I have made several very satisfying purchases with American Furniture. I took a fall, hurt foot and couldnt get upstairs. I went for something small to sleep on. Found perfect piece. Firm and the right size. While browsing I found a very nice dining set. Wasnt what I was there for but the price was too nice to pass. Customer service is great and the delivery service is always prompt and very polite. Have referred to many friends.

I wanted farmhouse set to go with my cow obsession and Bryan our sales rep was on top of it and was so informative. He was set on making sure I got what I wanted. The selection was unlike anything I ever seen! We were so impressed we are already planning to come back for a bedroom set and outdoor patio set! Delivery was top notch they were on time (actually 10 minutes) early! Our whole experience was amazing. AFW is our new furniture store!

What a great selection of quality furniture to choose from. Carl was our sales associate and he was able to provide a customer experience like no other. He told us about every disclosure and was honest and transparent. Delivery was delayed but still came on the date of arrival and within the the given time frame.(I believe there was an accident on the causeway). The delivery specialist arrived and provided courteous professionalism. They assembled the furniture and made sure it was in working order. Overall a great experience and I would buy from them again.

Great experience searching their online store, placing order with Customer Service, and finding the perfect delivery date. Execution of delivery was just as expected with heads up prior to arrival, flawless with bringing new couch pieces into house being careful of doors and walls, set up in the living room, removable of protective wraps and finally closing of front door. Everyone at AFW was courteous, professional and super nice. 100/100 would buy from again and telling everyone about experience too.

Salesman Brian Gutierrez was very helpful when making our decision. He gave us some insight of what would be the best choices being that we have pets. I love this set! Can’t wait to complete the look. More pics to come 😍 Also the delivery guys were very good 😊

Highly Recommend it has a great selection for any household room. If you want someone patient and that gives you options on finding items you need ask for Andrew Narváez. He was absolutely amazing from combining different chairs with our tables and just allowing us to select the style we wanted for our house. Ask for him you won’t regret it. The delivery team was right on time. They were efficient and professional. They made sure I knew how everything worked and happy with the way it looked as well. They cleaned up all the packaging or debris. We were delighted about upgrading to an adjustable bed frame and nice mattresses. The selection was great and could try all the mattresses out. We are very happy with our purchase and have already purchased other accessory furniture items and well be back.

Ordered a couch on Monday, arrived on Wednesday. I never saw it but the reviews helped A LOT! I am in love with the Bohemian Sectional. The store associate helped me when my credit card wasnt working online. The delivery system is great, text a day before, then a notfication and transit update on the day of! The delivery drivers were quick and super friendly and assembled my huge 140in couch. Still putting my living room together but here it is.

“Tall Brian” was our salesman. He was so helpful! He was honest about the time line of when our furniture would be in stock. He always communicated with us with voicemails letting us know the status of our pieces. We ended up getting all of our furniture one month before our delivery date! Delivery men were right on time for both deliveries. They were also kind and quick! “Tall Brian” made our experience super easy! I looooooves his thorough communication after we left the store. Ok so we ordered a dinning set and living room set. It is nice and I love the way it looks in our house. Delivery was early. Guys who delivered were nice and quick. However, I gave it 3 stars because I thought the advertisement said the furniture was made in America, nope, China.

The box is labeled “FRGILE HANDLE WITH CARE” all over it. This is how I received the box. You got people in the warehouse running into each other because they can’t see behind them but they still back up without a ground guide. The sales people were great but the people in the warehouse need more safety training and the company needs to care more when shipping packages. Looks to me like there is too many inexperienced people working in the warehouse This is the Webster, TX location.

Awesome prices, massive selection, all around a great furniture store to have. Unfortunately due to shortages, expect long wait times, but other than that i highly recommend this place. We love our kitchen table and no one came even close to beating their price.

My son and I both have furnished our new homes at AFW. The furniture is comfy, stylish and affordable. Josh Hildebrand was our and consultant. He was great! Polite, knowledgeable and attentive. From the very start, our furniture shopping experience was easy and professional staff greeted us. The salesman wasn’t pushy, but helpful and let us shop at our leisure. Once we made a decision, he was courteous and fast, very friendly. The couch we selected was the Altari w/sleeper and chaise sectional in the Alloy color. It was available and able to be delivered within 2 days! The furniture delivery came promptly as stated, even earlier then expected, which was a surprise! Deliverymen were very friendly, courteous and careful with handling and setup. I love our whole experience with AFW and we will buy all of our next furniture purchases from this store. My experience with American Furniture Warehouse was great from start to finish. Heather, my sales person at the store, was wonderful in helping me pick out just what I needed. (The prices are very reasonable and the quality is great.) My furniture was delivered within 2 weeks, right on time. The young men delivering my furniture were very respectful and kind. They took great care of each piece and made sure that everything was placed just as I wanted. I will definitely be shopping at American Furniture Warehouse in the future.

