the fall. So they can get rude with you and you are not allowed to get rude back because management and crew can talk about you while you are there in their store. Guess they didn’t like me calling the corporate office while waiting for my food.

I work across the street so i go here a lot. Its pretty clean and the food is good. The staff is nice as well

Sheetz Store #401 in Waynesboro, PA is okay as far as Sheetz stores go. Ample gas pumps ensure little or no wait. Being a Sheetz store, customers tend to pump and then leave vehicles sit unattended by gas pumps as they go inside for a bite to eat. The food is standard Sheetz fare. No alcohol sold at this Sheetz as it is in Pennsylvania. This store is typically pretty busy. Its Sheetz so you should know what to expect already. Gas up your car and then your intestines.

It was so PACKED, yea thats normal but I have never been in a more slow Sheetz in my life. The people who work there look like 5 minutes to ring up my one item and she did not even communicate. I had faster service in Pittsburgh on a Baseball game day.

Like most Sheetz food, this locations food is equally as detestable. If youre intoxicated or simply have neurological damage to your taste bud receptors you may, maybe...perhaps, be able to down more then two bites without a violent gag-reflex like convulsion occurring throughout your entire digestive system. On a more specific note, the food can be reduced to this: Cardboard. Every item on the greasy touch screen menu has an underlining cardboard flavor. I understand this is not 5-star fine dining cuisine being served, however, it should at a minimum be eatable. Sheetz food is simple so bad it should be fed to goats, and only intravenously, as no respectable goat would eat such dreck. Please Mr. Sheetz, go back to selling gas and cigarettes. Let us die from lung cancer and spare us the agony of dying from the cardiopulmonary trauma that will commence upon the revolt of every taste bud in ones being.Conclusion: Sheetz food should be outlawed and the people making it should be deported.

Unfortunately at this location the staff either doesnt enjoy their job or they just consistently have problems with equipment. 3 out of 6 times visiting and their kitchen is either closed or something is broken. Dont bother with this location. Go to Turkey Hill or Rutters.

Always seem to be so slow making food. Especially compared to the other Sheetz in the area. I live nearby and refuse to get anything other the a drink and gas at the Sheetz. Have had numerous issues with line orders not being started until after I show up (saving zero time for me).

Messed up orders all the time worst time was the most recent order. They somehow forgot the sandwich I ordered and only gave me the side I ordered. Didnt notice till I got home. Thanks for screwing me out of money

Paid almost 8.00 for two frozen drinks, they were not full, there was only 1 straw, advised worker they were out of straws, she brings one from the back room.

In and out quickly...thats this place. Bad to the bone.

The price of gas is cheaper then in Littlestown Pa.
