If you like freedom this is not the store for you. If you are a fauci follower, mask Karens abound. No matter the state has been open for months, masks or no shopping. Thats fine, your store. But I wanted to spend bank for the wife as a surprise and will be sending my $ elsewhere. Family have spent lots of money there and will not be back. As they said this is a private business and this review is a heads up to all who like to reward businesses aligned with their values.

All you have to do is walk in and say where you work or go to school and they get you what you need. Very friendly and helpful. If they don’t have what you need they can order it and it will arrive quickly. I have had patches put on for school and a jacket monogrammed, all in a timely matter. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

Shopped here today, the woman working was so nice and extremely helpful. More than happy with what I found. Great selection of petite as well.

My experience at this store was exceptional. I was required to get certain uniform requirements from this business as required by my academy. The two employees that assisted me with this were very kind and patient. They assisted me in procuring the proper uniforms. Something that stood out is all I had to say was what I needed the uniform for and they had everything together for me in a matter of minutes. At which point they assisted me with the fitting and had the clothing items appropriately altered and patches sewn on correctly. The alterations took less than 48 hours, the reason it even took that long was because it was the weekend! The alterations and patches were very well done. It was obvious that the person doing the altercations knows what they are doing. The staff even offered to realter anything that was not up to standards in the future. The best part is they prioritize first responders! That is how it should be, especially in a time like this. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

I had a very nice time here. I got new job and had no stiken idea what I was doing or looking for i have never worn scubs a day in my life. The ladies who help me were super nice and let me try on several things to see what I liked the best and what fit the best, which you cant try on anything at any place no more. Scrubs are expense.... but I payed a normal price for really nice scrubs.

All I can say is the ladies there go above and beyond!! I had a wonderful experience there!! Definitely will be returning soon!! See ya later ladies!!

The ladies in this store work WONDERS.I’m a bigger figure (5x) and it usually takes a bit for me to find a well fitting set of scrubs, but I walked in, and after 10 minutes I walked out with 2 sets of scrubs that fit like a glove!I was expecting it to be a hassle, and need to try on 50 pairs, but the 2nd set I tried on fit SO well.After being off work since March due to COVID, I’ve gained more weight than I’m happy about. And now that I’m working again Ive noticed my scrubs are too tight to work in. I’m so happy I found this shop, they care about your needs and will listen to what you’re looking for.This is my 3rd time in here this year, and I couldn’t be happier.

This is my second review that went from 3 stars to one.Two days ago my husband and I called to make sure the store was open (due to the pandemic). We were told it was. We had other errands to run so I told my husband to take our 4 very hungry and tired kids (since they aren’t allowed in the store) to get something to eat while I shopped. I generally am only in the store twenty minutes. This would’ve plenty of time for me to be in and out by the time he got back.He leaves and as I’m walking up to open the door I notice it’s locked and the sign says, no admission without mask and only three people in the store at one time. This information would have been nice to know over the phone. The manager opened the door and asked me to wait outside. So I sat on a bench for 10 to 15 minutes outside in the Texas summer heat.I will say I received good customer service in the store. However, trying on scrubs when you are hot, sweaty, and your time to shop has been cut in half is less then ideal. I wrote a review stating that giving this information over the phone would be helpful to future customers.Two days later I receive a facebook message from the manager stating telling me that she’s been working alone, that people done like that much information over the phone and hang up. She then went on to say that not everyone gives them the praise they need and it upsets her and the other employees and that people trash four years of hard work easily. THEN I’m told to show mercy and compassion the next time.I would like to say this is the first time in 10 years I’ve shopped back at this particular store. I’ve went through and read others reviews and majority of the bad reviews were before this pandemic even started. It appears the manager cannot to corrective criticism and takes all reviews personally. Instead of learning from it and doing better for the next customer, the manager facebook messages me and tells me to be more compassionate. I will not shop here again or recommend this store to my other medical workers.

The day I went in, it was completely remodeled and all new faces. I was a little worried but immediately was greeted by everyone in the store. I like a specific style of scrubs and everyone pitched in to help out. While I was about to check out, the electricity went out. They asked if I could return tomorrow, which I could not, I offered to write a check. We decided to cut the tags off since I tried them on, so they could later scan everything appropriately in the system. I didnt mind., I was happy with my purchase. Then the electricity came back on, I did wait a few minutes more than I needed to but I didnt mind. I knew it would be better all around to just let them scan everything right now and they were so accommodating to me while shopping, that it was no bother on my side. We all have bumps at work and it helps so much when customers are understanding. The selection of scrubs are amazing and the latest styles and brands. !!

They greeted me as soon as I walked in, offeded lots of great help. Found multiple brands I could try on and waiting for me in the dressing room. Asked me if everything was fitting well or if I needed something different. Helped me find new nursing shoes which was exciting since my shoe size is so small. Very clean, organized and was easy to find. Also when I called ahead they were very courteous and professional. Ill definitely be back when I need to purchase more scrubs.

Super cute store. The ladies are so helpful when finding scrubs that fit you and are comfortable. They went above and beyond as far as ordering me a couple item and shipping then to me. Super sweet. Great prices and they support military families!

The owner & the staff here are top notch!!! They always make sure that Im taken care of even if it means going out of their way to help out. I needed patches & embroidery done on a uniform shirt for a funeral in 2 days. They got my shirt done the same day to ensure I had enough time to get it pressed prior to the service. I buy 99% of all of my uniforms from here & the owner will special order items & keep them in stock for her customers. If they dont have what your looking for, they will definitely stop at nothing to find what you need. This is by far the fastest place Ive ever been to for customized orders (embroidery, sewing patches, alterations, etc.) Other uniform stores have a 1-3 month turn around time for customized items & Ive never waited more than 3 days at North Texas Uniforms. Very small town personal feel & more than reasonably priced. This will always be my number 1 place for any uniform needs!!!

They were so helpful in picking out scrubs for my stepdaughter who wheres a petite and is pregnant. I tried shopping online but I am so glad I came into the store to look! Im sure now if I had ordered online theres no way they would have fit! The prices were just as good if not better as online as well. They were so friendly! Ill probably make a point to come here anytime I want to shop for scrubs!

Dont bother going here if you are a single parent. No kids allowed in the store and the ladys suggestion, well just leave them in the car while you shop. Not ok at all.

Today I called ahead to make sure they had xl and 1x. They were super nice on the phone. When I got there the girls immediately grabbed sizes and colors on just a few questions. Every pair they picked were perfect. I picked my favs and saw they had a clearance section. Even though I traded a pair out for clearance pants and only bought 5 pairs of pants. Both girls were so sweet and helpful. Sometimes you are brushed aside when you dont buy alot at other stores. Not this store they are awesome. Also I bought 5 pairs of pants for $100 what a deal!
