I have purchased 2 beds from Mattress Firm now over 3 years. The folks there are very helpful and direct. They answered all of our questions and concerns to help find a bed that fit our needs, even after taking up a lot of their time. We never felt rushed or pushed only the opposite, our sales guy was concerned with our needs since a purchase is a long term buy. Our bed came with a 10 year warranty and 4 month trade if for any reason we did not feel comfortable in it. I can appreciate a place that stands by their product. By the way, the first bed we bought we used the 4 month guarantee they were more then happy to switch it out for another one. Great place good people.

I made a mistake ordering mattresses via the internet and needed to return one of them. Never doing this before, I was not sure how to do this. The gentleman at the Weatherford brick and mortar was very helpful in assisting me with this process and getting my credit account reimbursed. We had an awesome experience at this Location. MIKE GUENTHARDT IS AN AMAZING INDIVIDUAL !! We went to several locations over the past year and had not made the purchase we needed. We just never met anyone who truly cared about our needs over making the sale. MIKE spent all of the time we needed to feel comfortable with our decision. He was extremely patient with my wife and I. That is sometimes not an easy task.😄 MIKE seems to be guided by a set of principles long lost by most in the service and sales industry. My wife and I are also in sales and customer service. That being said we are sometimes the hardest to sale to, because we have such high standards. As a professional, I would love to have someone like MIKE on our team. They were very busy but we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. It actually gave us time to look around and check out the different mattresses they had on display. When Mike came over to help us, I had it narrowed down but was nervous about my budget. He said he could get me one of the display models that was being discontinued. Knowledgeable professional staff and competitive prices. This is my third time buying a mattress from mattress firm and I’ve always been satisfied.

Was charged $3800 then it was refunded back into our account because of an error on an individual that was working in the company. They have now charged another $3800 put on their IT and it is showing that it has not gone through but on our end to our bank it shows it has.

They had the best deals I have seen on bed quality in a long time. Their customer service was amazing. I feel very lucky the way the taught us.

Love our new Purple Bed with adjustable base. However had a problem with the base less than 2 months in. But the manager at the Weatherford store stepped up and took care of it and issue is resolved. Couldnt ask for better customer service.

Very nice experience! We went in the store w an idea of what we wanted, and got some great advice on what would suit our needs! Bonnie greeted us, asked what she could do to help, then showed us several options of mattresses and adjustable beds. After we “made up our minds”, Bonnie and Mike wrote us a quote and let us take it home to think about. We went back two days later to make our purchase and were happy to find Bonnie in the store. She and Gil answered more questions and helped us buy a bed that we hope will keep us happy for many years.

We went in about a half an hour until closing just to browse, but our salesman, Jacob, didnt rush us or try to sell us on anything we didnt want. We had an idea already about what we were looking for and he showed us just those type of models and gave us the ins and outs about all of them with full knowledge. I went knowing pretty much what I was looking for. Gil and Jacob greeted me when I walked in and Gil took over. He ran my credit to see how much I was approved for to get the no interest (which took less than 5 minutes). We looked at some different beds and bases as I wanted an adjustable one. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We sealed the deal and he got me on for delivery the next day. Very please with service. Delivery set up went easy and smooth as well.
