I just had one of the best customer service experiences EVER! I went to the Apple store two days ago to buy the new IPhone 12 and then give my phone to my special needs daughter. I left there after 4 1/2 hours and nothing worked. I then went to the AT&T store right in front of the Wholefoods in Wellington. Joel, the manager, was such a huge help that with in minutes he helped me resolve all my issues. The level of customer service is far superior to the Apple Store. I highly recommend this store!!!

I was there to switch two lines from T-Mobile. It took us and hour or so to get this done. Service was bad and slow. They ended up adding and extra line without my authorization (one of the lines added with a wrong number that is non existent). Also misspelled my name on the account. Called them to ask them to fix it and they told me I have to come back to their store to fix the misspelled name. They cant even spell William correctly and have to request the customer to get back to the store to correct it. Never said sorry, were rude and all they care is to push to to upgrade for more money. The staff needs serious training!

I always use this location and last night was another great experience. Tristan was so helpful and literally spent over 2 hours with us upgrading 3 phones. He was knowledgeable and very patient. We will return for our next upgrade for sure! Past experience has been similar with everyone, whenever I go there.

I just changed my phone carrier to AT&T. Tristen Perez our sales consultant did an awesome job. He was up front regarding all the charges associated with switching to AT&T, such as activation, trade in credit and so on. He is very knowledgeable and would highly recommend anyone who wants service with AT&T to go to this store and ask for him. This experience was extremely different from my old carrier in a very positive way.

Upon visiting the Wellington AT&T Tuesday afternoon ToPossibly updating my IPhone I was shocked that the employee informed me that unless I had a younger person at home that could help me understand the iPhone 12 he wouldn’t advise buying one. Also we would need to set it up ourselves that they don’t have the time to deal with this. He was VeryUnprofessional to say the least. I left store immediately. I am a senior citizen.I will visit another facility. Wish I had gotten his name.

Ran in quickly to try and fix my daughters iPhone. I was immediately greeted and only had to wait a few mins before Alex assisted us. Not only did Alex fix my daughters phone (needed an update) but he took the time to review my plan to make sure I was getting the deal possible. I left with a much better plan saving me almost $30 a month and complimentary HBOmax. The best service EVER!

As newer business customer, it was time to get a new phone, Kat directed me to to the new Samsung phones on promotion, she was professional, Friendly, happy, and got me into a great 5g Samsung galaxy a51! I am really happy with this, she also had the patience with me as Im 60 years old and needed to understand some of the new features.GREAT JOB!SPOT ON KAT!👍👍

This was the worst experience I have ever had!! Ray assisted me and screwed up my upgrade somehow. After an hour, I was told I could not be helped with my upgrade unless I paid $240 right then and there or waited 30 days, however the upgrade offer may not still be available in 30 days. I then went to the Loxahatchee AT&T and was told by them that the Wellington location screwed up my upgrade and they were able to help me upgrade my phone. DO NOT go to this location!!!! They scam you!

Went to purchase a new I-phone and service plan —I left after waiting about 15/20 min ....because there is no sign in sheet .... it was confusing to me, who would be next up for service ?If one of the workers ( it appeared there were 2 guys working ) would have just acknowledged me with a quick “ we will be right with you “ I would have hung out and waited . Honestly, If they can’t do basic customer service ( greeting/ acknowledge ), I wondered what the rest of my buying experience would be like - And I left . By the way, the only other potential customer walked out right after I did .....Seems they are understaffed .

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an AT&T store. I called to check availability of AirPods and was left on hold for 28 minutes. I literally drove to the store while on hold only to find out Andre(the sales rep) put me on hold and went to lunch.

I upgraded a phone online yesterday for my son who is out of state, not realizing that it would shut down his phone since the SIM card activates automatically now. After spending two hours with two different customer service reps via telephone and getting no where I decided to go back to the store since I was told the person who I picked the phone up from must of deactivated the SIM card on my sons phone (Sarah). Needless to say telephone customer service was pointless, but Sylvia The rep who works in the store was amazing, even though I was in mama bear mode and irritated, she stayed pleasant genuinely cared and solved my issue in less than five minutes ! I don’t hug strangers but I hugged her because she helped me and my son and I truly believed she cared.

After being a happy customer with AT&T for 20+ years, I cant believe I am even writing about what just happened to us at this corporate store. This is just crazy! Anyway, the Loyalty Dept walked me through placing an online order to upgrade my husbands phone with a $300 discount for his trade-in. After seeing the phone at the store, he decided he wanted to change it. All was good until we allowed the store rep to cancel the online order. We only agreed to let him cancel it because he assured us that the new order would be the same except with the preferred phone. It was a lie. He took the trade-in and never applied the discount. So they got an iPhone 8 in like-new condition which we paid for and gave us $0.00 for the trade-in. THEN, he set us up on a NEXT payment plan that locked us in thereby blocking us from returning the phone and cancelling what the guy did. He even took the liberty of adding premium insurance at $15/month without our authorization! After discovering all of what they had done with our account, we went back to return the phone. AT&Ts return policy is printed on the back of their receipt, so I thought it was no big deal. They WILL NOT allow us to return the phone, even though we are well within the 14 day buyers remorse return policy. Our options are to pay the full price for the phone or suck it up! These guys are sooo shady and their actions certainly fall under the category of fraud. They made unauthorized changes to our account!! So, why are we supposed to pay for what they have done?!? Unbelievably huge disappointment. But, wrong is wrong and so I will not be silenced. So, here we go...UPDATE: Beware of and DO NOT trust the store mgr (Katelyn) AND her DR (Sarah). They refused to help and just buckled down. It took me 7 days and with the help of the Loyalty Dept, Online customer care, and other mgrs, it was finally corrected yesterday. Wow!

My dad, my sister, and I went to this AT&T store, and when we entered nobody said anything. There were at least five different employers in the common area with three different clients. We waited for 20-30 minutes without anyone asking if we needed help. My dad barely touched a watch, and the alarm went off. Finely, we had people coming closer. Still, without asking if we needed something. Therefore, I told the employee that the alarm at least made someone to come to us. The man/employer answered me: “You need to wait, preferable without turning the alarm on.” Extremely rude. They lost the chance of selling four iPhones and new contract with AT&T.

If I could I would give 0 starts I would! I have never been so ignored and treated unappreciated in any other store. There were at least 5 employees working and about 3 clients being helped and I was waiting for about 30 minutes for someone until I left for the extreme rudeness of the employees. There were two employees helping one person when there is more people to be helped?! Such bad organization and consideration for the clients. And not just that, after I had put the alarm on from a watch by mistake someone came and was so rude to us even saying that if I could just wait without putting the alarm on...
