This is one of our favorite places!! The people are very friendly and always willing to help. The prices are pretty good too. The store is always nice and clean including the dressing rooms. When they are having sales if you are in need for amazing deals you can easily get a complete outfit for around $75 bucks!! Shoes, socks, underwear, shorts or pants or a skirt and a shirt!!!! Also if you have $20 you can almost any day get a nice purse too. Im not into name brands but they do have great deals in town if youre a name brand kind of person.

Was greeted on the way in. Sales associate me asked if I needed help, I did. She took me to a couple areas in the store to help find the product. Was thanked for coming in on my way out. The store was a little messy. They have a good selection of shoes and clothes. Looks like everything is marked 50% off one week before Christmas.

Theyre real nice people the real good service but they are going out of business theyre selling out all other stuff so once everythings gone no be closed Weatherford wont have a Bells anymore

They offer you help if you need it and they dont follow you around in the store and the employee are very helpful and polite. The have some nice clothes and accessories and the prices are reasonable.

Went to return items at Azle store in TX, and I purchased the items with my Bealls card, they would not refund items back to my account, said I had to wait for my new card in the mail, went to Weatherford and they took care of it, wake up Azle thats wrong

I’ve never really liked this location due to lack of product and how nasty the store is so I typically always make the extra trip to Mineral Wells because that location is SOOOO much nicer and cleaner and the staff is amazing and their amount of products is incredible. Well today topped it off for me. I went in and literally no one said a word to me ( in mineral wells you can’t make it 2 steps in the door without someone greeting you!) I walked around for a while and when I went to to counter to ask a question there was 3 employees. Two talking amongst themselves and one doing some cashier drawer work. All three facing the counter I was standing at. The two talking both looked up and saw me and continued their conversation I guess assuming the other lady would help me. Well she did not. She literally did not even look up at me HAHA she just kept working like I wasn’t even there. I was maybe 2 feet from her. I literally just stood there. Waiting. To be helped. And nothing. So I finally just laughed and walked off. So when I decided to buy my painting I found I went to the counter and this time no one was up there. I waited for what felt like 15 minutes but I’m sure it was more like 5 to 10. But I was one of maybe 4 customers in the store so why no one was waiting on me at the counter I do not know. So I was completely ignored three times. As I walked out I saw one employee standing in front of the store door fixing her hair in the door reflection and I said “hey thanks for letting me stand at the counter twice without helping me at all” and she stared at me like I had just spoke some unknown language. Total shock. She just looked at me. No apology. Nothing. So I just laughed again and walked out. Will literally never go back there. I suggest you don’t either. Weatherford is amazing. I love this town. But this store DOES NOT represent Weatherford and who we are at all. BOY BYE!

Lack customer service. Their personal conversations are more important then waiting on customers. Rude when you ask questions. Then they act like they are too busy to assist you ! We were the only ones in the store and they acted like we were bothering them ! Tux came in with NO shoes and thats my fault and when I ask questions got ATTITUDE !! I call back ask for manager and you could hear them and the girl was like seriously are you kidding me ! WILL NEVER BE BACK !!!
