I have a 16 year old sailboat, that I acquired 2 years ago, which had an aging electronics suite and some not so convenient features. I worked with Ken who tailored an electronics installation specifically for my boat. He additionally worked with me through several iterations to ensure a smooth install. He personally helped with mechanically repairing my radar support which was not part of the original spec!Service wise, John and Justin were superb navigating the wire tracks and installing the new equipment to optimize the placement of components, a well as answering my questions during installation. They were extremely knowledgeable and diligent as well as patient with me.Ken also worked with me on pricing and gave me a very fair cost for the extensive work (as compared to my estimates for equipment, he met or beat the prices I could have obtained and his services were outstanding for the actual install cost.)Overall I give Trionics, Ken, John and Justin an A++ and would highly recommend them for your boat electronics needs!

These guys are the best. They have made 4 repairs on some of the equipment on our boat and they have been able to repair some very old equipment. It is one thing to just order a new cable for a relatively new piece of equipment, but it something else to have the knowledge and ability to sit down and solder a repair job ON YOUR BOAT. Justin is extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of electronics and made sure that it was working when he was finished and called two days later to make sure that it was still working. Ken is in the background, but he must be 100 years old to have all the experience and education that he has on so many different products. AND the cost was very fair. Again, THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Ken and Justin are professional, courteous, prompt, fair, honest, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I was having difficulty with a GPS unit on an recently purchased, pre-owned, 18 Shallow Sport in Sea Isle. Boat was in a sling, so they came to me rather than making me trailer it to them. They diagnosed the problem (part transducer adjustment and part user error) and, instead of trying to sell me a new unit, made suggestions on how I can get better performance out of the one I already have. Ken always picks up the phone and always takes the time to patiently explain the things I need to know. They also diagnosed battery issues I was having and, for a reasonable price, replaced the batteries and installed a much-needed on-board charger. I wont hesitate for a second to call these guys the next time I have any kind of electrical issue with my boat. And when it ultimately comes time to upgrade my gear, I wont be shopping around.

I have used Trionics for several things on my off shore boats - knowledge, responsiveness and service are excellent. Most recently there were installing marine weather on a new boat and noticed an unrelated electronic issue with the wiring for the radio/amp system and pointed it out to me and explained the options to correct it. The explanation was more than straightforward because the previous owner had installed two radios and only one amp system - which had not been explained to me. The tech (Justin) texted me on Friday and I texted back on Saturday and ended up talking to him on the phone on his day off (Saturday). Nice touch and very responsive.
