Great place to get nice furniture. Dave was awesome and helped a lot. The beds here are all very nice and comfy. They have a nice selection of modern looking and more contemporary living room and bedroom sets. Prices are great for what you get. They also deliver a lot faster than some other places and will tell you ahead of time if there might be a delay with the delivery.

I found some furniture online that I wanted but couldnt find ANYWHERE that sold it so I googled furniture stores in Webster with that same brand and All Star Furniture came up. I had never even heard it them! So we went and they told us they could for sure order it for us, showed us similar furniture and made sure we liked the way it sat and reassured us of the excellent quality it would be. Well let me just tell you, we ordered our furniture on Saturday and it got delivered today on Thursday! Extremely professional sales people and extremely nice & professional delivery guys! We are MORE than satisfied with our purchase!! Excellent job to Larry, our salesman, and all of the other phenomenal staff at All Star!! We Are more than pleased with everything!! Excellent prices also! Doesnt get any better!! We will definitely be back!

For me, buying furniture and buying a car are equivalent. They both give me major anxieties. My experience at All Star Furniture was very different from any other. Joe was an excellent salesman. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The Ashley furniture I bought is good quality and reasonably priced. From now on All Star will be the first stop for my furnishings.

Great store with even better staff! They let you make your own way through the store without hounding you but are happy and helpful with any questions. Selection was great and not overwhelming like some stores. If Larry is there I recommend talking to him because he was very helpful, will be going back!

After 5 calls and two messages I have not been called back. I have spent $5,000+ here in the last 4 years. Cheap furniture. I bought a bedroom set $1,400, coffee tables/end tables $400.70 inch Media stand $500.A couch/love seat for my den $1,300 and couch/love seat for my formal living room $1200. Plus tax & delivery. Was told it was solid wood. This furniture is terrible. The Ashley sofa set in my formal living room thats never used is coming undone, as well as the cushions. I looked at their website and on Ashley Furniture website that set. Ashley Furniture has it for $300 cheaper. If you want furniture just go to Ashley, Star, or Gallery. The price difference is minimal compared to quality and customer service. Obviously this is flawed furniture they get for deep discounts. Never again.

Buyer beware. Everyone is nice and pleasing until you get your furniture and you have problems. Then the lack of communication starts. Some repair guys come over to attempt repairs weeks later after complaint. Hopefully, they can fix it because if they dont, then months will go by. Glad I paid with credit card to have them reverse charges because it seems to have helped with communication issues. Then months after that, I receive more damaged furniture as a replacement. Therefore, I rejected delivery. Also stay away from memory foam mattress. It will bulge on you. Again, glad I had charges reversed because I would have to buy stuff that I would not have bought if bedroom set was correct in first place. I took away there leverage and made it my leverage to only pay for living room and second bedroom furniture. Otherwise, $7,750 would have been wasted. Now, I have $2,661.20 worth of furniture that is okay to my appease. Thats $5,088.80 that would have been held hostage with a potential $1,082.50 King size memory foam mattress I would have had to buy although I was not buying King bedroom set. This would be a nightmare had I paid in any other form. 5 months in new house and no master bedroom furniture. Going shopping elsewhere. 😄

Was looking for a new bed after upgrading my matress. Larry took me to a frame that was exactly what I was looking for and got me out the door with a reasonable price and scheduled for delivery in about 15 minutes. Great customer service, selection, and price.

Our furniture was ruined during Harvey. We we went to All Star Furniture to purchase a couch. They delivered a broken couch and have not fixed it. The owner is rude and condescending. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Now we are stuck with a broken couch and cannot afford a new one.I can assure you the couch was delivered broken. The delivery men even took pictures. They assured me it would be fixed. I then talked to the manager David and was told he would have someone come out to fix the part that was broken.

Even though it was 10 minutes until close the staff Joe and Larry helped me find something that fit my needs and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience.Also set up a plan that is affordable for my family. If I need any other furniture I will be returning. Thank you

They dont remember the quoted prices they give to customers even after they wrote it on a quote. They also change their minds on the price whenever they think they can get a sale out of someone.Dont go here, they are also racist.

Do not go there. They will use high pressure sales tatics to get you to buy, then mess you around for months.I purchased several items from their Nasa Rd1 Location in Webster. Including a TV stand for $400 dollars (floor model and was discounted), then a bed and a dresser that was not in stock. The final price was 849.76. The sales man said that they would have it in about a week. That was on Feb 13 I have yet to receive my pieces. I called to get a refund and the first person I spoke to said that they would give me a refund but the have to go back and charge me 599 for the TV stand that I had picked up. When I disagreed with that the guy hung up. I then called back and spoke to Nick (claims to be the owner) He then told me that I would get no refund and “all sales were final”.

Its not often you do business with a company that goes above and beyond what you would expect in customer service. We had ordered a dining room table that was delivered damaged and had planned to use it for a party. On the day of the party we visited All star to see if anything would meet our needs. Unfortunately nothing in store was of interest. Dave who had sold us our living room furniture, offered to allow us to borrow a table if we purchased a set online. He not only didnt have to do this, but he personally delivered the loaned table to our house in his own vehicle until or online purchase could be delivered. Thats how you treat a customer and turn it into a relationship
