Justin, the manager and the staff were fantastic. We had a delivery issue on a chair and they were very helpful in resolving our problem. Our chair was damaged and they had us bring it in and got the whole issue resolved with a new chair. It seems that many businesses don’t care after the sale but they did. Wow! The associates at Hone Zone were great! There was no pressure, no following us around, but they were always able to find the answers to our many questions! We truly e joyed the time there. The quality of the chairs is great.They have very unique furniture and well built.Talking of the customer care the staff are well organized and have very good etiquette very informative, They gave us space and room to look around and when we decide on what we wanted. The sales people in the store are nice and helpful but the service department is absolute garbage. I bought a recliner a year ago and had to file A warranty request on it immediately because the legs wouldn’t come out. After 6 months I contacted them to see if I could return the recliner (it was paid off) they said no and that there’s nothing they can do. They offered me an $80 care package for a busted recliner. Here I am a year later still waiting for them to come fix this stupid recliner.

Awesome experience at HomeZone today! My parents bought their furniture at HomeZone 7 years ago and it’s still in incredible condition. My boyfriend and I were in the market for a couch and only went in to look today...we definitely bought a couch. Awesome that we were able to customize our items for no additional fees! Sam, our associate that helped us, was AMAZING. She was so knowledgeable about deals and even helped us settle on a final customization. We couldn’t have asked for a more smooth experience. Buyer beware. They do not honor their warranties in a timely manner. Bought a reclining couch less than a year old the metal broke. 8-10 weeks before they can get parts another 1-2 weeks before repair. Cant use that side of couch. Quick to take you money even quicker to leave you hanging when their product breaks. Not to mention Ive never had a couch break especially less than a year old.Responded to their post got a email from there regional manager Randy Reams stating there is nothing they can do. Company does not stand behind their products or warranties.

Every employee was super helpful and kind during our visit. No one pushed us to buy anything or constantly stayed with us at every turn. We were able to look around and take in all the options on our own. When we did have questions, there was always someone willing to go above and beyond to find the answer without trying to upsale us or force us into something. Dana greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for that day, pointed us to where to go & let us shop. When we were ready with our decision she was prompt in checking stock before starting the buying process & then walked us through step by step of it all. We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience & will definitely be returning to purchase the other furniture items on our list when were ready to buy. We recently ordered and purchased from the home zone weatherford location. We came in the store about four times to look at the same couch. We were greeted each time, everyone was extremely patient, and we did not feel pressured to buy. They do not have it where you have to buy the entire room set up, we were able to go through and customize just as we wanted our house furnished. To top everything off, my husband took our vehicle down to Lowe’s to continue shopping. The manager without hesitation gathered my things and walked me and my new purchases all the way down! Which just put the cherry on top of our excellent experience. We cannot wait for our new comfy couches to come in!

One star is to high for their customer service and management team. The wife and I go into the Weatherford store to buy a dining room set. Sales person was great. That next Thursday the items were delivered. I get home and notice the boxes were damaged. I go to assemble the table and notice all the legs have deep scratches. I call to notify the store and that is where my experience goes down hill. The girl that answered the phone didnt want to hear anything, just told me to email pictures. I get call at the end of the week to tell me they want to come by a week later but will not give a time frame when they would come by. I push the issue and keep requesting a time frame. I am told I would get a call the day before with details. Ask to speak with a manager and told I would have to email because they didnt take calls. I finally get the manager of operations to call me. He starts off with an attitude. I try to explain the issue and he keeps interrupting and talking over me. I finally had enough of his attitude and will be returning the furniture.

Super nicely styled building. The guys were super helpful and attended to all my questions and needs! Duncan was helpful with moving my dresser into my car and was careful as to not scratch my dresser. Super impressed with the service and will return again and tell others to do so!

WOW. So my friend and I entered the store and were greeted by Thackery ( that is it. He said hello and let us know if you need any help.) My friend found a bedroom set she liked and had a few questions and went and got Diana. Diana came over and answered her questions and then let us know she could run a quote for the items my friend was interested in and asked us if anyone was helping us and we said no and she said ok just wanted t make sure because the other people pick on me for this stuff (WOW RIGHT?) So we proceed over to the computer that Thackery was using and she politely asked to use it so she could run the quote. He immediately buds in with “were y’all looking at that bedroom set? Ya I saw y’all looking at it and I looked it up and we have no king size available” Diana tells him we were interested in a queen and she asked if anyone was helping us before she proceeded and we told her no. AND HE STATES “well I greeted them at the door” EXCUSE ME? Ya you said hello let US know if you have any questions. DIANA was the one available when we had questions he sat behind a computer and watched us look at the set and even looked it up but did not approach us again to discuss it. He then proceed to push Diana out of the sale and continued with the quote. He was not personable and had to ask everything that we just discussed with Diana. All my friend wanted was a quote and this dude couldn’t even let her do that. Diana has already made a statement about how she was picked on by people telling her it was there sale. As far as I’m concerned (PS should mentioned I have worked for commission before) that was all Diana’s sale he sat behind a computer and let her do the work and took it from her. Definitely won’t be purchasing anything from Thackery let alone a store who’s male employee belittled a female in front of customers.

