I first went to the Mineral Wells store and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I then went to the Weatherford Ridge store and Christina C immediately started assisting me when I walked in, even though they were extremely busy. She told me all my options, explained everything, was very polite and informative. She explored all options to find the best for me and I left very satisfied. I got a new phone, and my bill was reduced. I will choose this store for my AT&T needs ALWAYS!

Needed to visit to my AT&T store in Weatherford. Hit the store about 10:30 and a very short wait. What an absolute treat to work with Kyandra. She immediately solved every concern I had and did it quickly with an amazing knowledge, beautiful attitude and the most bubbly personality ever. She is epitome of great customer service. She handles your concerns with 5 star service, but I would love to give her 10 stars.....
Showed up aty appointment time. 4pm. Was told we would be next. One hour later we were still waiting in parking lot. The rep apologized and said she asked the wrong people in instead of us. We purchased our new phone and they charged us an activation fee. It looks like they could have at least waived that for the long wait and their mistake.

I just left the Weatherford AT&T store and left more than satisfied! Anthony proved to be most knowledgeable and very courteous! He answered all my questions without making me feel like I was inconveniencing him! He went above and beyond what was required of him in his job. The young lady that assisted my husband and I was very knowledgeable about the products and programs. She was very patient with two elderly people that know very little about technology. This is not the first time we’ve trusted this location. They never fail us. Highly recommended.

In my grade book, Christina, Retail Sales Consultant, gets an A+! She solved our problem on Jan. 21st!! She is an active listener, patient, empathetic, and professional! Problems started on Jan. 10th with my husbands phone ending up on the block list. It was fixed and worked 6 days, then ended back up on the block list again! This fix lasted 1 day, then his phone was put back on block list. Jan. 21 Christina saw that a temporary fix is not resolution. She did a deep dive and contacted the person who finally did the fix on his phone. Thank you for not giving up on our situation. She was focused and got the right technician to solve our problem. Will come back to your store for future purchases and products with a big smile on our face. Thanks you so much.

We had to wait 1:45 in the heat waiting to get help to get direct tv switch to my sister name I understand the covid 19 bit should not let customers sit out in the heat like cuz people do have heath issues and should not be in the heat that long while they have the luxury of a a.c. building where they can be comfortable

Horrible experience. I waited over an hour and a half to be seen and then was told that I was not eligible for the promotional credit on a phone we upgraded during November because we were two days beyond the return window for the old device. When we upgraded in November, the rep told us to bring the old device back anytime in November or December and we would be good. A hard-and-fast 30 day timeline for returning the old phone was not disclosed to us at the time of upgrade otherwise we would have made this happen. The rep today was inflexible on the return window, and we were charged $600 as a result. Nice little scam they have there. We will not be going back to this location.

Eddie at the Weatherford AT&T store resolved a couple of issues I was having with my personal and work cell phones. Eddie, was both knowledgeable and quick to resolve my issues that even tech support at Apple could not resolve in a timely manner. Eddie was very polite and patient with me as I slowly entered my apple id’s and passwords. AT&T has an excellent employee representing their company. And on top of everything Eddie was very cautious and careful with sanitation, wearing gloves and mask when interacting with me, and that made me feel safer with COVID 19 on the upswing again. Thanks AT&T and Eddie!
Had ongoing( 2 months! ) issues with AT&T.Manager( Robbie) of this store was extremely rude. Cannot reccomend a store that treats people like this. I was upset about ongoing issues that was thier doing that was going to affect my credit.He DID NOT TREAT ME WELL AT ALL.When a customer has problems not caused by them, a manager should do anything possible to fix.Robie is NOT a good manager, should be relieved of his position. I brought my trade in phone to this store and I was told it would take a couple months to see the rebate to take effect. 4 months later I went back because it never to effect and they told me they never got the phone, which leads me to believe an employee here stole the phone.

We had the best experience here with Rachel and Greg. Everything had to be curbside service due to the pandemic, and they made us feel like we were sitting right there at a table with them. We were moving over from Sprint and they made the transition very easy and were very efficient. When asking about accessories, they didn’t hesitate to bring out multiple cases and charging cords for us to choose from. We truly felt cared for, and that they were getting us the best options possible. We will be going back to see them for anything else we need in the future. Thank you!

Even when you schedule an appointment time online, it might be 2 hrs. later before you get in. Staff really couldnt help with issue so told me to last call att. But if that would work, I would not be at this store. Buy Verizon!!!
Eddie V was very professional, knowledgeable and this was the best experience at any AT&T store I’ve ever had. As a long time AT&T customer I was blown away with this store and Eddie V. The manager Megan was very engaged with each of her team members, helping everyone while I was there. I can not recommend Eddie V more, his customer service is the best. I can only assume it’s from leadership down after seeing the amazing experience today.

Every time I check in here I wait over an hour even if there’s only 1 customer in the store. What are the other staff that aren’t helping people doing? Not helping me as I’m sitting here with stuff I need to do. AT&T is nothing but a time waster. Stop standing around and GET TO WORK.

