Store to pick up some really good deals.

Looked for something to easily cut sweetpotates with didnt find it but did fined other stuff we needed.

You can find pretty much anything in here . not to expensive . Good furniture in you are in a budget. Good customer service. Is not crowded. Good place to shop

Terrible customer service. Horrendous. Linda, The manager of the store doesnt know what shes doing, Linda was extremely rude I had a terrible experience here with her. I called corporate, Linda and I both talked to them and i was in the right. Corporate gave me 40 dollar gift card. But its a good place to buy furniture!

Good place to grab last minute items did not see a lot of ideas for mothers day which was a let down but made due.

Always happy going in a Big Lots...l usually go to Auburn one since l work there but your Webster store is also nice

New favorite store. Its like Target, Job Lot and Walmart had a baby and it grew up with all the best traits of each.

They have a wide variety of stuff, cute store, love looking around in there. I had a woman named Jackie for a cashier I found her magic marker while I was shopping. I wanted to notate what a pleasant person she is, I hope the management know how lucky they are to have her as an employee.

I was very impressed today by how nice and helpful the employees were. The furniture manager checked on us but didnt bug us, and then later checked again and gave us some good information. Then at checkout the cashier was also super nice and helpful! They both made it a pleasant experience I wasnt expecting! The store was also very tidy and clean.

Its seems this brand of store cant make up its mind - is it a furniture store? A hardware store? Electronics? Bed and Bath ? Toy store? Grocery shop ?BUT because of this mix, I find many items I want/ need. If Im close by, I always stop and browse a bit. Lots of things for a dorm room or new apartment. Easy place to pick up a last minute kids birthday present. Much more relaxed than BigBox stored for something like shampoo or duct tape. Great prices. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are clean.

As far as Big lots go this one is really nice. Its super clean and the people are helpful. It has a great home section. My only complaint is that their stock is inconsistent so if you find something you really like it might not be there the next time you go.

If youve seen one Big Lots youve seen most of them, although I do enjoy coming to the stores when I dont have a shopping list, it is a bit different when you do have something specific to purchase. This particular Big Lots was clean meat in reasonably organized, but at the end of the day did not have the items I was looking for. Cest la vie, it is the nature of this sort of discount retailer!

Purchased the Simmons sunflower couch and chair and ottoman from Big Lots Not even a year later it was coming apart at the seams. I called the store and after arguing with the manager they decided to come and pick it up and replace it with a new one. Once the delivery guy brought it to my house I had noticed that the top of the cushion didnt match the rest of the couch. I called the store back and they told me that they would give me money off and that I could buy the extended warranty if I wanted to. So of course I did.I havent had the replacement couch 2 months and it is doing the same thing. Called customer service and they told me that it would take 48 hours for the District manager to contact me. I contacted the store and got transferred from 1 manager to another and was told I have to wait until the other manager came in tomorrow. This place is a joke. I will never never buy from this store again. Cant wait to see what they are going to do about not 1 but 2 defected couches. I asked for the District managers phone number. Was told Sorry. We cant give you that information. He will contact you when he can.

Big Lots used to be great when it was in Putnam, CT. Now its okay. The prices are higher, they have more furniture at this store, but less food. No one on the floor once asked me if I needed help. I really dont care for this store at this location.

Nice store, but employees do not acknowledge anyone no matter how many times you pass them. If they are talking with each other they continue. Poor customer service. Cashier was quick.

It was awesome and we didnt have to wait that long!we where checked out inonly a few minutes.

Worst big lots Iv ever gone to had multiple issues wrong orders mixed up furniture! The only thing that made anything barbel was the manger and furniture employe David who helped as much as they could and apologized and fixed all our issues. Other then that I would give them 5 stars.. as for your store I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star!!!!!!!

They just moved Big Lots here from the old store in Dudley. It is so much more neater and cleaner than the old store was. I was very happy when I first went to the new location. The staff is nice and very helpful. I enjoyed shopping here and will continue go. They also take EBT which is great cuz they have some awesome deals on the food they offer. Including frozen and refrigerated foods.

I was told I would pay a 1000 dollars for a couch n my payment would be 100 and something a month ....My bill came to 3000 something and the only way not to pay that is to pay is to nearly four hundred dollars a month...Theres so much deception in the progressive leasing n the associate of big lots never again will I get anything from big lots especially furniture

Brand new location. Was there for the opening day. Big and spacious. Layout is a new look. New staff still being trained. But eiger, personable and energetic.

Used to be like the xmas tree shop ..now turning into a cheap Macys. They used to have a lot more to pick from but now they have 25% of floor for couch and bed displays. We used to spend about 700 at xmas time there this year it was 294 . Wed walk the isle and just pit stuff in the cart....they had lot more toys and smLl home decors and thats gone now Before theyd have one small corner devoted towards furniture now its 25% of the store
