They are very helpful we went in there looking for a hamburg patty maker and could not find it in store but they took time to help find it on line and it was the exact one we wanted and at a better price than on amazon

I place orders on line and shop your store very often to shop because the staff is pleasant in Weatherford Texas. However recently I just bought some curtains offline and no one could assist me in a price override because they weren’t at that price any longer. You guys could offer to plexus match of offer a coupon. I am dissatisfied with this kind of costumer services. I know where to get a better deal. But was choosing to use your company. I just placed a new order today and have a good mind to return it and order from Homethread off line. This is disturbing to me.

Ive never spent so much money and so little time and such an incredible place. Every kind of thing you can think of they most likely have somewhere buried in this store.

If you like padded hangers, thats the place to buy them at, but theres just so much more there! All kinds of things to buy for your whole house. This store is a great place to shop at!!

The thing I love about this door is you can find things at this store that you dont find at other stores. It is hard to leave the store without buying something you love! O and I cant forget their after seasonal Clarence is amazing, the prices drop down super low!

I found the ladies working on the floor polite. The saleswoman at the register was pretty rude. They had some good bargains and a tidy store.

As always they have a lot to offer but I did find that. Its a bit expensive 😉 so take your coupon 😉 all kidding aside I found it to be a nice clean store and the employees will to help. They have a good selection of things and something for everyone. So if youre in the area stop by and check it out they have quite a few sales going on through out the store and I really believe you and the hole family will enjoy the visit.

Store was clean and organized. Helpful saff. Lots of sales!!! Bought a popcorn popper, tea pot, and a set of super fluffy oversized towels for under 100 bucks. I will be back!

Went up to a group of idle employees and got immediate help. Made my purchase and I had a coupon which was a 20% savings,which was great! Employee answered many questions for me and helped me make an educated decision on which item to purchase. Great experience!

Great store. This one is run well and their returns policy cant be beat. The store is bright, clean and organized well plus checkout times are quick and staff is friendly/helpful. They have a large assortment of quality household items. I buy all my coffee here for my Nespresso using 20% percent off coupon and always make sure to have a coupon for bigger ticket items such as the luxurious UGG blanket I got myself at Christmas. Man, I love that thing.

Have been in here a few times and havent had the customer service one would expect as standard. Was trying to buy some items this past visit and when I came to the counter, I was informed they were reserved. Ok? They were not pulled from stock and still on the shelf... Then I was told to hold on.... That went on forever and no one would ring me up or give me an answer. I jut stood there getting ignored in hopes I would leave? I eventually did. Pretty sure I will not return to this location.