Bought chair and couch on a Friday, told they dont have couch, but it will be delivered to store Monday around midday, maybe 1 oclock. Ok we can wait til Monday. Pay for both, take chair home on the spot.Hang out in town Monday waiting for a call til about 4, go in person to check on it, have receipt. He asks for receipt looks at it, says yeah truck is back there unloaded, but havent checked it in yet we will call you in about an hour or hour and a half.Wait two hours, call them, he said oh no your couch wont be here til Thursday. We were in person earlier you said it just hadnt been checked in. He said no I said IF it was back there then we would call you.Waited almost all day Thursday for them to call and finally called them late. Yes its here ready. Great thanks. Pick it up. Get it home. We went to the Home Zone Furniture store in Weatherford TX to purchase living room furniture. We were immediately greeted by a young lady named Sam. She knew where to lead us to find the style we were interested in. Sam helped measure the piece, which we determined was not going to fit the space we had intended it for. Sam then took us to a sectional that was customizeable in hopes that it would better serve our purpose, that too did not work for us. Sam then went to a computer to look up options while we continued to shop. Sam was able to find a set that was available in our original style, color and fabric - fabulous! Sam then helped pick out 2 Accent Chairs to coordinate with the Love Seat and Recliner we were purchasing. Any time we needed to ask a question, Sam was right there to assist us. The whole process took a significant amount of Sams time and energy, which made our shopping experience phenomenal! Shes a keeper!!!

Carlton was very understanding and was not pushy. They had an area for my son to watch a movie and play while I completed all paperwork. The only feedback I would provide would be providing more insight on your furniture when a customer is torn between one piece or another and being up front about the cost of additional pieces (mattress protector and extended warranties). Im happy with my purchase, but those details would have made it a better experience and provided more clarity.

Beyond frustrating to deal with- I have had the same piece of furniture delivered damaged three times in a row now, in a process that has taken a month, and is still ongoing. Nothing has been done to make the situation right- just put at the end of the line to wait and see if they can get it right next time. They really try to sell you on the customer service, but will do nothing to fix a problem they have created over and over again. Customer service couldnt be any less helpful. No one being held accountable here.

A price was listed on the item and the sales person assured me several times this was the price and it was a great buy. I decided to take 2 sets and as Im filling put paperwork, was informed it was a misprint. a thousand dollar difference per item!! They would not even consider meeting me in the middle with the difference. I was however offered a free pillow. I was very disappointed in how it was handled. I was in there 45 minutes discussing the sale with the clerk. When did it not matter about morals? If you advertise a price and promise the customer thats what it is...it should be sold as that. Or at least a discount of some sor . Not a free pillow!

When we went in, the computer wss down. Even so, Dana was most helpful and was willing to help us decide what we wanted. Gave us the website so we could see if the item was available. We went back later and one system was up and we got our order placed. Great place, great prices

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the second trip needed to pick up my furniture order. Due to store renovations, part of my order was there but not able to be located when I drove over to pick it up as I wanted avoid the delivery charge. That being said, the entire sales experience was terrific (Dan - you are great!) and I particularly like the fact that I could find reasonable prices on products that were Made in America.

Couch was promised to be delivered on Tuesday did not receive it was promised on the following Thursday. Today is Thursday and still no couch delivered. Now . It’s pushed to this Saturday. Just ridiculous. Also had to wait a full week to get my couch from when I ordered it in store.

Always an amazing experience with Home Zone! Ive had couches from there for over 5 years now and went back to upgrade and also get a new bedroom set. Staff was very helpful, patient and polite. Jacob was our salesman and was very knowledgeable and made the process super easy. Its not always easy shopping with a toddler either and they had a few toys and books for the children and never made us feel unwelcomed! Best experience ever buying furniture. I bought a complete set of bedroom furniture, including a mattress, saved over $2k overall, and got 48 months zero interest financing with zero down. Shadye was extremely helpful, and made it a fun experience. The extended warranty is a real bargain. I usually dont spend money on extended warranties, but this one is reasonably priced, very comprehensive, AND if I never have to use it the cost will be refunded to me as in-store credit. So basically a free extended warranty.I will gladly shop here first any time I look for furniture in the future!

I cant remember her name (long red hair). Avoid dealing with her if you can. And good luck trying to call. I have purchased both a whole bedroom set, and an individual bed frame from this store. I only had to replace my bed because I broke it performing wrestling moves as a 63 210 pound guy. The furniture is great quality, actual wood not the particle board stuff you find at department stores or IKEA. They deliver as well, even out of town.