Delivery on Thursday the 5th was great, the guys arrived earlier than expected, were courteous and respectful. The bedroom set Im in LOVE WITH!! Its MY BIRTHDAY GIFT TO MYSELF!!I am just bothered that when entering the dresser it was banged on the wall which I didnt think much of it since it was wrapped in plastic UNTIL I sat down to work at my desk and when I turned yesterday towards the window guess what I saw, marks from when it was banged on the wall!! Didnt notice cause its on the side going to the back so didnt see it when looking front wards to it and I can tell the set was sitting a while cause on my headboard theres a bit of fading. My set it black so its a bit noticeable!! Couldve been 5 ***** but these took it away! I didnt pay over $1700 which includes price of mattress set for these issues!!

I went to the store just to look and I end up buying a dream table at a very competitive price. My representative Christina went above and beyond to make sure I got my furniture on time, I love her. The delivery and assembly was very satisfactory, the guys assembled and put my table together were I told them. Thank you to all for making sure I got my furniture before the holidays.

Easy to shop, prices were reasonable, delivery within two days of purchase. However, you get what you pay for. Within 5 weeks of purchasing our dining room set the fake wood laminate top started to peel off the table. We sent photos as requested and told we could exchange it or replace with the same table set or pay a $25 fee to have a service person come out to see if it is repairable. We chose to replace with a better quality set. Unfortunately for us, every dining room set we were interested in (and there are 6 of them) shows “stock unavailable” and tells you to select something else. Beyond frustrated. I would NOT recommend AFW.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The furniture is great with prices to match. What I love the most is their sales team is very helpful but not pushy. They are there when you need them but if you want to browse, they dont follow you around trying to constantly sell you something like other furniture stores do. Good furniture at great prices. Delivery is convenient and the guys are always professional. I will always come here first when I need something for my home.

Bought an awesome couch and love seat, high quality, for under $1000. Thats unheard of today! I really wanted an attached back, and couldnt find one anywhere for less than 1,400. Definitely worth it.

The experience was top notch from start to finish… they don’t hassle you when you come in the store. They greet you and let you browse and when you are ready an associate is on hand.. purchasing process was great. Delivery window was quoted but they actually showed up an hour and a half earlier. But took less than 30 minutes to set up!! Awesome! I will be shopping with them again!!

I would like say I was lie to and very displeased with my last experience there. Me and my husband had already bought a few items there and was happy. But then we bought a bar waited weeks then it came in a took it home and come to find out it was not new they had wrapped the display one up and sold it to us. Took it out the box and it was also damaged. They offered us 40 dollars back and we would loose our one year warranty. Or we could wait another 6 weeks on the new one we ordered. Or just get are money back after my husband had taken off work rented a truck to do all of this. The customer manager was rude and said we could only talk to her. She also said she didn’t understand why we were so mad if we could get our money back. Explain to her customer service and all the inconvenience and being lied to was the reason we were upset. We didn’t want half off or anything but to just say 40 bucks and we loose our warranty was very poor. Especially knowing Furniture is marked up more than 30%.If it wouldn’t of been scuffed up it would of been fine. I really wanted to buy more furniture from there but now I’d rather pay little more and know my stuff is new and not damaged.

Joey was an amazing salesman!! He greeted us, offered assistance, then allowed for us to walk through the store to find what we liked! He went above and beyond with placing pieces of furniture together so we could really bring our vision to life!Our delivery went smoothly, and quickly! Ty and Nathan arrived on time and had all of our living furniture in the house, and set up within 30 mins! They were both very polite and made sure we were happy with everything and everything was functioning before they departed.Highly recommend this company if youre looking for any furniture needs!!!

Erin was great in assisting us with our purchase. Wasn’t pushy or trying too hard to oversell us, which I really appreciate. She was helpful and explained everything to us about the purchase, delivery and warranty up front. We felt like we were truly informed about our purchase. She made sure we knew how to get in contact if there was any issues (which they’re weren’t). Will be going back when we are ready to purchase a dining room set.

