Store is always clean. Always has what is needed. Only reason for the four star rating is because I was harassed once about not wearing a face diaper. Havent been bothered since then when I go in so thats a plus.

I’m up here returning the fourth generator Service is horrible after waiting for somebody to come lift the generator and put it in my car he said he is getting the whole line down before he even helps me like I inconvenienced them I walked up to the register after they got it out of my car and he told me he would get me after he got everybody else I actually used to work here too so I know this is not how things are done horrible service I even asked the girl to get men to help lift the generator so it was not to damage my car and she had aAttitude

They didnt have what i went in for originally but i was able to get my fuses in bulk for cheap.

By far the nicest Harbor Freight Tools location we have ever visited - the store is large, well-lit, and well-stocked. The employees were super-friendly and very helpful.And clean bathrooms!!!

The website doesnt tell you the stores stock so you have to go in or call in if you need something you found online and dont want to wait. Everyone is helpful and friendly once you get their attention, so in-store experience is great and if course prices are low.

I say. When buying tools or equipments have it insured. Its worth it. Ive never had any problems with tools from Harbor maybe one but it was exchanged with no question. So its worth it.

The staff here are now very friendly and helpful - something that couldnt have been said about a year ago. Everyone goes out of their way to help you whenever asked. The store is clean and well stocked. Excellent experience is guaranteed!

Customer service here is excellent. Friendly, courteous and usually offer whatever discounts they may have available. Product quality varies, but you get what you pay for.

This place is awesome. You are able to get quality tools at a great price. Employees are normally very helpful. Some tooks you do have to be wesry of because they may not be very good.

This place has a ton of high quality tools. I got a 100 piece drill bit set for $10.00 (which is normally $30, $40) and a screwdriver for $2.00 and the guy in the checkout scanned a coupon which made the screwdriver free and a $1.50 of the bits without me even knowing until after I looked at the receipt after I left. The store will also store your receipts so even if you lose your receipts you can return items up to a month later.

Harbor Freight has a wide selection of tools at incredible prices. Never checkout without using a 20% off coupon which are given out like at BBBY and available in store and online. Items are frequently on weekend sale, holiday sale, seasonal sale etc. The point is that you should only buy a big ticket item when its marked down. I found the staff in the store very helpful but the online experience difficult. Ive placed 5 ordered with HF over the past 2 years and 3 of them have either arrived damaged or late. Getting orders fixed via phone is harder but the store is an hour from me and not always convenient. Shop online to find what you want and the go pick it up at the store if possible.

Good tools cheap price

Hours on door were wrong. Said 8pm i was basically told to get out at 7pm

This is a pretty standard harbor freight. However, I di have to say they had two cashiers on, which is a good bit different than the Harrisonburg location. I got through checkout quick. The store is a little confusing in layout, and the tools are SUPER low in quality, hence the 4 star review.

Under staffed no help to be found, harrisonburg has a much better store

Why havent I known of this place sooner?

A shop that usually has that one tool I think I need,but ends up being a basket of stuff I might need. Good place to gadget hunt...for you or dad or that picky uncle. Place just works for me. Lots of choices on clothes,including all PPE safety gear,as well.

Called the Waynesboro store before leaving Lexington to assure the tool was available. Upon arrival, I asked for the tool in question...the cashier looks at me and says...sorry they are out of stock! 40 minute drive for absolutely nothing!!!!

A good place to get cheap tools if you wont be using them much... Like for average homeowners who need a specific tool just one or two times. Quality is good for the price, but not pro level. A good resource for the rare task.

I like Harbor Freight and this store is neat and stocked. Always get coupons and freebies with purchase. Lots of good deals, especially if youre looking for a one use tool to complete a project.

Nice place to shop I bought a motorcycle stand after they hold it for me to pick up I will definitely go back to shop very friendly customer service I will give five star!!!

If you tend to buy more tools than actually fix things, this place may save your wallet. Warning! You might go in to buy a hammer, and wind up buying an electric sander and bug zapper just because they seem so cheap. I blew a few bucks buying a couple things just because they cracked me up. Clean, spacious, and plenty of parking.

Like the Harbor Freight experience. Quality tools at low prices. This branch seems to have less in stock at any given time, and the checkout lanes are always busy. Average customer experience, but the products you can find in stock are always decent for the job.

Enjoy walking in and being able to browse the vast selection of toys that every man could find something to fix causing a need to return for additional tools or toys and always has justification for purchasing new equipment!
