I have always had good service, with a pleasant area to wait. Would recommend to anyone needing GM service.

Took truck to be worked on, was told it was one thing so told them to do it, then that did not work so then it was something else, more money and then still not fixed. The third thing we said no and got the truck to get a second opinion. $1400 and the truck is still not fixed.

My Corvette convertible had an issue with water coming inside (a lot). so I brought it here to address this problem and some other issues as well as the top, which wouldnt operate correctly (a bit of online research led right to a video which reveals its an issue, also clearly shows how to fix it). After several very time-consuming and expensive trips back and forth through the Appalachian mountains - not fun when the top wont go down and the weathers gorgeous, even worse shelling out hundreds to AAA each time - and spending far too many thousands of dollars to replace this and do that every time, I had to drive home again - with a NON-FUNCTIONING convertible top. Everything else was addressed professionally and in excellent time. But, they completely dropped the ball here and STILL was charged ALL THIS MONEY. If you dont fix it, you shouldnt charge a penny until you figure it out. My poor car!! Im heartbroken. 😢