Great products at reasonable prices.Delivery was initially scheduled between 11:30a-2p but received a text message at 9 am that they would be at my house in 15 minutes. This caused some undue stress as I was running errands and obviously wouldn’t be home in 15 minutes. Delivery was completed 2 hours later with very courteous, professional gentlemen.

Many choices and cheaper. Same Ashley furniture you can get it here without bargaining at cheaper price than Ashley store. Only issue is they only offer 1yr warranty but I guess its OK if you use your furniture properly plus I guess the competitors warranty also replaces just ones in warranty but they offer 3 to 5yrs. Still cant beat the price here. Staff are also really helpful. My sales person was Joey. Will return for future needs.

Cannot recommend Cynthia Stone at the Webster store highly enough. She helped me match furniture... Even carried cushions through the store from one set to another and even left it with me at one point so I could figure some things out. She carries a notebook to draw things out. Super knowledgeable about furniture and was never once pushy. After she made the sale she hasstill taken several calls from me, rearranged things when needed, and has been so patient. She genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you, Cindy!!! Love my new sectional and ottoman.

The place is great but make sure you read the signs the store and not take the sales person word over the sign. I bought a desk that had a sign that stated customer assembly required but the sale person showed me the order screen that stated it would be assembly if delivered. When the desk got delivered the driver stated they dont assemble the desk. Now I have to spend more money to get it assembled. Had I known that I would have went to another store to get that particular desk. Other than that my order was perfect.

I love the concept of not having sales people try to sell you something. Instead here you walk up to someone in a red shirt and can ask questions and/or buy what you want. The prices are better than everyone else’s by far. The sells people are efficient during the sales process and I live that they donate a portion of the sell to the school of your choice. I am glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back and sending friends and family. Within two weeks, I already bought two king size bed frames because the prices are that good!

Overall I am satisfied with the purchase and delivery, my husband and I love our sofa and we definitely loved the price we paid for it. However, we originally purchased the sofa in December and was told that it would be delivered in January. There was A LOT of miscommunication between store associates and what my husband and I was told on how the delivery process works- due to this miscommunication my husband and I never received our couch in January and had to wait and extra MONTH for the delivery (you could understand how upset I was in January). However the miscommunication was corrected and our couch did arrive on time and in perfect condition in February like promised.We are satisfied and next time we will be careful about what information we receive about the delivery process.

While a simple sentence would have sufficed, it was imperative that we elaborated on the service from our sales associate Joseph Moreno! From first contact to final transaction, our experience was amazing and painless. Without a doubt, Joseph is a top-notch guy! Janel was very helpful. And she made it possible for me to get the bar stools that I wanted even though they were in 2 different stores. A couple of issues with delivery, however, American furniture Made it good. Im very happy with my kitchen island and stools.

Purchased two couches that we received late January. I’ve had issues with them from the beginning. I’ve contacted AFW customer service numerous times. Can never get a live person or for a call back. I finally receive a call back for them to come service the couches, they end up having to cancel because of their technician (understandable, I get it.) However frustrating because I took the day off to be home. Tried rescheduling and couldn’t get a call back once again. I tried emailing and received automated responses. I finally reached a live person and was able to have a technician come out look at the couches but they couldn’t be fixed by him and they suggested arranging to pick the couches up and fix in the warehouse. Going on two weeks without a call back or follow up of when this will happen. I’m extremely frustrated as I’ve only had these couches for 7 months and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture from AFW and their customer service is HORRIBLE. I never leave negative reviews. I would rather speak with someone and share my experience so they can make it right but as I can’t get a call back or an email I resulted in this to reach someone.

Titus and Luis were very quick and made sure to position everything how we wanted them to. Joey, our sales rep was very helpful and recommended different platform beds. When asking for a loveseat, he walked us around the store to show us one’s in our price range. He was very friendly and even recommended a moving company to take away our old furniture.

I`ve found most of the furniture to my new apartment here, they deliver super fast and assemble everything. Good quality, great services UNTIL I decided to buy and pick-up. They did not accept my passport, they said it was not a valid ID !?! They accepted my credit card with no problem, though, just did not want to deliver what I bought.

I ordered a bed for my son. The day before delivery, I was contacted and informed that the footboard was extremely damaged. They had me to come in and pick out something else. It was delivered 2 days later and I was their 1st stop of the day. They made sure I received my furniture as soon as possible. Great customer service.

