The manager of this location is unprofessional and spreads misinformation. Pre-ordered a product just for them to give me an incorrect release date, and when im expressing my dissatisfaction he laughs in my face... terrible service

Wide variety of pop culture products. The store is nice and open so browsing is not overwhelming

At first, I couldn’t believe this place was still open. Does anyone still buy DVD’s and CD’s anymore? So, I went in to check it out. I have to say, they had a lot of stuff, some new, some retro, all cool. Turntables, cat headphones, unicorn headphones, Giant Charms Blowpops, Duff energy drink, and make your on neon (LED) sign.

One of my favorite stores. Plenty of novelties and music and dvds and more. Friendly staff and all around a fun store.

Im writing this review on behalf of myself and my daughter. She loves Fye and so do I. Shopping here brings us together and helps us to bond. Its a nice place with a wide selection of merchandise that I believe is all at a good price, and they keep it very clean and organized. I want to give 5 stars all the way, I really do, but everytime I go there for a new album they never have it. Im also shy to ask somebody there for help because a lot of bad reviews on here say that theyre so mean and dishonest, and Im afraid to talk to them in case its true. So I buy a random thing or two there just so I dont leave empty handed and be on my way.

For some reason even though FYE is a store I relate to my youth, I cant resist strolling through every time we come to the mall.Dozens and dozens of fun nostalgia collectibles that are tempting but at my age Im buying toys for my kids and not me anymore because theyll sit on a shelf or in a box collecting dust.Theyve got an impressive selection of vinyl records ranging from oldies and classics to modern fare, for some reason multiple ailes of hip-height browse racks of DVDs/Blu Rays and CDs, and an entire back wall of the store dedicated to Pop! Vinyl figures.Best two parts of the store that contain impulse purchases are halfway down the right side that has a bunch of smart accessories for the home, an array of fun novelty lighting pieces, and mid to low quality electronics that are at least priced to move, and the back left wall that contains clearance specials - hey you never know when youll come across an Adventure Time trucker hat thats lonely and a perfect gag gift for an upcoming friend birthday.Staff that runs the store is always friendly. Twice out of my last dozen visits I overheard staff being critical about managements stocking preferences for how items should be displayed. Kind of wish they were more discreet about that because even though it wont stop me from going in, I just dont want the pressure of having to pretend like I cant hear them. Also theres this one dude that is always at the register who is mega friendly with the raspiest voice of all time. He seems to have authority to give discounts for items that are scratched or dented and is receptive if asked.

Great shop to find just about anything. Movies, vinyls, electronics, t-shirts, have to stop in each time I visit the mall to see what they may have new...

They have good things, such as CDs, disc, snacks, bags, etc. Things for people who like anime or marvel, though due to the virus theres less things then I expected.

**BUYERS BE WARE** the cashier does not tell you they are adding your card on a monthly recurring payment of $11.99. I made a store purchase the beginning of November the female cashier gave me a package and said if you guys are interested go online and you can sign up for the membership. We looked in to the booklet but honestly it isnt worth the savings so we just threw it away, we didnt even visit the website.. now we have a charge on our account so that means the cashier automatically WITHOUT authorization signed us up. I understand how retail works and how they need to meet their numbers but this is illegal you cannot authorize transactions without the cardholders authorization. I will never set foot on this scam of a store nor will I ever recommend anyone to do so.

It is amazing that the store has managed to reinvent itself so many times to survive in the Amazon era. that said the kind of merchandising thats here is so different than what I remember when I visited record stores as a kid in the 1980s. its hard to envision a scenario in which this chain survives when so many of the stores in the Mallall of Wellington Green are shuttering. I cant remember the last time I bought a music CD or a movie DVD.

The store is great if you go inside ! But DONT order online . Tried to order something but kept saying error when checking out . But yet it still took the money out for it FIVE times . Once I tried to contact them three different times since it happen and got no reply to any of them. Been almost a week and still no reply and no refund .

Not like it use to be....Everything costs an arm and a leg. Since when does a record cost 50 dollars. I get them brand new for 75% less. You can keep your expensive records and sell them to the people that do not have a clue.

VERY disappointing store!!! I brought in numerous DVD’s that I wanted to trade in for store credit. I know for a fact that all of the DVD’s were in perfect condition and I know because I checked them myself before bringing them in the store. The store clerk insisted that I leave the counter while he checked the DVD’s over. I came back about 20 minutes later and the store only bought about 10 DVD’s out of approximately 50 or more. The store clerk insisted that they looked at all of the DVD’s and the rest of them were scratched. I looked at a few of them myself after they checked them saw large scratches on them that weren’t there before. This store is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend shopping or trading here EVER. This store is dishonest and rude!
