Tim and Tyler arrived on time and proceeded to get the job done. The door turned out fine. Tim proceeded to explain everything I needed to know about the key pad. I decided to have the window section on top after they installed the door...they changed the panels with no problem. They were very polite and efficient. I would recommend this company .

My garage door wouldn’t open. I called and the technician asked me a few questions and set an appointment for someone to come out in under 24 hours. In that time I was able to get the door working but still wanted someone to come. I received a phone call and Mark arrived at my home. He put my mind at ease and re calibrated my door. I hate to be the odd ball, but my recent experience with Blue Ridge was less than pleasant. 19 years ago, Blue Ridge installed five car garage doors and two garage openers in our new house. Every thing was functionally normally. All of a sudden the belt on one of the openers broke. I called Blue Ridge and was quoted $130 for the belt and $200 to put it on. When I questioned the labor, I was told the business has been bought by a new owner and the minimum on labor now is $200. The former owner was charging $95 for the visit.I called the maker of the garage door opener in Arizona for advice. Much to my surprise, I was told the unit in question has a lifetime warranty on the motor and the belt. They are shipping the belt free of charge with easy-to-follow instructions. Meantime, I checked with a local installer. He said it takes less than half hour to replace the belt.Having been a professor of business for decades, I thought Id give Blue Ridge feedback about the warranty. I talked to the manager and before my first mention of a warranty, he was overtly so much on the defensive I thought he might have a seizure. I apologized and gracefully ended the brief call. I kept wondering where I might have been wrong.

Blue Ridge Doors is an outstanding company who stands behind their products with knowledge, care and excellent customer service. They installed three Raynor doors for us this spring and they are exactly what we wanted. Each door had a slightly different installation need and it was no problem for Blue Ridge. Our architect liked ours so much that he had Blue Ridge install a Raynor door for his new home! ( I accidentally backed into one of them yesterday and Blue Ridge was out within two hours to fix it. Because the Raynor doors are of such high quality, the damage was very minor and the technician was able to repair it right then. ) I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you Blue Ridge!

Ridged and not willing to service ones it is sold.We installed 6 brand new doors in 2010 and the service after that was terrible.It was a constant battle for 4 years.This year we had new construction and we needed 8 new additional doors.Blue Ridge did not even came out for an offer.
