Reasonably priced units. Still need to work on pest problem, to their credit they did take immediate action when notified of it.

The lady in the office was rude as inquired about a unit for my son who is a United States Marine and away right now. She was rude when I asked about the military discount, which is a very sad 5%, by-the-way. She treated me as though I were bothering her with my questions. Poor attitude and very unprofessional representation of the business.

On the plus side, they have worked with us when payments were late. On the minus side, we have had our stuff moved twice due to water getting into the units, and the way things were stowed damaged some things.

Used them, for years. Friendly, well secure. Only down sides were water in my unit twice.

Had a lot of stuff stolen.