Horrible, rude and deceitful, I cant even call it customer service. Never again. Didnt even make it into their elite store, where the reps hid and watched customers in the parking lot for more then an hour. Unbelievable!

Store manager was greeting people and setting up wait times outside of the store and stated the wait time would be an hour but never asked why I was there and they did not have the phone I came into purchase.
I unfortunately did not have the best overall experience with this store. I was told by a family member that this store had great service with a knowledgeable staff. I was greeted by Brenda the first time and she helped assist me with getting a replacement phone and an upgrade. She helped me through the whole process which was great, and I felt comfortable that everything was in place.I had some issues getting the replacement so I went back to the store to get some help with the third party company Asurion who was sending the replacement. When I explained my issues to the associate (Molly) she immediately responded by saying,Well thats not my problem. I cant do anything about that. Have you tried calling them? I explained that I had and they werent returning my calls. She said,Well I guess you could sit at the table and call them, but I cant do anything to help. I was very disappointed that she wasnt even making an effort to guide me in the right direction. After I called them, I called to speak with the manager (Melissa I believe) and told her how disappointed I was with my experience. She apologized and said, Thats not how we try to treat our customers. I work in customer service as well and understand what it should look like. If someone had an unpleasant experience at my place of business, I would at least want the opportunity to correct the wrong.I was very encouraged by our conversation and wanted to give them another chance.I went back a few days later with my replacement and to get the upgrade. The new associate I was dealing with had been with ATT for over 20 years so I felt that she would know a lot about the products and that this would be a much smoother time. That was not the case. I was switching from Android to iPhone and the lady I was dealing with was an Android user. I kept asking questions about the Apple products and the Software to understand what I was getting into better. She said,I dont know. Let me Google that. Whether you use the product or not, you should know how to sell it to your customers. I ended staying in the store for about and hour and a half and kept getting frustrated because I didnt feel that my answers were getting answered.There are some good people there, but I had a inconsistent experience overall and would not go back.

I purchased a Apple iPad and a cellular phone....cost me over 2K. The customer service agent was rude and obnoxious who waited on me. Did not get anything solved with phone issues.
Well we came into the store today to changeservice to AT&T from another carrier. But whenwe got there we were met at the car by anemployee with the mask on that told us wecannot go in together as husband and wifebecause of social distancing. All the otheremployees were not wearing masks greetingpeople outside....so I sat in the carwhile my husband went inside. meanwhile Iwatched other people walk in and out of thestore walking in pairs. we camefrom the Azle location which was completelynormal and open as business no socialdistancing or any of this stuff. So oh, what wasthe deal here why are not all of the storescohesively have the same policies Was Idiscriminated against for some reason?Please explain.

I been to this store alot in less than 3 months for issues and they dont answer my question with the truth all the time i go in there they lie to me every time I go in there and I am not happy with the store at all it is the closest one to me and I dont have a car so I have to use them but if I have a car I would be going to a store in Hurst tx where I dont have issues with the people like i do hear

Poor customer service. We have been trying to pay our WI-Fi hot spot bill for over a month. When we signed in on-line, we were directed to call in because The automated system couldnt verify who we were. After several attempts to call and being on hold for over 30 minutes we decided to go direct to the store.The customer service rep could not find the account and said I needed to go home and to bring in the hot spot box so they could get the ID# from it (we live 30 minutes from town so only go in when needed). Its very frustrating when a service provider cant locate your account.
Ask for Brice! He takes the time and works to fix the issue. Had to spend an hour and a half working on it but finally got it working. The other two reps I dealt with first, not too impressive. The others just wanted to pass me off to pro tech, which I called them and they were useless.

So for as confusing as my transaction was, Christina handled it PERFECTLY. Needed 5 new lines and only one of the people on the plan was in the state and the other 4 were in 2 different states. Christina took about 2 seconds to think about it and had it handled in a matter of minutes! If you’re needing new service or just need help at this store make sure you schedule with Christina, she’s super helpful, friendly and efficient!!

After having a rough experience at the Hudson Oaks location I called this location instead to ask if the could help me transfer my files from my old S7 to my S10+. They immediately told me they could help and to come on down. I was able to get everything transferred via a simple app and also purchased an Otterbox for my new phone. Ive been with AT&T for ages for phone service; I know Ill continue to visit the Weatherford store for any future needs. They are very quick to greet you and get you set up with someone to help you even if theyre a bit swamped with guests. I highly recommend them!
I have received sales and technical assistance on multiple occasions from Jazz Byers and Eddie Valdez. Both Jazz and Eddie have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Each of them has thoroughly explained my options and available features and plans. I have never felt rushed or pressured to select a particular product or service. The AT&T store is usually busy, but I am willing to wait for either Jazz or Eddie. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend the AT&T store on Adams Drive in Weatherford, Texas, and I strongly encourage you to request that either Jazz or Eddie assist you.

