This place was Amazing Rebecca provided top-notch customer service and was very knowledgeable at her job. I went in expecting to have to replace my Cell phone or an extensive repair, however she was able to diagnose and repair my phone quickly while I waited. My kids are always breaking their phones now i have somewhere to get them fixed correctly close to home. Thank you for being the shining light that brightened my day!

Had a terrible experience with this place. They replaced my screen three times and my phone progressively got worse. They then told me they weren’t going to refund me or be able to fix it after the third time. I paid $230 and paid for my phone to be fixed and still have a messed up phone.

This business lets you schedule an appointment for 6pm even though they close at 6pm and absolutely cannot service you. They need to get their online scheduling handled. Be warned, do not make an appointment for 6pm. It’s bogus.

The estimate provided was accurate and was what I was charged. Plus I was pleasantly surprised when my tablet was repaired and ready for pickup earlier than the date I was quoted.

I got my screen repaired here only to have it crack again in the same exact spot the very next day. They say they offer a “limited warranty” but when I brought it back in, the lady at the front counter didn’t even look at my phone. She asked me if I had put it in my pocket or purse (uh duh). She then said she would have to charge me another $100 to fix it again. I was not happy at all and she then offered me a $10 discount. I refused and emailed and called corporate. They never even contacted me back. I would not recommend this place to anyone because to me, it was like throwing away $100 and they refused to accept any responsibility.

Owner neglected to ever put in air filters in lobby for 5 years prior to December 2019, with only 1 air filter in the back room that had also not been changed in 5 years. Air filters were installed in December 2019 and then never changed again, ducts were never cleaned.You would think that a business who charges its customers for work, regardless of if their device is able to be fixed (other repair shops will only charge you if they are able to fix your device) would be able to maintain their air duct system, but that is not the case here. Amid a pandemic with a virus that attacks the lungs, you would think that all businesses would be doing everything they can to ensure clean Air quality, but again, that is not the case here.

Cracked my Note 9 screen and went here to get it repaired. The guy was very formal and helpful and was able to expedite the shipping. They sent the wrong screen so I ended up having to wait longer, but the guy did go ahead and put the new screen on in the mean time. The part I needed was out of stock but after a couple of weeks he was finally able to order it and put the correct part on. So overall I was satisfied with the experience.

I took my mom there to fix a volume issue on her cellphone. Not only were the associates very kind and professional they were also super fast. We were in and out in under 10 minutes! Ive been to places that try to charge you $$ for something super simple but these guys were honest and very reasonably priced. We will certainly do business there again.

Carl Badillo did an excellent job fixing my daughters phone. A few screws were loose and the home button of her iPhone 8+ was making a buzzing sound. I’ve used this store 3 times for different phones and they even replaced my sons screen! Highly recommend them!

I broke the light screen under my phone by dropping it. I was able to call them, have them guess what they thought it might be (they were right on target) and give me an estimate immediately. I took my phone in at about 4:00 the same day and it was done in less than 30 minutes! I definitely be back (but also hoping I dont have to be).

I broke the screen and bent the frame on my iPad Pro. Joshua, at CPR, took great care of me and fixed the unfixable, and at a fair price. They went the extra mile for me, extremely professional, excellent workmanship, and 5 Star service all the way. I would highly recommend CPR. They will treat you right!

Took a phone in to be fixed. Was told it could not be repaired. Offered me a reconditioned phone for same price as what i could buy a new one and since i was there i agreed and asked about warranty. Was told yes 30 days and was returnable. Phone freezes up 5 to 10 times a day and screen does not work correctly. Called ten days later and because we live 150 miles away and was told that is no return policy and they would look at it. I will run it over tomorrow and see what they do but at this point i do not recommend purchasing a refurbished phone from them.

These guys really live up to their name. After not getting the service I needed at the AT&T store, I went to In & Out smart repair. The repair tech (Evan) fixed my phone at a reasonable rate in less than 30 minutes. I really was in and out. Lol. I highly recommend these guys.

Took iPhone 7 plus in for water damage after I called first to make sure they could fix it and was told they could, that they would take it apart and go thru it and fix it piece by piece until it worked. So I took it in. It was there for a week and still no call or email from them about anything. So I go back to the store to see how things were going. I got there and the gentleman there said he didnt know if it was done or not. Went and got it, it was in the a clear work bag with the work order with it but thats it. It didnt said anything on the work order about anything that they had done or what they found. The guy just said that they couldnt fix it and charged me for it.Im upset because I called them first to make sure that they could fix it and was told that they could, and expecting a call or email from them, if for any reason. And nothing. That in my book is not very good business. Dont say you can do something and then come to find out, you cant do a damn thing. Thats ripping people off. If they would have done what they said, I could have brought them plenty of business. I have several other things that need to be repaired but, I wont be back to them ever again.Thanks for Taking my money and lying to me.

Super nice. I was having trouble charging my phone and using earbuds. I scheduled an appt. with Apple-- They told me I was going to have to get a new phone because my phone was unfixable. Only took about 1 hour, Joshua replaced my port. And it works perfect now. I highly recommend going to CPR before having to buy a new phone if you dont want to spend $1000. Joshua is great @ his job.

This company is in it to screw ppl over. They charge 100 bucks for labor for 5 minutes of labor. They lie about a lifetime warranty. Not the best place to get phone repair done. Do not recommend any CPR stores in Texas.

My Nexus 6p has had more issues since I took it in than before. Yes, they replaced the screen and it looks good, but now my camera takes horrible pictures (and its not even on the same side as the cracked screen. Somehow, the whole guts had to be replaced and the camera was inferior, but I would have to pay extra to get the camera replaced). Not only is the camera worse, but now the proximity sensor doesnt work and my screen will not wake up during a call, which means I cannot press 1 to speak to a representative nor can I hang up from a voicemail call. They tried to fix that once, but it didnt hold and now they want to charge me to fix the proximity sensor. I wish I had kept the cracked screen and never taken my phone there!Update: After contacting corporate CPR offices, they reached out to me and have refunded my money for the initial screen replacement. A very nice gesture, but I am still left with a phone that wont hang up calls and takes horrible pictures. I have added one star for their refund, but cannot give them more than 2 due to the ongoing issues I am left with.

Guy inside could not do any more than what I knew to help. The other guy didnt offer to see if he could figure out the problem. I ended up figuring it out myself. Not the first time I could not get help from this place.
