More then helpful. The gentleman that works there explained what I needed to complete the transaction. I brought the items and was in and out in less than 10 minutes for the items I needed notarized. He was helpful to the gentleman in front of me as well. Nothing negative to say. Great experience! Polite to my kid, and my kid made out with a lollipop!

Its not everyday where you meet employees for a company that show they genuinely care about the customers. But today is that day for me. I wish I could give a higher rating. All I had to do was make 2 scans of documents for work. And the people at the location helped me and were just awesome. So glad I came here.

I ship a lot packages for my job. From small ones to over a hundred pounds. I dont have an office so being able to email my labels to print out is a lifesaver. Everyone goes above and beyond to help with whatever I need. I work all over south Texas and I will hold on to my parts till I can get by their store. And they are even open on Sunday.

This location is the best! They’re so nice and accommodating. I was on my way there and I had called to ask if they could wait because my ETA said I would get there at 5:00 when they were closing. The man that answered said sure no problem which was so nice of him because he didn’t have to say yes. I got there at 5:00 and the man that helped me was so nice and polite. This is absolutely the best UPS store around, I come here multiple times a week to ship items and they are 200% more polite than any other mail carrier store and get you in-n-out fast! THE BEST UPS LOCATION HANDS DOWNFor two days I had gone to 4 different locations trying to mail an international package to my cousin and it needed immediate mailing to guarantee it’s delivery in time. The other locations either could not mail it or gave me through the ceiling prices and did offer any alternative that could help save money especially during a trying time with covid. At this point I had already spent 3 hours and was completely flabbergasted at the pearland location for taking all of my information for my package to be shipped only to be told that they can’t ship it via the most affordable option for me. At that point I nearly gave up. I had moved from webster to pearland thinking all ups were the same I WAS WRONG. I went to the webster location and they treated me amazingly and helped me find options that would help me out the most. Their kindness made my week and I could not stop sharing this story to my friends and relatives. I will most definitely be back to this location with out fail even if i have to drive 20 minutes away. They have definitely have a lifetime customer now.

Jennifer and her manager helped me to slow down, catch my breath and then assisted me in sorting through the returns so that everything was done correctly. I was super grateful for their help. These employees are so helpful. One guy helped someone get a passport photo, helped me get a mailbox, and 3 others send packages, within minutes, and all alone (someone had called in). I go here for my small business needs.

This franchise location is very unprofessional in not following through with damaged items claims when extra insurance was purchased. They say they will call you back and do not. Wasted my personal time going up to the location for answers and got nothing but the run around. Do not use this location. Its worth the drive to go to Fuqua location. Much better service there.

I came here to have some documents notarized. The manager Hussein was extremely friendly and efficient. He was able to process all of my documents quickly and shared some interesting stories about his life while doing it. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone!

Annoying that their hours on Google say they are open until 6:00pm on Saturdays but when you arrive, they actually close at 3:30pm on Saturday. Update your Google info!!

The people there are relatively nice, but seemed to be confused by their own computers. They couldnt print me a receipt, so they had to photocopy my return labels so I could have a record of my returns. Kinda weird, but the job got done at least. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Disappointing. I was shipping a care package to my boyfriend at his university and it was supposed to arrive on Saturday (the day I dropped off was Thursday) very normal shipping delivery, so I didn’t think much of it. Still no package delivery by Monday. I called and it turns out it had gotten left in a pile and it never even left their store! It was quickly sent off.It’s now Wednesday. It is supposed to arrive by the end of today, but I have no high hopes it will by tonight, but tomorrow. Very disappointing service! UPS is normally very professional and quick, my experience with this location was not good at all.

I was looking for a place to drop off a package and every store was closed except this one! The person in the store was great and took care of my package. I was glad to drop off my time sensitive package on Sunday.

Oh my gosh! This guy is great. He knows more about Amazon returns than the Amazon customer service that told me the wrong way to return several items in one box. Why send each item in their own box? Why not ship several items together and save money?Id called Amazon and let them know what I was going to do. They said to print out three labels and place them on the package! Wrong!The owner of the store was very helpful and let me use his computer to correct the return.

I was returning a modem from Comcast, as UPS has an agreement with Comcast to accept and return items. The representative was very respectful and courteous, assist me with packing the item and giving me a tracking number. Great service!
