Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I had lost my Senior Citizen Lifetime Hunting/Fishing License. They retrieved the number, printed a replacement license and sent me out the door ready for the year ahead. Oh, by the way, its a very complete hardware, too.

Best place to go when I need propane been going for years the people here are so welcoming and so kind and helpful with anything you need just ask and they can tell ya!

So nice to go to a real hardware store where you are greeted at the door and asked how they can help you. When I said what I wanted the very courteous employee actually went to get the item for me. Was really disappointed usually hardware stores in little towns are cool and unique this one wasnt. Staff was as dumb as a box of rocks. I found things faster and helped 2 people there besides myself.

We recently purchased a weber gas grill from Ace on Dellwood. These people are amazing, I have used Lowes in the past to purchase items for my home, but I will now buy from Ace. Love Ace Hardware. They always seem to have what you are looking for. They keep their stock up to date unlike the big box stores

On first approach, its a nice establishment, but after you walk through the doors, it feels like confinement. This store has more cameras than a Jail and the staff are continuously watching every move you make. I will never shop in Alcatraz again! Also they are way more expensive than Lowes, Walmart, Home Depot and Hometown Hardware.

They often have what I am looking for. We camp in the area a lot and have found items there we need hardware wise. Have bought plants and flowers as well to take home for setting out. The staff have been knowledgeable and helpful in the past. If u need something or have a hardware question in the Maggie Valley area I would recommend them.

Ive been shopping at Haywood Ace Hardware for the past 29 years and through 2 owners. Parking is tight on busy days, but they have a great selection of products for the size of the store. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful and can order almost anything you need they dont have in stock. I enjoy being able to get in and out more quickly than going to Lowes. I also like to support local businesses when possible. You know the slogan, Ace is the place. Give them a try, youll be glad you did.

Yesterday I wrote a letter negative review of Haywood Hardwares employees. I am a visitor here and went to two hardware stores. When asked to write a review, I confused the stores. These guys are super. When my 92 year old mother comes here, employees scramble to help her. Please disregard my previous post and I am so sorry. Great place, great employees.

Employees do not wear masks or social distance in a surging covid-19 pandemic. We will never shop there again!Management appears willing to not only risk the health of its employees and customers but spread conspiracy theories that CDC guidelines dont work. Management does not seem to understand that the reason CDC guidelines are not working is because business like ACE Hardware refuse to follow them.

In normal times, this local franchise of the renowned Ace Hardware chain is a top choice for quick hardware needs and friendly and courteous service. However, consistent and intentional disregard for public health and safety in the current pandemic make this a place to avoid for the time being, especially if you are EMS, medical, law-enforcement or anyone with exposure to or concern for community health and well-being.

Old fashioned, got everything place. Propane available. Helpful staff.

Ace in general is a good store. Not this one. Too busy talking about the good ole days and ignoring customers! Plus they only carry general items you can find at Walmart.

They are always so helpful here, if they dont have what you need they can help you find it somewhere else. You can get in and out in the time it takes to park at one of those big box stores.

Put in an online order. My card was charged 3 times.I was on hold with customer service for 5 hours. I was 6th in line and when I finally got to number 1 the line went dead. Not happy.

This is a great hardware store. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. For a small store they almost always have what I need and I dont have to wander around for ages looking for items.

Great Local Hardware Store 💯 when I was out of town I had to stop in to get a 10 philips head screw driver 🧰 the young gentlemen helped me find one right away and also helped me carry my electric battery from car into store so I could work on it. He also provided me room on there countertop to repair. If anyone in Maggie Valley/Waynesville needs tools definitely stop by Haywood Hardware ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