Delivery was well announced, even early.it was determined by one of the movers that one piece was dirty and used and they would not bring it in. We were VERY appreciative of the observation. I purchased furniture from American Furniture a few years ago and was completely satisfied with my purchase. I recently sold my home and downsized and went back to American Furniture to purchase furniture for my new place. The furniture I chose was too bulky for my new living room. I went back into the store, did a return and purchased two other pieces. When the other two pieces were delivered after about a week I realized I was having an allergic reaction to the fabric. Once again I called customer service for return and a pickup of the furniture was scheduled. I have to commend them on their customer service, not once was I made to feel that returning the furniture would be a problem.Of course I didnt have it that long, I live alone and no pets, so the furniture was in excellent condition. Overall my experience with American Furniture has been good and would highly recommend them to anyone! Oh and the girls that work the front desk are amazing!!

I’m disappoint with my visit today at American Furniture Webster. I asked a salesperson for assistance; In reading his badge he was a Manager. I asked about a price in particular for the 3 piece furniture I was looking at versus the 4 piece. He quoted me a price which I saw on the pricing sheet. There were two price sheets and I asked was there a difference because I saw the different prices on each sheet. He began to say the second sheet was the correct one and crumbled both papers up. I asked could the first price be honored and I was quickly told no because that was too big of a variance. I was given a price which was of course higher then what I saw. Because I was really interested in this piece of furniture, I asked another person if they could move the 4th piece so I can see the 3 pieces together. I was told, it was locked in and it is symmetrical to the other side! I wanted to visualize what I was buying. This was my first bad encounter I have at this store with the many purchases I have made. So I still received no helped with seeing how the set will look with just the 3 pieces. So disappointing!!! This has really made me think twice about shopping there and tell my friends about my experience today.

My wife and I went into Amercan Furniture Warehouse on 22 January 2022 looking for a complete new bedroom suit. We found a sales associate and started looking. We pretty quickly found something we liked so we said we wanted it then found a mattress. We went to pay with our credit card and were told everything would be delayed in delivery until late April or early May. We said fine. We kept getting emails that it would be delayed. Some things were in but the night stands and dresser were now delayed until August. We said ok at least deliver the bed and chair. Scheduled it for today. We both took vacation and took apart our current bed. Then we got a call saying they were canceling the delivery because they didnt have all of the pieces to put the bed together. They couldnt do anything for us and they would give us $100 store credit. We canceled the order and will never go back. Terrible customer service.

The overall experience was good. While in the store we had a hick-up, and we were there longer than anticipated, but in the end the product was fantastic and yet sturdy. The day the movers came they were quick and professional. Nothing was damaged and everything was too tier!!!!!

We bought a rug that was out of stock and we were told that it would take about a week to arrive. Fast forward 10 days later, still no rug and no status update....we were at the store picking up some bigger items when I asked Eliza (the awesome receptionist with the rodeo blue nails 💙) to check on the status of the rug. She said that it looked like there was no change, but was able to go above and beyond to get us the rug off the floor (not literally 😆). I really appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to help us get our rug so that we wouldnt have to make another trip to the store!!

Their selection is pretty limited despite the giant warehouse showroom. The furniture is pretty expensive and when buying a full set (5 piece couch) you should expect to wait 3-6 months for your furniture to arrive. Overall, Im happy with the furniture I have from here.

I have been in the Webster store a few times, however I am only giving three stars because of the delivery service! The customer service from the time I entered, until I left was great. The staff is really great, not pushy at all, and there to answer any questions you have about the products. Delivery was set for two days later which was great! I thought it was nice to be able to get your items scheduled so quick!My delivery time was scheduled between 10:45-1200. At 9:00 AM, I received a text stating that the delivery would be there in approximately 28 minutes! I had to drive 15 minutes to get to the house. When I mentioned my delivery time, I was told that I signed a paper in the store stating that I needed to be home all dayThey didnt give you time to look over the entire furniture to make sure it wasnt damaged, nor did they assemble it!I ask the gentlemen about the handles, and explained that they were supposed to assemble the fireplace. He said that this particular cabinet doesnt have handles! After he left, I found the handles inside the cabinet, cosmetic damage underneath the fireplace, and a few nicks in several areas! There is also an area of the console that is missing paint! My Husband tried putting the handles on, however the holes for the screws are in the wrong spot!I totally understand that there is a restocking fee if you have to send the item back once it has been delivered, and the customer notices damage! If the team would have done their job, they would have realized that handles wouldnt have gone on, and the product had several defects.Lastly, I will be contacting the store manager today. I love the fireplace console, however we should not have to buy touch up paint, and fix holes on a new product that was $1,400. The Mgmt. team for delivery should train the crew on how to provide quality customer service!

