The technician who worked on our vehicle was Ian. Very professional and did a great job. Julie and Claudia were very helpful explaining the post install procedures. I would use them again. Reasonably priced also.

They did not complete the service properly and did not seem willing to help remedy the situation.

They do great work cutting glass to fit the art that I am framing.

Just the phone call for just a quote took 7 minutes. She gave me a price over $500. I told her I was quoted $300+ less at two places right down the road from them and I got a fun array of reasons why that must be. From not having quoted their least expensive vendor (my words) to whoever I spoke to at these two other places “ ... must not have actually checked to see if their vendors have the windshield.”(They had. It just didn’t take them 7 minutes to do so.)Honestly, her whole phone demeanor was off putting and then I realize she didn’t even quote their best price. A good handful of these negative reviews are them being untrustworthy. There’s a reason.

If I can give no stars I would. ordered glass on 12/20/2018 the lady said it was in stock and will be ready tomorrow. Did not get a call so I called and they gave me some BS why no one cut my glass. if there was going to be no one to cut my glass at least give me a call and tell me its not going to get done. Now I have to have my family over for Christmas with no mirror in the bathroom.

I would not recommend this place. I needed a new windshield in my 2018 Fusion. I called them early September about replacing my windshield. I asked if they could do it at my house and they said no they have to do it in their shop and need it all say in order to calibrate the forward cameras mounted on the windshield. I called USAA and filed the claim with them and that called me back and said they had to order the windshield and it may take a couple of months to get because my car model was too new. I told them to go ahead and order it. I called them every few weeks to see if they had a delivery date or idea as to when the windshield would be in. They said they would call when it came in but never did. Three months later I had enough and called a Ford dealership and asked if they had a windshield which they did. Obviously they were never checking or maybe didn’t actually order who knows. I called Binswanger and told them that the dealer had the windshield and did they want to get it or should I take the car to Ford. They said they would get it the next day. So I set an appointment for a week later on Friday afternoon. Yesterday I dropped my car off in the afternoon after giving them my keys I asked if it would be ready later that afternoon including the calibration of the windshield cameras to which they replied, oh we don’t do that but since it is a factory windshield it usually is ok. So obviously they initially lied about being able to do that and needing it in the shop to change it. They changed the windshield I brought the car home. This morning while going shopping I went over the railroad tracks at HWY 3 and one of the camera covers fell off. When I tried to put it back on the other one came off. It looks like they somehow misaligned the hardware and the covers will not go on correctly. I will now have to take it to Ford to see if they can fix it. You obviously can’t trust these folks to be honest and perform the work they get paid to do!

Service was satisfactory. It took over 2 weeks to get the glass in for my new windshield. I think they need quality control before a customer drives off. In other words my Windshield wiper sensor was not working when I left. It was raining that day so it was a good thing because that is what alerted me. I had to bring my vehicle back. They did fix the problem in a matter of 10 minutes.

I went in one morning asking for 2 pieces of 3x 3 window glass for a project, and the man said that would be about $12 in cost. So, I asked if he had any scrap pieces I could have since the dimensions were not absolute. He said scraps are all trashed, but if I come back in one hour he would have them cut for me labeled NC, meaning no charge. What a deal! When I returned not only were there two but four pieces wrapped to avoid exposing the filed edges. The man was super nice recognizing that labor is the real cost here, but absorbed that cost so to minimize the cost of my project. Thank you!

I made an appointment last week to have my windshield replaced at 11:30 a.m. was told I could pick it up around 2:30 p.m. when I called at 215 to see if it would be ready they said they hadnt even started yet. I said I dont have a ride to come back at 4 p.m. and pick it up I live 45 minutes away I will just come pick up the car and go somewhere else. 240 I show up to pick up my car and tell them I do have a ride to come back at 4 if it will still be ready and then they said it wont be ready today at all so my cars been sitting at your location since 11:30 a.m. its almost 3 p.m. and now youre telling me my car wont be done today at when I asked them why is my car not going to be worked on today when I had an appointment they have no explanation they say they dont know why... customer service no apology no attempt to try to make it up or make it right

I needed a piece of glass for a gas lantern. They called me when it was ready and when I arrived, I was told it was no charge. Very kind and considerate service and this will be my go-to for glass and mirrors.

Would not use them again. Had passenger window fixed and person doing windows put tape above window on right side . The paint was pulled off the door and he didnt say anything about doing it. Left message for owner or manager to get back with me about repairing the paint above the window. It was peeled back to the silver metal.

This is by far the worst people to do business with!! I drove 20 Miles for these people to tell me they couldnt help me, when I was told in a phone call that they would fix my window. I wouldnt recommend these guys for any sort of business at all. Unprofessional people at this location.
