DO NOT USE “ship to store” WITH THIS LOCATION!I ordered merchandise to be shipped to this location and was told I would get an email when merchandise was ready for pick up. After over a month of not receiving an email, I went to the store to inquire about my order. I was told by an employee that my order was “returned to shelf” because it was never picked it up.I was a given a phone number to request my refund. They would not issue my refund in the store.After calling the 1-800 number, I was told that they had to contact the store had to confirm the refund. Unbelievable.So the store doesn’t issue a refund and corporate tells me they have to go through the store.Guaranteed an employee decided to keep my order (popular Loki Variant Windbreaker) so no email was sent and it was tagged as not picked up.And of course impossible to get a refund.Nice little scam they’ve got going.

We will not be back with their ridiculous mask policy. The governor ended the mask mandate but these people are still trying to force us to wear a mask.

The staff here were very kind and considerate. The clothes were high quality. The complete vibe in there was amazing

Love this store! They always have the coolest stuff! Their clothing is good quality and affordable, if you catch the sales and use your Hot Cash, it can be quite inexpensive. The sales staff are always happy and helpful.

Its a hot topic, so about what youd expect really. The employees dont suck and their inventory is also just what I expect at a hot topic. Went here for septum piercings and got a good deal on 4 of them.

The employees were extremely rude. I understand there is protocol for COVID-19, but the employee was so blunt and told us You dont have to leave the mall but you can not be here, bye bye, making a shooing hand gesture to us after waiting in line to get inside the store for 15 minutes. So unprofessional and dehumanizing.

Shopping: Lots of clothing, band merchandise, and other stuff from TV shows and movies. You wont run out of stuff to find here.Atmosphere: Dark (quite literally), punk, and edgy. Teenage paradise.Layout: Everything is really packed in together. The register is in the middle of the very narrow store. During busy times, it can be really difficult to move around. While this can be a con, it goes with a sort of back alley theme. Which is pretty cool, but a bit impractical at times.Service: Super chill and diverse people work here. Never had any problems with them. Theyre kind of just... there.

Lots of merchandise you wont find many other places. Movies merch,k pop merch, music merch and anime galore. Clothing, jewlery and neat little trinkets .Great store for teenagers and adults who didnt forget their childhood.

A popular store for items like clothes, jewelry, and an assortment of gifts merchandise for all ages but mainly teenagers and young adults. On a busy day, with all the items they have, it is a bit of challenge walking around. The staff was very helpful and recommended a different store that may sell what I was looking for.

Hello my name is Sofia and for privacy purposes i made a fake last name. i have always loved this store sm and have always begged to go in. the people that work there were always sweet and helpful until i went w/ my friends tonight. me and my friends walked into the store and as they stayed behind i went further into the store. they ended up getting yelled at by the cashier lady for being too loud in a store full of people. the store was empty. we then quieted down a bit and went to take a pic by the mirror on the door in the back. my friends made a joke and we all giggled. one of my friends shushed us and said we were going to get kicked out. as we turned around there was a lady w/ gages and an odd mohawk thing idk. she said ya you are so i suggest you make your way to the door. we left while being confused and slightly annoyed. i was going to buy a $22 shirt and $43 jeans and my friends had items in their hands as well but we obviously didnt purchse anything. they lost quite a few sales that day and also customers. and another time the guy checking me out had me pick out another laptop sticker saying there was a sale and i could get another free. he checked me out while the other lady working the cash registers came and over and told him it wasnt apart of the sale. i was disappointed and didnt understand why he didnt know the rules of the store since he worked there himselc. all in all the store itself is great and was one of my favorites in the mall. i am very disappointed by the staff and will probably not be going back anytime soon. thank you for reading :)
