There was three employees looking for a customers parts on the shelf behind the register Iean directly behind the register and after they found it one of the workers went on about his day one was still helping the customer while the other guy just watched while I was standing there trying to purchase the taillights that I went and found on my own but many mo and jack or the three stooges were screwing around I finally got tired of waiting and drove dov no the street to ORiley and got what I needed

I have been in the process of repairing a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta for sometime now. Got the last part from AutoZone about three weeks ago. Part was wrong and didn’t fit. Not AutoZone‘s fault - my fault! I went in today fairly frustrated with the entire process, and Shelley helped me at this AutoZone. I wasn’t very pleasant to her when I went in, but she was incredibly patient and helped me find the right part. Didn’t have it at this AutoZone, but they had it at another AutoZone. Shelley pointed me in that direction and gave me the part number to help reduce the search time. I will always come back to this place because her customer service was excellent.

On a trip to take our son to college and the alternator gives up the ghost. They diagnosed the issue, had the part for our 04 Honda. Came out during the install and corrected a clerical error that was in their favor we had no idea had occurred. High degree of integrity by Brian and Kody which we dont always find these days. Highly recommend this store. I dont usually rate larger chains but this store is clearly a cut above.

I was just visiting the auto zone here in Weatherford and I received the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time. Colton Misner and Roger Martinez (manager) went above and beyond in my opinion. It is truly wonderful to give this review to two very deserving gentlemen. This location was always great but I also want to share my experience today. Roger was great help to me and I am grateful. I went in for an air filter because another location did not have it. I thought I might have to replace it myself but he helped me with no hesitation. He has great customer service and he is very knowledgeable as I remember him from the Hudson Oaks O’Reillys store. It shows in his work he is always dedicated and about the customer experience. He was in the middle of lunch and dropped it to be of help. That speaks volumes. He didn’t have to as there were other team members there but did anyway. I had a rough day and he made it better, it’s those little things in life. He deserves acknowledgement for it. He is a great asset to our Weatherford Auto Zone. He deserves a raise.

Normally have a great experience. I have ordered parts here ECT. always very helpful. But today the employee was rude he treating my son & I like we were dumb when i asked him several times to look up my info he would not. My son is 18 just bought a used vehicle and couldve spent more money but the man was rude. He then looked me up by my phone number which could have saved us all time then he wouldnt put our stuff in bag or give us a paper filter for fluids. Went to walmart to finish our shopping.

I went in to get help on what oil I needed for my car, and to be honest, see if anyone could put it in the car for me! Lol! The guy that helped me was AMAZING! He helped me get the correct oil for my car and he even went outside and put it in the car for me! It was cold and rainy and he helped me with a smile on his face the whole time! That kind of service will keep me going back! I was so happy that he was helping me that I forgot to get his name! 😔 🤔 I was in there on Sunday, December 13.... THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 😊💜

All of the employees at this location are rock stars! As a shade tree mechanic, they offer me helpful tips and suggestions, just as a bonus while they’re grabbing what you need! I always go here first when I need vehicle parts and supplies. You might save a buck online, but you don’t get the warranty or the top-notch customer service that they provide.

Went in looking for a simple oil filter for my 2019 F150. No catalogs to look it up yourself anymore and the kid at the counter said his computer didnt show one. I found that hard to believe since its only THE best selling vehicle in the world! Looked it up after I got home. They had the part.....Went to OReillys instead.

I was reasonably sure what I needed when I got there but was very pleased with the willingness to make sure by running a quick scan. I was given the correct issue and the correct part to solve it. Ive only had my Mini for about 6 months and have not ventured very deep under the hood. With Auto Zones help, all is good and Im literally running on all cylinders again.

I got a warning ticket for a light being out in the center back of the car. Took it by this Weatherford Auto Zone. Real nice man came out in the heat and took the light fixture apart to put in a new bulb. He said the bulb in there was new and checked it and it was good, it kept going off as he closed the hatch so he took it all apart again and checked something else, it was ok too so he suspected it was wiring so I guess just fiddling with it fixed it for now ... At no cost!!! This grandmother really appreciated the help. Thanks yall!

My husband and I were driving home (in the middle of a 7-hour trip) and our car’s battery had just died about 10 minutes prior to our visit. A nice resident of the city helped jumpstart our vehicle for us and immediately after, we Googled places to get the battery replaced. AutoZone had some of the best reviews and now we know why. We took a chance and were not disappointed. Robert helped us find the battery we needed and installed it, too. He was very friendly and we enjoyed our experience there despite the circumstances. Shoutout to Robert for all his help and great customer service!

They replaced a small part that was missing from one of the boxes of tie rods I purchased recently. No questions no blame. Im super impressed with them and the way they treat their customers.sept 2020, brian johnson took care of me on my last visit, one glance under my hood he pointed to what was wrong. within ten minutes the problem was fixed before i even left the parking lot! and by this same evening, no more check engine light!!! kudos brian! your knowledge & eagerness to help made a huge impact on my life, seriously... autozone is the only place i go... thank you everyone!

I have been in and out of this location several times in the past couple of weeks. Every time Ive gone in Alex has been the one to help me. Young guy, but really knows what hes doing. Extremely nice and accommodating, being that I know very little about cars. Hes ordered all the parts I needed and gotten them in for me the same day, answered all my questions and even held the door for me! Really appreciate such great customer service every time I go in. From now on I will be specifically going to Alex for anything else I need!

Erika Milirons is one of the best customer service professional I have encountered. Running out of battery in the middle of a drive and she came out tested battery and alternator and found out my battery of 5 months ago was already dead. She replaced it for me in 10 mins with a smile (in the cold). Highly recommend this AutoZone!

Disappointed Im currently enrolled in college full time and was looking for a part time job to help with bills until I graduate. I had a great interview and was offered a hourly wage of $9.15. but was turned away because later when human resources decided to look at my past and find Im not perfect. Who is ive made mistakes and own them Ive turned my life around and have goals. Ive been a loyal customer till now. AutoZone will take my money but wont help people better there community and lives. # peoplechange

I went in and asked for a disc break piston tool so I could change the breaks on my 5.0, and the kid working said hed never heard of the tool and suggested I use c clamps. Well, if this guy knew what he was talking about, he would know that you need this specific tool to change the back breaks. C clamps wont work the same. So I went to OReillys down the street and they knew exactly what I was talking about and sold me the tool for $10. The guys at auto zone are uneducated and need to learn what they are talking about before they are put behind a counter and allowed to assist people with their vehicles.