Had an issue trying to retrieve some old information on my phone after it went a little crazy. After not getting anywhere with other people who told me the information was simply lost, I was exceptionally grateful to cross paths with an awesome staff member here by the name of, Brandon. He figured my phone out, was super patient in downloading my stuff, was so kind and personable and extremely helpful. He deserves a raise or promotion....he was awesome! Thank You again, Brandon!

I am always able to get help with any problem that I have with my service or any of my devices. The people are always pleasent and helpful. There are services that are less expensive but I live out of city limits and the only service that works for me is AT&T. I have been with AT&T for decades and I will continue to do so.

I have bought all my phones here and today I went to get a screen protector put on and Amanda approached me and was so kind and personable!Even thought I was just getting a screen protector replaced she was super nice and talked to me while she fixed my phone. Overall a decent place, but I recently sat on the phone for T E N minutes while an employee looked for a product. When I finally pulled in to the store (still supposedly on the phone with him) HE GREETED ME AT THE STORE! I immediately noticed his nametag & said something to him. He nonchalantly covered up his tag with the tablet & said they didnt have anyone there by that name! lol
Been with AT&T for about 30 years, decent service but way too expensive!! Especially for Seniors with little or no income.

I went to the store on a Friday evening when it was quite busy and had to wait about 30 minutes. I had a busted phone and was really in a jam, so I expected that Id leave there feeling bad about how much I had to spend and a whole show of difficulty. Eric S. was my sales consultant and was totally awesome in helping me get the best deal for a new phone, explain alternatives, and speed things up as much as he could. I have had similar experiences at this store, so as far as I can tell there is some very knowledgeable staff that is worth the 30 minute wait on average.
I wish that everyone in their had as good as customer service like Robert gave the other day and a young lady with glasses her name is slipping my mind right now but they were amazing one of there employees needs to learn from them how to handle custmers
After spending hours being run in circles on the phone trying to get WiFi set up, we decided to just go to the store and get it taken care of face-to-face. Christina was friendly and swift in handling our issues. She took the time to explain what had been happening and was more than happy to set everything straight. Her upbeat energy and enthusiasm made our day. Highly recommend.

This is one of those places that I dread going to. It seems that they are always busy and you have to wait. Luckily you can sit and watch TV or enjoy the free wifi while you do wait. My wife and I just purchased new phone from here and the rep was very helpful and explained everything about the phone and some of his favorite features.
Rachel at the Weatherford store was a wonderful AT&T employee and the best employee from AT&T that we have ever had. She is a asset to your company and if I had a business I would hire her in a heart beat.

I have had great experiences at this store on multiple visits. My last visit was one exceptional note. I just bought a new phone offline and needed help setting it up. They helped me out, showed me several things about my phone I didnt even know and all that without any run-around or service charge.Great attitudes, awesome service and close to home. Fast to sale u a phone bought a s20ultra5g so 1500 dollar phone.when the 6 days I have had this phone the camera screen has cracked while in my pocket they wont do anything but to have u make a insurance claim after spending 1500 its not even 6 days old and has a case and screen protector on it i had to call Samsung and now driving to fort worth what a joke of a store I will be letting everyone i know how I was treated
I have been to this store before, but yesterday, August 22, 2018 was a totally different experience than the other ones. I walked in at approximately 4:30 and signed in. I did know there were other customers there before me so I knew there would be a wait. And there was a long wait. There were LOTS of workers there. They appeared to be visiting with each other. One person asked us if we had any questions and we didnt. I just needed a new phone. After 30 minutes of waiting, my husband and myself walked out. They didnt even ask us to stay and that they would just be a minutes, but even said have a nice day . Our money will not be spent at this store again. Thoroughly disappointed.
I usually dont gripe, but I think maybe there needs to be a change made here. I just wanted to buy a pocksocket. Thats it. I waited 40 minutes so that an available employee could check me out. I know that they are wanting to give each customer their full attention, but maybe allowing the person that takes down names at the door to have the ability to check people out would help with the wait time in situations like this.
Wasnt allowed inside the store and was accused by the manager of cursing at an employee when I asked for his card. Disappointed in this store. If you need a group of people sitting around in camp chairs outside their front door to tell you to go away, this is the store for you.

Upgraded phone online and chose option for store pickup at this store. Stopped in on the way home to pick up phone. Store did not appear that busy to me. Stood around for about 10 minutes and saw multiple employees coming in and out of the back of the store and conversing with each other and ignoring me. I told the girl at the front that was holding an iPad that I just needed to pick up the phone and be on my way. She said someone else would have to bring the phone from the back. Waited another 5 minutes and then I left. Poor customer service. Should have just had it shipped.
Worse customer experience here! Reps are rude, and they don’t look at you in the eyes! They lie to you to get sell!! They don’t empathize with you. And seems like they don’t even care if you are keeping business or if you walk away! So.. they need training on how to treat their customer better! Was not given an estimated wait time, was just asked my name and number and told my wait Im the queue. Manager was just walking around the room on her tablet and occasionally wiping down surfaces. Would be nice if the manager could help out a bit.