I recently purchased a desk and chair for my home office. It was delivered and set up by a great delivery person. The furniture itself was a good value for the price paid and the service was excellent. I will definitely buy more furniture

We were only suppose to be window shopping at Webster AFW, so addictive 🤣🤣!!!!! Theater chairs were perfect for the theater room the kids love the lights and they can charge their devices, glad we purchased 3 rows gives us more seating space for our parents.. Our bar is high, the large bar stools were the best selection for our family needs. Our kids love sitting at bar area to eat vs in the dining room... Delivery was exactly on time great communication the guys hooked the 3 theater sofas up with battery packs and cords are hidden were very pleased..

I would give this store 5 stars but because of their customer service im giving 4.the store, the store sales staff and choices are fabulous. but if you have to call their customer service department, get something to drink u0026 snack on while you wait on hold!but we love our new furniture.

Large selection in spacious showroom, easy to browse different categories and the sales staff is always available but allow you to shop and experience the difference between styles and preferences. The prices were very competitive and had a vast range according to your budget. A very pleasant experience.

Better pricing and superior customer service compared to another furniture store we shopped at recently. We had to return an item due to a change in our circumstances, but the return terms were very fair (15% restocking plus a pickup fee). AFW will be my first stop next time I need furniture.

New Livingroom furniture arrived today after a few delays due to Covid and the Valentines Day freeze we had here in Texas. Could not be happier, the furniture looks great and is very comfortable! I bought a kitchen table from AFW a few months ago and just love it.. Thanks to Shannon my sales rep, she kept me up to date on when my furniture will be delivered. Highly recommended AFW to anyone looking for good comfortable furniture..

A very unpleasant experience. With my help, a purchase was made by my 78 year old aunt. My 88 year old mother in tow. Upon leaving, myself in front of my elderly relatives; a salesperson/Emily ran out to insinuate we had stolen merchandise(2 pillows). In turn I showed my receipt. A negative response was given, still insinuating that we were stealing. I tried to find the evidence of the purchase on the receipt in hand. Emily had a negative attitude toward myself as well as my aunt. I asked to see the salesperson Shannon of whom was extremely kind and helpful. She informed them again of our purchase. After realizing we had not stolen any merchandise. Emily did not apologize and continued with a negative attitude toward us. I returned after retrieving the car for my elderly relatives to get Emilys name. I overheard the manager and she conversing with a response, some people overreact, thats just how they are. Emily never apologized for her error or negative responses. The salesperson/Shannon took responsibility for the incident. However, it was not her fault.

From the time i entered the store, i was shown all recliners, sat in them all.When I was down to two choice I was advised to take my time and figure out which one was what I really wanted. I was never pressured which added to my great experience. I am glad I chose the massage and heat. I takes you to a new level in relaxation.

I needed a new living room set. Online, I checked out many stores, and American Furniture Warehouse became my pick to shop at. Lots of displays to wounder through. and many sales people to help you when youre ready to buy. Take a photo of what you like, then show it to the sales person, they will do the rest for you. I bought the recliner. LOVE IT.

The sales experience was great. We were able to get the furniture on no interest for 12 months. The delivery was on time and the work was completed in a timely fashion. It was an overall great experience

Great service from Jai-Taylor Franklin. Not pushy, but ready to help when I needed it. Overall a pleasant experience which was Very refreshing after the experience I had down the street at exclusive furniture right before. I bought the couch that should have been almost free with the store credit I was supposed to have an exclusive furniture, and will be back for more.

From our salesman to the delivery service everything was absolutely exceptional, prices were way below everyone elses and the service was outstanding. Our salesman Brian did an amazing job going through everything and explaining the detail of how delivery works and the delivery people were here right on time for the beginning of the window said they would be here between 8:15-10:45 they got here at 8:10 and were ready to get in and get going! The guys were fast efficient and nice. I will always recommend AFW for all your future needs

Joey (salesman) at the Webster, Texas store is by far the best in the business. The entire process was effortless from cradle-to-grave. A bit concerning with delivery but nothing that cant be worked out. Price, professionalism, and focus on 110% customer service.

