Great location for all gamer needs, very clean establishment and friendly staff.

They never ask you if you need help too busy taking to themselves

Decent for the business, though the game a friend was looking for wasnt there but was able to track down the store that had it. When we went there it did have it, bought it for a gift for him because i knew I missed giving a gift to him earlier in the year.

Place was not stocked well with used consoles for Xbox Ones nor Playstations...nor did they have any wireless controllers. You try and support the local businesses so you dont have to go on line for everything and you just cant

I’ve been here twice in the past three years and both times the female employees, this time Rebecca with short hair and black glasses, have been incredibly rude and pushy about their paid membership and game add ons. They’re nice and calm with the make customers but they roll their eyes and huff and puff when I say no thank you to the add ons. It’s really annoying.

GameStop has been my go to store when buying games for Xbox 360, PlayStation, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo Switch. Over the years, the classics have been left behind and put online. However, if the start to include a broader selection of the classics maybe their popularity would increase. I would like to see things change a little bit. I mean, its a good store but it could be so much better.

Thank you so much for selling me a Xbox controller that doesn’t work. The man talked a good game for me to buy a used controller and now I’m stuck because you are closed.

Now play so dirty I didnt feel comfortable being in there especially going through pandemic right now its felt very dusty in there and it wasnt much to look at last thing I want to do is buy someone elses video game is case theyre laced with something I wouldnt recommend this right now

This gamestop is almost always filled, and there is too much inventory on display for me to say youll be comfortable browsing the shelves or standing in line. Granted, it is a mall location but design your floor layout on the available size, dont shove a full stores impulse shelves into a third of a space.Employees are nice, usually good at finding things and answering questions. The inventory on the walls is well kept, and the impulse buy areas arent usually too terrible, post or pre kids depending. A place to hit if youre at the mall to kill time but do so during school hours or weekdays, TRUST ME.

Game stop is great I got an amazing mic for 40 dollars instead of 50 because they miss tagged it so they honored it. Service if fantastic

Anthony, Giancarlo, and Milton were a great help tonight. I showed up after the store closed and they still decided to take the time out to show great customer service and take care of me in getting what I needed. Shoutout to you guys at GameStop!

So apparently there’s a promotion if you trade two games towards a copy of Mortal Kombat you get a couple extra bucks, beforehand, I called and the gentleman that helped me told me my copies of Doom and Diablo III would net me $38.00, upon arriving at the store, he rang everything up and the amount for both copies came out to $48 and some change, and then he adjusted the amount for $38, I was watching the whole thing on screen, must of taken me for an idiot, after I brought to his attention, he mentioned that there’s a promotion for trading in two games towards Mortal Kombat, so why would you adjust the amount? For a lousy $10? A friendly reminder that you work for minimum wage for a multi-billion dollar company. Don’t undermine my intelligence. This review also applies to the rude employee that assisted me one time, for no apparent reason other than the fact I was purchasing a game. GameStop employees, you’ve harbored a reputation for being rude know it all, incel employees on reddit, now you’ve hit a new low.

Games were not labeled correctly in store and they had game cases on the shelves for games they didnt have. Really disappointed.

Completely unorganized. Everything was a joke to the two young ladies that seemed to be the only ones working. Merchandise thrown all over racks, floors and on top of each other.👎

I got some of the best service Ive seen in years from the Assistant Manager there Brandon, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, 5 stars! I have been to other Gamestops but this one is by far the best Ive been to - Youve got a permanent customer!

Went on to buy a Xbox Travis was all cool till I didn’t want to give him an email to make a GameStop account make the exchange very awkward as I waited for my change I clearly see a trash can next to him ask if he could throw something out he rudely told me no go find a garbage can outside this is after i spent $370

Rude staff. Didnt know anything about what sales they were having. There were about 15 customers in the store and not one of them was being helped. I know this Gamestop store is in a mall, but avoid it if you can.
