Terrible, terrible, terrible . Ashley did not explain the specifics about billing at all as her job is to get your money. I paid over $500.00 supposedly my deductible (wrong) and it still hasn’t been applied 4 months later. They started charging me $78.00 a month with no prior knowledge of any charges coming my way. On top of all that when we returned the machine Ashely made my wife drive back home because she forgot the cord. Really a dang cord you make someone drive back home . Terrible service, terrible attitude and very mischievous ways to get paid.Now i know why their reviews are so low.Lola from accounts has been very helpful but none of this would of happened had Ashely explained what I was getting.
I believe this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In the beginning, the educational session at the Webster location with their educator was wonderful. It was downhill from that visit. They email me to ask me if I need any supplies, I email them back and say yes. Three weeks later they call to see if I need supplies, I tell them that I responded to their email weeks ago and they finally mail the supplies. This is a recurrent problem. When you try to call, no one ever answers the phone. You leave a message and no one ever calls you back. Sometimes you call their number and the voicemail is full. I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Do not do business with this company if you have any other options.
The responsiveness of this company is very poor. Youd think for a medical company thats a life or death disease it wouldnt be. Its so hard to get monthly supplies. You get an email and a call but can wait for over 3 weeks for the supplies. Still waiting for insurance covered supplies. Why cant they just send the supplies to everyone without having to call and email cause they arent working. Ive asked this and they said they cant do that but Im sure they are billing my insurance on a regular basis
Horrible service with getting supplies. Ive emailed and called over and over. Ive had my c-pap for at least 6 months and havent received one shipment of new supplies. Not sure why any doctor would set their patients up with this horrible business.

Ive received good service from Monitor Medical. My contact, Patricia Aulett, has been very pro-active about supplies and helping me navigate the insurance issues on my CPAP machine. And when the power supply failed on my machine, they replaced it for free (under warranty, even though the machine was like 3 years old). Others may have had different experiences, but mine sure have been positive.
When I spoke with Camie (spelling?) In December, she was AMAZING. She really went out of her way to get myself and my husband in so we could get our cpap machines before we went out of town for most of December. Since I was out of town for most of December, I wasnt able to go back in during my 2 week time period where I could change my mask. That was fine with me, but I dropped by Monday to show the issue I am having with my mask and I was not treated the same way by the person that was there. I dont mind paying for a new mask. That is not the issue. I was immediately on the defensive because I was being spoken down to. I ended up leaving frustrated and with no solution. I will try to call again tomorrow for a possible new appointment with Camie.
I have had nothing but trouble out of this company!! My supplies never come on time, and my oxygen machine quit working and I called on Friday 14,and i was told it would be the end of the month before someone could look at my machine! Thats unacceptable!! I have been using this company for 3-4 years only because my dr.was trying to help a friend out!!! DONE!!
Never return calls. Argued with blue cross when they wanted to pay them.More to this story.

Sis the sleep study and was sent to Monitor Medical. Promises about follow up calls, etc.Didnt miss a call to me for first 4 months wanting to replace CPAP equipment and bill both me and my insurance. I took care of the equipment so I wouldnt spend as much.I called them 6 times to get replacement filters in a week. Promised return call...no call.NEVER called to review my sleep profess as promised.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A MEDICAL RELATED SUPPLIER EVER!!!!!!!!
I had a problem with corporate setting up my account but not with Adriana she was and is very helpful. My wife both get our supplies from them and will continue to do so.
Either billed me and insurance for full cost for years, or else just billed me and were too lazy to file with insurance. Stupid me, I didnt understand what was going on. My bad. Dont trust anyone.