I really like this furniture store prices. I wish they had longer lay-way. Not sure who have a couple of thousand of dollars laying around for a damn couch or any kind of furniture. At least give 30-60 days. They only give 2 weeks which sucks but overall I like their prices. So if you need a furniture place that have a longer layaway maybe you can try Gallery furniture or somewhere like that. just to give an example, have a longer layaway but the prices are high and you gonna pay An arm and a leg and both of your breasts for some furniture

We absolutely love this place! They have such a large selection to choose from and great prices! We purchased our new bedroom suite and 2 sofas. My dad liked them so much that he went and purchased a chair. The staff is super friendly. Great furniture store!

The store staff was courteous u0026 friendly u0026 very helpful. The delivery guys were courteous, friendly u0026 efficient. Very impressed with Adison Harrell (my salesperson), no pressure, went out of his way to make sure I received exactly what I wanted, pictures online seemed to be a slightly different color, Adison started to drag one of the smaller pieces to let me compare it to one that seemed to be the same color I wanted until I stopped him.. Overall a very good experience with both the store and their employees (the picture of the collection shows the true color of the couch, fit perfectly my other items, highly recommend AFW

Update 05.21.22: AF contacted me and fixed ALL the issues. Im updating my review for five stars, because the company deserves it.*********I was a loyal customer of American Furniture. I’ve bought all the furniture for two homes and also referred the store to a lot of friends because the customer service WAS terrific.But my last order from AF has been a nightmare. The biggest issue is that Ive asked for a rug return within 48h delivery policy, but they couldnt find the item because it was described as “bricks” on my receipt. So Ive been calling and emailing them about it, and nothing was solved.So today Ive just spoken with the customer service manager on the phone, and believe it, she said that I was lying because she couldnt find any ticket with my request. After that, American Furniture lost me as a customer forever.

Never have I had to surrender SO much personal information just to buy something. Selection is no better than any other store. More on display makes it appear that they have more options. The process of picking up the piece was ridiculously redundant. 15% restocking fee if youre not satisfied is close to robbery. Much better options, without the customer restrictions, within 1/2 mile radius. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Bought a sectional from AFW. The quality of it was not what it seemed in store. The chaise on the sectional begin to break up bad. The wood inside being too break and the actually sofa stated to come apart to the point my 1 year old daughter foot fell in and was stuck in the said wood and scratched up. This was after I had them fix it under warranty. They did not simply patched up the sofa coming apart with staples. After this I tried to purchase a new chaise and they told me I would have to purchase the entire sectional again. Chaise is still under warranty so I called to have them fix it again. When they we’re scheduled to come I never received a phone call or notification that anyone was coming. Call to ask why and you can’t even reach anyone in the store. Any time you call it goes to Arizona. The salesmen use their personal phones and don’t know anything. So you can never reach anyone in the store. When I finally talk to someone they had an attitude and kids were screaming in the background. Terrible company to deal with. I simply want the chaise replaced and not patched up with staples or give the option to buy a new one. Would not recommend buying here.

If you want options, variety, and plenty to choose from this is your place! They have massage chairs for sale and some demos that massage your soul! They have paintings, rugs, furniture for your entire home, lovely accent pieces, lamps etc. They multiples of everything and a restaurant!!! So if youre looking for furniture or just going to look but you dont want to seem the same style of stuff repeated this is your new store!! I was like wooooow when I left!! Its nice and they prices are affordable!!

The delivery guys were very helpful to me in the fact that Im a senior citizen and couldnt be of much help. They took extra care of my furniture and replaced everything, and the guys were very friendly. Hope to see them again soon. 👍👌

Do not think you are going to get your furniture delivered to you on the date they allow you to choose when you make a purcahse online, IT WONT happen! If you dont call right after you make your purchase online to schedule delivery again with them, you will just be wasting your time waiting for your stuff.I ordered something online and picked the first available day for delivery, usually someone would call you to confirm order and delivery date, but since I had not heard from anyone. I decided to call. Thank God I did! Thats when I found out that my delivery date that I setup during my online order is not legit, to them is just an FYI to the customer of when it can possibly be delivered but its not an actual delivery date. So why even allow the customer to pick a date!So therefore, the date I chose was null and void and delivery was not going to happen until their next availability which by the time I called to reconfirm, it was way after the date I really needed it for.This process is very deceiving to the customer. And the fact that they do not try to accommodate or rectify such deceiving process is even worst!!All I can say is tread lightly with them!!!

Great sales and service. Delivery great. Customer service was some of the best I have used. They even took back a box spring we didnt need even though we took off the tags and took it out of its packaging!
