This big lots is huge! Everything is clean and in place but there are not enough merchandise to cover the store. They have an enormous section just for furniture which is great because they have cute furniture. They also have a lot of clothing items, some are cheap and appear as such but some are name brands and seem to be good quality. The pet section is always great but the toy section was just one aisle and not much in it.The grocery section was great, lots of options and even some refrigerator items.Overall its big lots, fun finds, for decent prices, cant complain.

I was very impressed with the Joplin store. It was very clean, easy to find things shopping and very pleasant workers. I made a big purchase and I will return.

They moved from Webb City, Mo to Joplin,Mo. And the store is opened and can see from 1 end to the other end. Lots of new stuff too.

Exactly the same as every big lots I have ever shopped. Almost shelf for shelf. Perfect. Nothing changes but the seasons, coast to coast, ever. If comfort food were a store...

I really love how spacious the new location is and theyve got a wonderful display of furniture. They could use some signs to mark sections but overall it was a nice visit. Checkout clerk was friendly.

We picked up some chairs the other day and had two super helpful ladies get us set up! I didn’t catch their names but it was Monday (8/2), a little after noon. Had a question about a coupon and it they really made everything simple. Thank you!

Clean and a great selection. However, many items are not priced. I would buy more but didnt like how things were not priced. Could be just because they are a newer location.

Joined the Big Lots Reward program. Bought a King Size Mattress, box Spring and frame on Sale. Got the extra 15% for the Big Lots Reward on first purchase. That was $150.00 extra off. The Bed. Got bed in a bag also with extra 15% off.This was the best price for a King Size bed in town. Sealy Mattress.Bought a Queen size bed 5 years ago still love it. It was a black Friday deal.BIG LOTS IS MY FURNITURE STORE!

Its a huge store lots of furniture and things it doesnt have a lot of the things that I like in it more of the larger items quite a bit of outdoor stuff and home decor its very nicely put together and very roomy cashiers are kind of slow

Poorly managed manager was clueless to what dept heads were telling customers,3rd party delivery service lied to customer as well as. manager about delivery dept managers not trained well.Real communication problem among dept heads and customer.Will never shop there again.

Went in looking for recliner for my mom. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful and so kind. I didnt catch his name but it was on 8/20/2020 at 530 pm. The service was excellent and he was very informative.

I always enjoy going to Big Lots since I find so many different things. I found some things for myself and my son. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great selection & helpful staff. I hadnt been to bog lots in awhile & was surprised with the quality & selection. Furniture is Broyhill, mattresses were Serta,lots if reasonably priced dorm furniture.

Ordered furniture 2m ago, and the Oder has not shipped. When calling to find status on multiple occasions, my call was not returned. Today marks the day I will end up cancelling this order if they cannot providers acceptable status.

Lots of bargains beating the price of the usual department stores

I love Big Lots! They have so much neat stuff at great prices. I like going there just to browse around. They have a little of everything, furniture, lawn and garden, food, pots and pans, socks, cleaning supplies, etc. It is a fun trip when there are savings. The coupons and ads are helpful as well.

Always friendly, greetings when you walk in the door. Big clear aisles, excellent prices, lots to choose from. We buy coffee in k-cups there, great price for 80 cups!

We had some extra time before going to work and had never been in the Big Lots in our city. We went in just to look around. The have a large variety of items including furniture with slight damage at reduced pricing. We spotted several items throughout the store that we will coming back to purchase when the time is right. The store was clean and well arranged. The employees were friendly.

Not the cleanest feeling store and I think its because the floor looks dirty. The staff does not go out of their way to ask if we need help or not.

Disappointing. Items were not priced clearly or shelved well. The store wasted my time, the cashiers time, and the time of other customers. Ive shopped here before during holiday season as well as during regular season & not been disappointed. The inconsistency of it was odd & made the disappointment all the keener by being an anomaly.
