A couple weeks ago my family and I were on a cross country road trip from California to Arkansas to see family. We got about half way there and in the middle of the night our car decided itd had enough. We were on a dark, narrow strip of the I-40 a little after midnight with no power, Alternator had gone out. We were so lucky to find a local wrecker (Randy Hicks, thank you too! ). To bring me not one, but two batteries in the middle of the night to get me to the closest town... Weatherford. Where I would get very lucky again. I was just down the street from the local Napa. I was able to limp the car in there in the morning and was helped by Dewayne, and I dont mean helped in the way most parts guys help people. Seeing that I could use an extra hand, He went outside and HELPED me put it in the new alternator. If it wasnt for his NAPA KNOW HOW, the tools They loaned me, the above and beyond excellent customer service, and a great price on a new alternator we would have been stuck there for a day or two, and spent money we didnt have taking it to a shop. We cant thank you guys enough!
