This is my go-to since moving to mineral wells, fantastic customer service and the gun clerk is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth guy. Prices are really good too on used firearms, he even gives you a decent deal when selling firearms. Wish I remembered the gentlemans name though, lol.

Fantastic little gun shop. Took my S&W K22 from the 30s in because it was so rusted and actually had pitted in the barrel. They cleaned it up and even cold blued it as well. Thanks!

Will not answer phone, return calls or respond to emails. Not sure how this store stays in business with zero communication. I needed a firearm transfer, thank goodness Gibsons will easily assist you and has no problem getting my business.

I was calling from out of state of TX. Was really friendly at first gave a lot of info about the ammo I wanted. Wanted me to give him my card info and he would do the transaction later since customers had walked in the store. I told him I didnt want my card number just laying around and I would call back. Was informed if I didnt give him my number at the time we spoke he would be getting busy later and not be able to talk. Tired to call him back several times and left a message for him to call me with no response. So I wont be trying to get any ammo from him in the future.

Got a great price on an AR. Very friendly staff, Veteran owned so shopping there and supporting a fellow veteran is a plus for me. Small store so it doesnt have the largest selection of guns but prices are decent and service is TOP NOTCH!. If they dont have the firearm your looking for they can order the gun you want at a great competitive price! Thank you for the great price on that AR!

Friendly, informative staff, that can and will discuss gear with the customers, and seem to enjoy their jobs. Great environment/vibe in the store. Comfortable. Easy to spend a lot of time here, without even realizing it.

Beware, this store is selling poor quality ammunition labeled ‘Federal Bulk’ in zip lock bags at $60 per 100 rounds (both 5.56 and .233). Firing this ammunition in a quality Springfield Armory rifle, which has zero issues firing any variety of other ammunition brands, including Federal, resulted in numerous malfunctions across multiple magazines. When I called the store I got the owner who first told me I’d need to talk to Scotty who conveniently won’t be around for another week. And not long after that he told me he had been ripped off too many times before and wouldn’t deal with the issue until Scotty returned. Basically the accused me, the one who paid $200 for bad ammunition, a thief...then hung up the phone on me. Nice. Buy anything here at your own risk. Or just go to Lone Star where the actually professionals are.
