This Barnes and Noble in Wellington is great. The staff is not only knowledgeable but friendly. I have very young nieces and nephews and whether it be Christmas. Valentines Day, Easter, I can always find reading or activity book for them. This is a great location and our family loves spending long browsing and purchasing sessions here, especially with the proximity to food and more shopping. The staff is incredibly friendly, the Starbucks is well stocked, and the childrens section is well assorted.The left side of the store has a very large strangely sparse section for movies, music, and what seems to be toys that didnt sell well on the main toy shelves. This section is just a bit creepy because of how bare it is. I still recommend checking it out because there are great deals on some things.

Has almost all the books youre looking for. I love their manga section, even though they were waiting on a shipment of the book I needed. They offer to put you on a wait list which is nice. All the employees are super nice and helpful.

Way overpriced. Found the exact same book for half the price on Amazon. I try to shop brick and mortar stores to support jobs in my city but when they mark up a book from $16.99 to $34.99, I gotta draw the line. Your stores will NOT survive if you keep doing this.

I respected your rule in the store without complaint, but B&N should know that if it doesn’t change that rule soon, more people won’t be coming in.

The atmosphere of a Barnes and Noble is pretty unmatched. A library doesn’t allow the same amount of creative dark work. Although the prices sometimes seem a little high the discounts are alway great. I only wish I could budget more books into my collection.

First time here with my 7 yo son, who received 2 gifts cards here for Christmas. I signed right up and got my membership rewards card. After talking to the ladies working the Starbucks counter, they didnt have to ask me twice. All the employees were knowledgeable about all questions I asked and they didnt mind helping me with every one either. Very friendly atmosphere. Was very impressed with all their products. My card paid itself off and then some in that very first visit. I didnt even have time to check out the whole store. Had I not had prior plans and had to rush out, I wouldve been there probably till closing time. And we were there for well over an hour already. We will be regular customers here in no time, thanks to the outstanding customer service and merchandise. My sons purchases. Except for the ? MINI BOOS Collectibles, that I secretly bought for him to open tomorrow morning. Also, Aunt Sarah was with us and she bought a book and bookmark as well as our 2 Starbucks coffees we each had. I adore this spot. They always have what I’m looking for and if not, they take care of ordering it for me saving me the shipping cost. I guess some of the 1-star reviews below me don’t realize things like that and are unhappy in their own lives. The staff are creative and friendly folk who always treat me right, so the store just feels like home. Plus you can get cookies!

Horrible, went for a book at a bookstore and guess what? They didnt have it. Was told they could order it for me 🤣. I said I could of done that myself, at my house, on amazon, for cheaper. Trying to make a point that I went to the bookstore to get the book that day. Dont see Barnes and nobles making it in the long run. My opinion only! 👌 Oh and FYI I did check online to see if they had it and it was there, but when I got there the 🐈 really wasnt to helpful and said Im showing we dont have it.So I guess Ill wait until Amazon delivers it.

The guy showed my fiance and I all the books in the category I was looking for, including info on some of the books! Also had a couple recommendations, which was on point. I love my Barnes Noble. The staff is friendly. The people who shop there are always nice and considerate. The coffee station is great. The staff is also always willing to help you find what you are looking for. They have about every section you can think of. If you cant find it in store you can find it online. It has a great atmosphere to relax in, read, or study.

Great Staff, organized, clean, and quiet!

I love this store because of all of the different departments. but the only things I would like to add is if the staff were more customer centered. I have never had any staff asked to help me find any particular books and help me have adventure with my shopping. I find that I dislike stores that have so much wonderful products and no one to celebrate it with.Shopping at a bookstore store should be filled with enthusiastic Readers who offer exciting examples.The store is very clean and neat and the books are shelved pretty orderly but the only thing that would give then the extra star would be more enthusiasm.

Barnes and noble is now an old school book shop. Its nice to browse around with books every where. Great manga and graphic novel section. If you cant find a book anywhere else you can order it and have it delivered there. They also have a great magazine section, Pretty much anything you want and of course the have a cafe. Starbucks. So if you want to go someone and read in peace and maybe grab a bite to eat. This is the place.

Barnes & Noble is amazing. They almost always have the books I need/want. But unfortunately, yet understandably, they don’t lower the prices from the original prices. And sometimes the books have dents in them, but that’s okay. Because I, and probably many others, find pleasure in buying a book at a bookstore. Plus, all the employees are extremely helpful and kind. And the coffees great. Okay I’m done.

Barnes and Noble is a great location for relaxing and studying. Its a wonderful option for business meetings as well. You can get some coffee or tea and meet w/ clients and friends in the cafe. B & N also has a good magazine rack w/ many options from sports to entertainment. They have specific areas for kids as well. I suggest this place for everyone of all ages.

I love this place. I love books and I am trying to pass that love on to my two children. It has been hard because in the age of books online my kids just want the e-book but because Barnes & Noble have done such a great job with their children’s section, my kids get excited and love to go and pick out a book when we go.

Awesome love it!!! ♡ Theres a Starbucks here, that has Blondies which I recommend and there so good, every other Starbucks we go to they dont have them. They have literally everything here, its PERFECT! Bathrooms are clean, great kids area, (the train station could be redone) from the last time I saw it. But literally nothing is wrong with it, definitely recommend going here!!! :-)

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the books we were seeing to buy. There is also a seating area in front of the store for those who are ready to go, but dont want to wait in the store, or just choose to sit. This particular store is conveniently located by the mall, so traffic can get a little heavy. It can be easy to miss; hence it is in the corner of the strip. Theres also restaurants close by, but still plenty of places to park.

The serve Starbucks brands but the coffee shop is not the same company. Great choice of baked goods. Lots of tables and they let read books before you purchase them. Some book keepers are very nice but one older man with white hair and a mustache will get nasty with you if you put your coffee on the book shelves and he is very rude bc he doesnt say please may you remove your coffee. Please avoid this person he doesnt help you either.

This is great. The restroom always looks like a brawl happened there. Other than that the store is great and employees are friendly and helpful.

My family and I really enjoy this bookstore. The customer service is great and always helpful. I really miss the music section having a listening station so you could listen to the album before purchase. Not everyone listens to Digital. Overall nice store.

This is one of my favorite stores. They have a huge selection and they can order just about any book. They have a cute little coffee shop with WIFI. The store is very quiet. The staff is very helpful. I hope they stay in business forever.

Loved it. Havent been in a long time. Wjat a great game and puzzle section. They did a story time for the kids. Very engaging and a lot of fun. The coffee shop is a bit understaffed...took 20 mom to get a cup of coffee with only 3 people in line.

Barnes & Noble is a Dying Breed, a free-standing bookstore. So many people order online that these types of businesses are struggling.Unlike online competition the nice thing about Barnes & Noble is you can browse through the books and get a better feel for what your going to purchase. And of course you dont have to wait 3 days for so-called 2 day shipping.

Great place to take the kids for books. They have a large area for children and often do free readings and small events(especially around holidays).I like to bring the kids here to kill a few hours. Theres the library not far down the road too. :)

Only place to get good magazines like Heavy Metal Illustrated, Metal Hammer and so on...

This place always has a great selection of not only books but other essential writing necessities. From leather bound journals made in Italy to high end Quills with actual feathers on them. Some of the stuff is alittle pricey but you get what you pay for. I go every chance that Im in Wellington.

I love Barnes & Noble and this was my first time coming to this location..what surprised me was their lack of inventory. they had plenty of the best sellers and new books but were missing a lot of the classics. Service was good staff really friendly just wish they had more books!
